Welcome to the Joseon Renaissance! Where the Joseon Dynasty has never ended, where the Korean war never took place and where Korea has never been split into north and south. In this universe most people live like the people in the Joseon Dynasty time period but simply with better conditions. The current king's grandfather has taken care of the state the land is in now. The only thing that sadly remained is how much power your family has. Its usual to see people wear hanbok on the streets, but a lot of people tend to spend their day at work in westernized clothing. Its a mash up of the modern days that we currently live in and the Joseon Dynasty.

Eventhough our roleplay server is on discord, a lot of our information an our first wayof advertising was tumblr. If you are struggling with something or have any questions please send them in through there (https://modernjoseon-krp.tumblr.com/ ) so that our admin will see it as soon as possible. On our tumblr we also have our "Masterlist of taken faceclaims" available for anyone to look at, also do we have our "Applications", "Affiliates" and our "Rules" posted there. The rules post may seem intimidating, but most of them speak for themselves.
