Let's celebrate humanity!

Christmas

Is it too tough for us to overlook over religions for day and celebrate the moment with everyone? What does it take to celebrate? Is it the right time? Place? People? Occasion? Why can't we all take a moment to think about this?

Why have we let things like: religion, occasion, location and community decide our moments of happiness for us?

Will it hurt to sit down in a puja with a Hindu? Or will it break us to hug a Muslim during Ed? Does it pain us to sing a Carol with a Christian on Christmas?

Weren't we the ones to make up all that stuff? Religions, Cultures, Dates.

Is a Jain immortal? Or will a Buddhist look different after death? Is it not possible that a Baptist could've been born in Zoroastrian family?

Aren't we all born the same way? Don't we all die in the end?
What's this thing about a person's Nationality or Religion or Colour or Caste that changes the way we look at them?

Can't we see that this is all in our heads? And as long as we let it be we're going to be nothing more than Vote Banks and Cannibals.

Let's just all get over this fact that we've been fooling ourselves into thinking about differences that don't exist. Let's change how we see each other and leave all the malice behind. Let us all give ourselves an opportunity to celebrate Christmas.

Let's take a moment and make it special. Let's celebrate everything!
