WHO THEY ARE.

they were also different in the sense that more often than not, the head of the house were females. the current head, fukumen fujiko, was well known to have an intimidating aura, being strict, and a veteran that had gone through horrible things and made it out alive ( after all, there was a saying that the most powerful fukumen were the most tortured souls due to the nature of their kekkei genkai ).

the meiseki yume was a kekkei genkai of the fukumen, named as such due to the nature of their genjutsu. unlike the standard genjutsu that would merely affect the prosencephalon structure of the brain ( ala forebrain; it controls the body temperature, reproductive functions, eating, sleeping, and the display of emotions ), the fukumen could also effect a living being's senses: sight, smell, touch, hearing, and taste. this adds a layer of complexities to their genjutsu, that made it all the more realistic—like that of a lucid dream.
this allows people to feel, smell, hear, and more when trapped in the genjutsu of a fukumen. one might even say you wouldn't realize you were trapped in one until it's too late. not even the aburames' insects could bypass the illusions made by a fukumen.
however, genjutsu that included senses required a lot more work. the fukumen were supposed to know as well as their enemies how their illusion would feel. a child who has never been stabbed could not create the perfect illusion of such a feeling to those that had such an experience. you would not be able to create the illusion of a friend's mother as good as that friend would have remembered her.

THE HISTORY.
the fukumens had come to join konohagakure some time after the defeat of madara uchiha by the hands of hashirama. they were initially thought of as a weak clan due to their focus on genjutsu, but nonetheless accepted.

the head of the house was a strict and intimidating woman. many would admit she's a beautiful woman, however her scar littered body and the bandage over her right eye intimidated others. initially a ninja that was to help out others due to the fact she was a medic nin, and her cousin to be the head of the house—but she got captured and tortured by the enemy in the fourth war. however, she retaliated and became a fierce opponent with her vast knowledge of how the human body and understanding how it felt to be tortured. instead of breaking her, they made her tougher. she's changed and escaped after giving back the pain to all her captors. in the end she changed from the reserved and demure nurse to a fierce and powerful fighter. her cousin died during the war, and having acknowledged her prowess, the elders made her into the new head. she accepted it, thinking that after all she did to her captors that she no longer could sit back as only a medic nin. despite that, though, the sweet girl from back then still existed. however only her husband, asagao, and her chidlren seemed to be the only ones to be able to bring it out of her.

the husband of the fierce fujiko, he was a lot more playful and social. although most would be wary of him due to his sly appearance and known to be a pranker, he's actually a nice guy. well, a nice guy if you forget that he was once anbu and killed many in his days, tortured several, and more. he's now simply a jonin, though, who's well known to be very easy-going and mischievous. he liked to play the fool, but he's very sharp. he always seemed to catch onto the smallest of details and one's state of mind a bit too well for comfort. he did tend to stick his nose in other people's business, though he meant well and just wanted to lighten up their spirits. it's that nature of his that led him to to win the heart of fujiko.

a cassanova who probably had already slept with your sister, your daughter, heck, your wife—this maan was quite the ruckus. known for his handsome looks and flirty personality, yanagi was a wild card that's a bit too unruly for the elder's tastes. however, this charming man was also a renowned medic nin much to the surprise of everyone. although he did not master his genjutsu skills like the others did, the outcast instead had talent in chakra control and enjoyed understandng the human body and how to fix it. asagao and him were also close despite having a different mother, pranking others together and asagao playing as yanagi's wingman ( because yanagi was asagao's wingman when the man realized he loved fujiko ). it should also be known that no matter how close he was to asagao or how fujiko respected his skills in the medical field, they both made sure this foxy man did not and would not corrupt their children ( much to his amusement ). unfortunately, it seemed that he's managed to charm their daughters who considered him a prince charming with how he treated them like princesses and showered them in affection and compliments.
fukumen ajisai ( tokubetsu jonin working in the t&i force );
the young man was the unoffical oldest brother of fujiko's and asagao's children since they basically took him in after fujiko's brother died. he was a loyal man that cared for his younger cousins greatly and appreciaed fujiko tremendously. he ended up becoming one of the t&i's most well known interrogator next to the head herself as he devoted himself to serve her. he had more of an ideal branch member's mentality than a main family's one, but he was accepted and easily trusted for that reason.
fukumen yomogi ( jonin & kenjutsu / taijutsu specialist );
this particular member was an odd one. born blind in one eye and a lacking sense of smell, he could not use his family's technique to the fullest. however, instead he had the keenest sense of hearing and focused on taijutsu and kenjutsu. he's a sweetheart who always looked out for others and was modest about his achievements. talented as he was, he still did face prejudice. however, he proved others wrong with his sword, and although one may say he has a 'drunken' style to his fighting, it was effective and unpredictable. a kind soul who loved to help all the strays he saw, but also a deadly fighter in the field.

as a male, he was already fated to not be the heir. moreover, when his younger sibling kikyo was born, he knew that he wouldn't be the head any longer. initially, he was rather bitter about it as a child, but as he grew up he decided to pull away from the ninja life. many of the elders did not agree with him, however their choices were overruled by his mother who lets him choose his own path. in the end, shobu became a merchant who worked with the civilians more so than with ninjas. whilst the civilians were unsure how to handle him at first, he proved to them to be a valuable asset in the market and was deemed the friendly fukumen who wasn't that bad. he was one of the rare members of the clan that helped maintain civil opinions on them, as well as even raising it.
fukumen kikyo ( potential heiress of the clan, chunin );
the second child to be born, she was eager to become as great as her mother was. eagerly reading on how to be a leader, doing her best to be one, and training hard with her kekkei genkai and overall abilities. she was a hard worker and showed potential, but in terms of talent—she lack in comparison to tsubaki. although, she was more of an ideal leader in terms of attitude and personality than her younger sister. but her younger sister's illusion and way of weaving it always leaves her seem like a 2d version to her realistic ones. despite the envy of her powers, kikyo loved her sister dearly and would boast about her to others.
fukumen aroe ( academy student );
she currently was the youngest member of the fukumen clan and a daughter born from one of yanagi's flings. the man now is taking caare of the little girl the best he could, never really expecting to be a father of a child. she was a rather apathetic one, and she came back asking questions of horrid slurs some others would call her ( "they say i'm unwanted but you all are her so why do the other kids say that?" ). mistreated as she was, she had a very firm belief that she was loved and cared for, uncaring of others attempts to bully her. she also was a lot less queasy than other kids, having killed a rat that was bothering tsubaki and kikyo once without flinching the slightest bit. many of them believed she had a potential in the field and her high academic ranking proved those assumptions to be true. her dream, though, was to be the protector of tsubaki.

HOW DO THEY ACT INSIDE CLASS?
a very odd girl with how she always seemed to be in a daze, and yet she always seemed to be looking at you whenever you turn to look a her. she's generally got the vibes of an innocent rabbit and most lets her go on her own lane as she did so for herself. she was a hard worker who tried to better hereself in class, and always got theory down to a t.
she was also the kind to sometimes make random illusions whenever she felt like it, putting some others into awe of her creations. it was usually such skills that attracted others to her. then they found out her love for stories and sometimes cryptic words that they tend to shrug off. she was chalked off as the pretty strange girl, ignoring the feeling down in their gut that maybe they should oay attention to her words a little bit more or that she wasn't just a girl in a constant state of daydreaming.
she was always pretty detached in class, making connections but never making the step to get closer. that was a feat that the other party must do before she'd really open herself up. she's not trying to push others away, she merely just couldn't bother much. still, she did in a bit in other people's businesses with her cryptic messages when she felt like it. or prank them a bit and masterfully hide her involvement in it.
HOW DO THEY ACT OUTSIDE CLASS?
generally the same. however, with her close family members she was a lot more open and playful. one could spot her even leading and talking a lot with her cousin aroe, who's even far more colder than her.
she was also often playing her 'i'm an innocent and cute little sweetheart' card to get some free stuff from her weak family members for fun ( only her sister and aroe being the one immune to this ). sometimes she frequents the t&i department, making many innocently disguised morbid remarks here and there for fun.
AFFINITY water.
although her rather whimsical and sometimes flighty act made others think she'd have a wind affinity, she found herself more in tune with water. however, due to her clan's focus on genjutsu, she's not as talented as she was with water jutsus as she was with genjutsu. however, she was able to make needles out of water and shoot a few in rapid succession, like a bludgeoning weaponing, small orbs that could fit a head in to take away the enemy's capability to breathe, as well as creating a wall for defensive measures. a rather odd thing about her and water was that she was more capable of creating creatures out of it, small it may be now. tehre's potential to be more here, but her niche would always be genjutsu. due to the fluidity of this chakra affinity, there was a lot more that could be done and was extremely versatile with its use.
FIGHTING STYLE
fight with smarts, that's how she went about things. she was a strategist more so than a physical fighter or one with flashy moves. instead, she schemed her way to victory. she assessed her opponents, using subtle illusions that provided a realistic situation that could truly make others beieve the current situation was real. after all, if they thought they broke your right arm, they would not expect the vicious strike from that side. if she shifted her weight to the left, your opponent's aim switch. subtle things to mess with the head, seamlessly woven together with the fight and messing your head.
what's real? what's not real? then you push your opponent to drastic measures but was she even in the area anymore?
the doubt increases, the target begins to question reality. then she will add more fantasy elements, but such things, were they even there or not?
the camellias that weren't around, now its aroma attacks their sense of smile, and they feel the breeze, so many things go on. it's a mind game, one led by a simple twelve year old. one who may not be the best in taijutsu or the sort, but she did know how to punch, how to stab a man with a kunai, how to use her water jutsus and other ninjutsus, and most importantly—her genjutsu.

[ body replacement technique ]
right before an attack hits the user, the user can substitute themselves with something else ( e.g, wood ). it may trick the opponent for a brief moment due to the fact the did hit something and may have thought they landed a hit on the user. however, she could extend that brief moment longer by utilizing her skills in genjutsu to not only substitute, but make it seem as if she never did such an act.

bunshin no jutsu
[ clone technique ]
the ability to create a clone with no substance or the sort ( unlike other, more advanced clone techniques such as the water clones or the like ). however, with her ability to mess with the senses, she could make any clone technique a lot more realistic than they should be.
変化の術
henge no jutsu
[ transformation technique ]
this allowed the user to transform their appearance into something or someone else. with the use of her kekkei genkai, she could really make others think her appearance was as such ( like disguising herself as a tree, and you'd feel the rough exterior of bark when you touch the 'stem' ).

the ability to simply walk on trees.

a few needles of water would shoot out in rapid succession. it did not cover a lot of range due to the fact she could only make a few groups at a time and that she found it harder to make it bigger. it was one of her few offensive moves, though.
( it can be upgraded to a rain and storm version if she trained more. )

a very simple attack of a blob of water striking down at the enemy like a bludgeoning weapon. user can use more than one blobs as well if capable of doing so. altough, the blunt force wasn't the strongest there was ( kind of like a heavily stuffed bean bag striking at you ).

she's able to create a small water sphere that would cover the head of her target. not locking them in place, but she could take away their ability to breathe.

a simple shield that would not cover all sides, but it was enough of a defensive measure to be helpful for her. it's harder to make it bigger than what it was now ( which could only cover for her frame now from the front side ). pretty thick in width and durable, but still breakable.

her kekkei genkai, usually used in a manner that would seamlessly work itself into reality in small bits, building it all up strategically and causing the enemy to doubt their senses. it was one of the most effective ways to use in battle due to the nature of their genjutsu.

a skill most fukumen possess, it was the creation of their own 'world' so to speak. although her world was big and wide, and she knew what lied in there, it was difficult to make the plane exist on reality so easily. she could bring elements out of her world to reality. in fact, that's how it was for most clan members. they could turn a part of reality into their world, though, and trap their targets in there. making it realistic and difficult to get out of. her mother, fujiko, had made a horrible and vile place that instantly tortures the enemy and mess with their head before they could do anything, whilst her uncle yanagi was known to trap his opponents in a world of pleasure and joy, slitting their throats as they live in a blissful world for just a second.
her world was one of fantasy, of fantasy and vibrance. of pretty princesses and charming princes. of fierce dragons and gentle fairies. it was a beautiful world, fall into one's childhood, take her hand, and go to an adventure. although she had yet to be able to drag others into her world, be ready to fall into a dream when she could, though.
at least, before you drift into eternal sleep, you could enjoy a wonderful world.
KEKKEI GENKAI
the ability that allowed genjutsu to not only affect the forebrain, but also a person's five senses.
strengths;
* it could also affect insects, since initially insects were unaffected by genjutsu because it's sense could not be warped.
* it's a lot more realistic than normal genjutsu, with details and impact on the senses. if used subtly, it could really mess with the enemy's sense of reality.
* those with enhanced senses could also be affected. in fact, it's ossible to trick them to smell nothing, or something too pungent to draw reactions out of them ( e.g chunin exams kiba vs naruto )
* harder to dispel than normal genjutsu because of an added layer of omplexities that came with the alteration of senses.
* it's also harder to catch on because of how realistic it was.
* as she was pretty talented with her genjutsu, she could weave it well with her simple jutsus ( e-rank ones learned from the academy ) and make it all the more useful.
weaknesses;
* users were required to understand the feeling, smell, and the sort of whatever they wished to create.
* added layer of complexity meant an added layer of calculations ( like adding college level math to primary level math ).
* due to the previous point, sometimes the genjutsu revolved around on one or two senses than the whole set.
* also because of the same point, it was hard to weave the genjutsu with a difficult jutsu. like making an offensive dragon out of water and layering a realistic dragon over it. possible, but very difficult and currently out of her league. her mother, however, could do it as easy as breathing.
* introducing something completely unrealistic like a fairy or a jabberwocky like creature was going to cement the idea that it's not real to the target and would allow them to have an easier time dispelling it.
* in the end, genjutsu was not real. she could make it realistic, but she could not make it exist like an actual living being. it was a skill that affected the mind and must be used smartly.
NINJUTSU
she was pretty mediocre in ninjutsu, lacking in some skills in this department. her water jutsus were not the strongest, but she could still improve on it and use it well. currently she's trying to focus more on this alongside her genjutsu. she was not so offensive or defensive, but the girl did want to learn more offensive moves for the sake of actually having something to rely on in the real world if her genjutsu failed.
TAIJUTSU
although she trained with her cousin, yomogi, who was amazing at taijutsu, she did not possess his talent. she tried her best to do good in it, though. her hits weren't the strongest, but she was flexible and quick. ( she prefered using a kunai to make her more dangerous in the end, though, than just relying on her fists ).
GENJUTSU

HOW DO THEY ACT INSIDE CLASS?
a very odd girl with how she always seemed to be in a daze, and yet she always seemed to be looking at you whenever you turn to look a her. she's generally got the vibes of an innocent rabbit and most lets her go on her own lane as she did so for herself. she was a hard worker who tried to better hereself in class, and always got theory down to a t.
she was also the kind to sometimes make random illusions whenever she felt like it, putting some others into awe of her creations. it was usually such skills that attracted others to her. then they found out her love for stories and sometimes cryptic words that they tend to shrug off. she was chalked off as the pretty strange girl, ignoring the feeling down in their gut that maybe they should oay attention to her words a little bit more or that she wasn't just a girl in a constant state of daydreaming.
she was always pretty detached in class, making connections but never making the step to get closer. that was a feat that the other party must do before she'd really open herself up. she's not trying to push others away, she merely just couldn't bother much. still, she did in a bit in other people's businesses with her cryptic messages when she felt like it. or prank them a bit and masterfully hide her involvement in it.
HOW DO THEY ACT OUTSIDE CLASS?
generally the same. however, with her close family members she was a lot more open and playful. one could spot her even leading and talking a lot with her cousin aroe, who's even far more colder than her.
she was also often playing her 'i'm an innocent and cute little sweetheart' card to get some free stuff from her weak family members for fun ( only her sister and aroe being the one immune to this ). sometimes she frequents the t&i department, making many innocently disguised morbid remarks here and there for fun.
AFFINITY water.
although her rather whimsical and sometimes flighty act made others think she'd have a wind affinity, she found herself more in tune with water. however, due to her clan's focus on genjutsu, she's not as talented as she was with water jutsus as she was with genjutsu. however, she was able to make needles out of water and shoot a few in rapid succession, like a bludgeoning weaponing, small orbs that could fit a head in to take away the enemy's capability to breathe, as well as creating a wall for defensive measures. a rather odd thing about her and water was that she was more capable of creating creatures out of it, small it may be now. tehre's potential to be more here, but her niche would always be genjutsu. due to the fluidity of this chakra affinity, there was a lot more that could be done and was extremely versatile with its use.
FIGHTING STYLE
fight with smarts, that's how she went about things. she was a strategist more so than a physical fighter or one with flashy moves. instead, she schemed her way to victory. she assessed her opponents, using subtle illusions that provided a realistic situation that could truly make others beieve the current situation was real. after all, if they thought they broke your right arm, they would not expect the vicious strike from that side. if she shifted her weight to the left, your opponent's aim switch. subtle things to mess with the head, seamlessly woven together with the fight and messing your head.
what's real? what's not real? then you push your opponent to drastic measures but was she even in the area anymore?
the doubt increases, the target begins to question reality. then she will add more fantasy elements, but such things, were they even there or not?
the camellias that weren't around, now its aroma attacks their sense of smile, and they feel the breeze, so many things go on. it's a mind game, one led by a simple twelve year old. one who may not be the best in taijutsu or the sort, but she did know how to punch, how to stab a man with a kunai, how to use her water jutsus and other ninjutsus, and most importantly—her genjutsu.

right before an attack hits the user, the user can substitute themselves with something else ( e.g, wood ). it may trick the opponent for a brief moment due to the fact the did hit something and may have thought they landed a hit on the user. however, she could extend that brief moment longer by utilizing her skills in genjutsu to not only substitute, but make it seem as if she never did such an act.

the ability to create a clone with no substance or the sort ( unlike other, more advanced clone techniques such as the water clones or the like ). however, with her ability to mess with the senses, she could make any clone technique a lot more realistic than they should be.

this allowed the user to transform their appearance into something or someone else. with the use of her kekkei genkai, she could really make others think her appearance was as such ( like disguising herself as a tree, and you'd feel the rough exterior of bark when you touch the 'stem' ).

a few needles of water would shoot out in rapid succession. it did not cover a lot of range due to the fact she could only make a few groups at a time and that she found it harder to make it bigger. it was one of her few offensive moves, though.

a very simple attack of a blob of water striking down at the enemy like a bludgeoning weapon. user can use more than one blobs as well if capable of doing so. altough, the blunt force wasn't the strongest there was ( kind of like a heavily stuffed bean bag striking at you ).

she's able to create a small water sphere that would cover the head of her target. not locking them in place, but she could take away their ability to breathe.

a simple shield that would not cover all sides, but it was enough of a defensive measure to be helpful for her. it's harder to make it bigger than what it was now ( which could only cover for her frame now from the front side ). pretty thick in width and durable, but still breakable.

her kekkei genkai, usually used in a manner that would seamlessly work itself into reality in small bits, building it all up strategically and causing the enemy to doubt their senses. it was one of the most effective ways to use in battle due to the nature of their genjutsu.

a skill most fukumen possess, it was the creation of their own 'world' so to speak. although her world was big and wide, and she knew what lied in there, it was difficult to make the plane exist on reality so easily. she could bring elements out of her world to reality. in fact, that's how it was for most clan members. they could turn a part of reality into their world, though, and trap their targets in there. making it realistic and difficult to get out of. her mother, fujiko, had made a horrible and vile place that instantly tortures the enemy and mess with their head before they could do anything, whilst her uncle yanagi was known to trap his opponents in a world of pleasure and joy, slitting their throats as they live in a blissful world for just a second.
her world was one of fantasy, of fantasy and vibrance. of pretty princesses and charming princes. of fierce dragons and gentle fairies. it was a beautiful world, fall into one's childhood, take her hand, and go to an adventure. although she had yet to be able to drag others into her world, be ready to fall into a dream when she could, though.
at least, before you drift into eternal sleep, you could enjoy a wonderful world.
KEKKEI GENKAI
the ability that allowed genjutsu to not only affect the forebrain, but also a person's five senses.
strengths;
* it could also affect insects, since initially insects were unaffected by genjutsu because it's sense could not be warped.
* it's a lot more realistic than normal genjutsu, with details and impact on the senses. if used subtly, it could really mess with the enemy's sense of reality.
* those with enhanced senses could also be affected. in fact, it's ossible to trick them to smell nothing, or something too pungent to draw reactions out of them ( e.g chunin exams kiba vs naruto )
* harder to dispel than normal genjutsu because of an added layer of omplexities that came with the alteration of senses.
* it's also harder to catch on because of how realistic it was.
* as she was pretty talented with her genjutsu, she could weave it well with her simple jutsus ( e-rank ones learned from the academy ) and make it all the more useful.
weaknesses;
* users were required to understand the feeling, smell, and the sort of whatever they wished to create.
* added layer of complexity meant an added layer of calculations ( like adding college level math to primary level math ).
* due to the previous point, sometimes the genjutsu revolved around on one or two senses than the whole set.
* also because of the same point, it was hard to weave the genjutsu with a difficult jutsu. like making an offensive dragon out of water and layering a realistic dragon over it. possible, but very difficult and currently out of her league. her mother, however, could do it as easy as breathing.
* introducing something completely unrealistic like a fairy or a jabberwocky like creature was going to cement the idea that it's not real to the target and would allow them to have an easier time dispelling it.
* in the end, genjutsu was not real. she could make it realistic, but she could not make it exist like an actual living being. it was a skill that affected the mind and must be used smartly.
NINJUTSU
she was pretty mediocre in ninjutsu, lacking in some skills in this department. her water jutsus were not the strongest, but she could still improve on it and use it well. currently she's trying to focus more on this alongside her genjutsu. she was not so offensive or defensive, but the girl did want to learn more offensive moves for the sake of actually having something to rely on in the real world if her genjutsu failed.
TAIJUTSU
although she trained with her cousin, yomogi, who was amazing at taijutsu, she did not possess his talent. she tried her best to do good in it, though. her hits weren't the strongest, but she was flexible and quick. ( she prefered using a kunai to make her more dangerous in the end, though, than just relying on her fists ).

"i see. hmm, just like the twelve dancing princesses taking turns as they open the door....oh, my apologies, but the answer to that is that i have an affinity with water. i merely only have simple jutsus in my arsenal now, but i'm not fond of going into details, having such things revealed is like ending up like the goblin of adachigahara. however, i am good in genjutsu, need i really need to explain?"

"it's never fun to lose your sense of smell now, is it? but we know very well of my mastery in genjutsu. and i'm not one to brag, not like the many fallen royalty who drowned in their hubris, however i am one of the youngest in the history of my clan to bring my world here. like shirousa-chan that you seemed to just miss."
"and what are you lacking at or in? what do you want to achieve?" akitarou asks, straight to the point.
"sharing weaknesses now? i do hope that video of yours won't endanger us. so much knowledge, how useful would it be for the chunin exams or for enemies to take and assasinate the new bloods!" her words were cruel but her expression innocent. but then she continued on, answering vaguely. "taijutsu was what i lack most in, ninjutsu i can improve on, and i'll train harder to be better like we all will i'm pretty sure. or else, do you really expect to survive that long when you lack greatly?"

she loved her mother dearly, and in turn teh woman loved her as much. fujiko loved all her children, light in her world alongside her wonderful husband. tsubaki understood that, and it always warmed her heart to know that. she would always love to go to her mother and sit on her lap, eagerly showing her a new story to be read. then she'd fall asleep there, falling into dream land thanks to fujiko's soothing voice. tsubaki even visited the t&i department to meet her mother and cousin, bringing warmth into the cold and dreary place.

together, this duo frequently enjpyed to prank others with the help of his brother yanagi. her father was the one that made her feel like a child, always babied and fooling around. she also liked to help him be romantic with her mother because he was one despite his sly face. his little wingwoman was what she was even if he was pretty much already married and a father of fujiko's children. she had always admired their relationship, and she wished to have that one day. it was also her father who was the sharper parent that would note the children's mood, and if it was negative, he'd know the right way to bring them back up. for that, she will always be grateful of having him around. she was also the one who taught her of the family's kekkei genkai when around. when her mother isn't around, he taught her about the clan's kekkei genkai instead. he also taught her the basics about being a ninja.

it was an agreement of her blood siblings that he was the unofficial oldest brother. quiet and usually stoic, he was soft on the three children. she was always sharp, keen enough to pick from his minute reactions what he wanted to say or do. she also loved to show him her art and stories, things to brighten the mood of the usually solemn man. he was also the one that was weakest to her charms and would do anything for the small girl if she asked for it. due to sharing the same affinity as she did, he would show her how to do some water jutsus, training her to be better in it.

akitarou was someone she believed had to let loose, chill out, and not be so serious. but she also knew that was how he worked so she didn't actively, make any effort to have him relax or the sort. she does think its amusing how the boy had quite the amount of fangirls to her, though ( her tastes were someone more fun and romantic, and maybe golden eyes ). she may have played a bit of a prank of guiding the fangirls to whereever akitarou was at times as a prank, though.

to her, miken was amusing, an interesting character that she wondered how he worked. althoug she could make her own assumptions, she knew that assumptions were merely that—things which she predict, but most likely was not real. he was definitely someone who insulted her for her eccentricities and whimsical nature, but she breezed by it and merely found it fun. heck, she found his blunt remarks quite refreshing and could agree to it "i am a strange weirdo in your eyes, yes? then that i am. i am what you perceive i am as, as much as i am what another or i, myself, perceived me as. after all, we describe each other, no? and that makes us, us!"

one would think the tough andbrawny jiyu, and tsubaki the intelligent and strategic child would not get along well. now, this would usually be true but...tsubaki gave off bunny vibes, she also makes really cool and cute creatures whenever she wants and jiyu may have been interested in them. in the end, jiyu treats her more like a soft bunny to be protected untill tsubaki gets pretty cold and harsh with her words and complex sayings, that's when jiyu starts to frown and give her a look whilst tsubaki kept a small, innocent smile.

the first time, junpei did not see her as much. a small little girl that seemed to not be capable of much, until she looked at him and made some realistic fairies, giving him a much too cryptic message ( yet it hits too close to home if thought about, which he did not choose to ). it's well known that junpei was not comfortable with her, and tsubaki did not mind,, she lets him go on, wondering if he'd fall or get better ( not like that was her problem, though .)

one would also think these two would not get along like her and jiyu, but once again, she was friends with akefumi as well. in truth, tsubaki was someone you can get along well with until she decided to be cryptic, but to akefumi who was jsut as keen, he could understand the underlying meaning of her words that he was never so fond of. however, if she wasn't being like so, these two tend to work together very well. akefumi liked to sick tsubaki on people to creep them out ( which, she admittedly was good at ), and she loved to play along. these two can be troublemakers that got along well until tsubaki hits any personal topics.

i spent the whole day coding this end me omfg. n i hate how some can't turn out the way u want bc the html here is limited af. also the pic of her in a blue dress is technically not nursery rhyme but they're basically the same person in appearance so ye ( cue some lore here you don't have to bother with ). i hope you like her and that my limited knowledge of naruto didn't mess me up ( thank u so much bibi for ur help omf ).
ARCS
* tsubaki was still a child, still never experiencing the cruelty first hand. so maybe her being shaken up a bit by something horrible in a mission or in the chunin exam? and her wanting to fall back to her escapist methods and shut down but her teammates and perhaps sensei just helping her to get back into a proper mindset. steeling her more in the face of the cruel world.
* tsubaki forming a cruel illusion once, being pushed after being hurt by her opponent badly but wanting to win for the simple fact of returning to her family with good news. so using all the pain, all the hits on her, she launched it back full force in the form of her genjutsu, slamming down the painful feeling onto her enemy and messing with their heads.
SUGGESTIONS
* more of a request but...some of the other fukumen members making an appearance for one reason or another.
* idk enough to make any suggestions sOZ OTL. maybe i'll think of something and add more later.
