So asianfanfics just disabled the offline feature.

You heard that right for the web version the save option isn't even there and for the app version its there but its disabled for all stories.

Aff needs to fix this

There's option for authors to disable or enable offline option for their story. So maybe many authors disable it and that's why readers can't save or read it offline anymore.
