When I was a child I was obsessed with books such as mystery, haunted, supernatural, horror, and fantasy. One of my favorites was a halloween book that was a 'choose your adventure'

What that means is when you finished reading a page there was a question at the bottom. You make a choice and then go the page listed. Like this:

Running from the monster, she escapes out of the house. She sprints down the road and is met with two pathways off of the sidewalk. One heading into the woods and one heading to a playground.

Will you go left into the woods or right into the playground?

Right? (turn to page 2)

Left? (turn to page 4)

I was thinking of maybe doing this style of writing for a Halloween fanfiction I have in the works. Would anyone find this interesting or is it too childish?
