So picture this:

You live in a world where everyone is meant to have a soulmate that's been assigned to them since they were born as crazy as that may sound.

By the age of 15-21 you end up meeting this person and know they are your soulmate if your phone's light up at the same time.

Let's say you've met your soulmate but didn't really feel a connection. Instead you end up meeting someone accidentally who ends up being born on the same day as you of the same year.

At first you thought it would be weird to be attracted to someone who's essentially your twin other than the fact you're not blood related.

Would it be weird to date someone born on the same day as you? Or is it worth taking a leap of faith into developing a relationship with them because you feel that the two of you must feel a connection?

I got this idea from watching shows like: The Good Place and Love Alarm

Along with the fact that I actually met a guy who was born on the same day/year as me and till this day I've always wondered if I was meant to meet him at some point in my life as cliche as that may sound.

Although we've lost touch I thought it would be nice to turn this idea into a story of essentially falling in love with someone unexpectedly and realizing that soulmates are only made through a connection and not because you were simply made to love someone based on the universe's decision.
