Junhyuk is the kind of person who wears his heart on his sleeves. It is easy to read him and even if you aren't good at reading people, Junhyuk will happily let you know how he feels. If he is feeling content, you can see it clearly on his face. If he feels vulnerable, he will without any doubt (and shame) cry infront of you. Junhyuk doesn't really care even if people think a crying is asign of weakness or whatever people usually thinks. He just want to let what he feel inside out. "It might help", he always says whenever someone ask why is he always so open about his feeling. Junhyuk used to be very open about his opinion too but since he gets into a lot of troubles because of it, he learns to tone it down bit by bit. His mouth is faster than his brain sometimes though, but he sure is not as blunt as he was before. 

genuine & sociable
Eventhough it sounds like Junhyuk is a complete emotional boi (he is), as soon as he let out what he feels and think, he moves on. It usually comes and go rather fast for him. Getting a forgiveness from Junhyuk is a really easy thing. Sometimes you don't even need to say sorry for it. He might remember what you did but he will hold no grudge over it. He thinks it will hold him away from people and Junhyuk likes to be in the middle of people. Even when he is playing pc games, he likes it better to play with friends, he will usually hit random people on his friendlist (which is mostly overwatch pro-gamers) and whines at them so they play with him. (Siyoung once reported him in overwatch because he keep on using whisper to bother Siyoung).

talkative & attention seeker 
Like mentioned before, Junhyuk like to be in the middle of people. He likes to interact and talk to people. There is always something to talk about, including the same story he has been talking about for the whole weeks. Junhyuk is always so eager to share his happiness but in the other hand he also want to be the reason of that happiness others feel. He likes to be in the spotlight for the good things.

Junhyuk has never like to plan something in detail. It feels like everytime he makes a plan, there is always something that goes off the track. It's mostly his fault though, he is a scatterbrain that gets distracted easily. There is always a l w a y s something on his way that he want to try or do, like checking his kakaotalk when he is washing dishes or looking up for new overwatch update when he plan to clean his room. He does know that because of his scatterbrain, he badly need a plan or schedule or at least something that keep him on track but he never really bother to make one. 

practical & creative
Junhyuk is bad at staying focus on something but he is good at picking n important a point as he walks on. He may understand something pretty quick just by seeing other people doing it. This is one of his way to master one game, by watching someone who is better than him. He copy and pick up important point and combine it with other point he found in the other place. And from what he gathers, he able to makes a lot of new ideas. Junhyuk might be bad at running the idea, but he is really good at coming up with various quick way on doing it.

Growing up, Junhyuk had a lot of interest in game and his parents would always blame his game for the low scores he got in school. It probably was the reason though, so Junhyuk would just stayed silent while his parents nagged at him. In the middle school, Junhyuk learned that you could earn money from playing game. Junhyuk then became obsessed with this idea, especially after overwatch came out (he was  at moba games so-). He would save his pocket money and bought the game with it.  

After a series of yet another fight with his parents and a few mouses and keyboards' cables that his parent cut in attempt to stop him from playing too much game, Junhyuk was finally allowed to pursue the job he wanted, pro-gamer. Junhyuk quickly joined a team named UPPER Gaming through trial and rent a small room near pc-bang where his small team practiced. Junhyuk got into the starting line up and able to show his skill well. But not the team, aside from being a very poor team with no sponsor, the team had a really bad dynamic. His team-mate seems like they never have the same opinion. Not even the violent the coach had done to the boys able to put the boys in same way of thinking. It was a mess and it's not the end of it. Two of his team-mate was caught harassing people in game and so they had to terminated his contract which made the team's play went miserable. The members started to argue even more than they already did and the coach joined in on throwing his own player under the bus just to save his own name. And with that the team end up placing on the last second place on the league that season, just above the other team who had similar scandal as Junhyuk's team. They turned into an inside joke in the game community with a lot of mistake they had in the match. 
During the off season, th team then went into a roster change. Junhyuk stayed in the team as he showed the most stable play compared to the other players in his team. There were 2 new player. One of them was Ahn 'IDEA' Hyukjin, a newbie but talented, support. Junhyuk and Hyukjin quickly got along well as their personality somehow complete each other. Eventhough the org didn't change the bad coach, the team was getting better. There was less argument and more of healthy discussion. But bad luck was once again on Junhyuk's side. The other new kid was caught cheating in the game and so they had the kick him out. They also failed on the league trial so they couldn't competed in the new season. With a bad reputation, bad result and little to no fans, the org decided to shut the team down. 

Junhyuk's career only last a year, shorter than what he expected it to be. He seriously had no guts to tell his parents about this bad news. He knew his parents will want him back home and forbid Junhyuk to continue his job as they still didn't think pro-gamer was a proper job, so Junhyuk stayed silent, telling them that he was doing better and the team was getting better. His parents never bother to watch any of his game anyway. But there was really nothing to do and Junhyuk didn't want to give up on his dream. He did look for a new team but he just didn't fit in their criteria. junhyuk started to open a twich account and did live stream while looking for a team. "LOOKING FOR TEAM" displayed on every live stream title he had but there was still no team contacting him. Caster and e-sport journalist did talked about how Moon 'moonet' Junhyuk was a potential player, it gives Junhyuk so much hope but 3 months (which felt like years) went by and Junhyuk still had no team to settled in. He was getting desperate.

It was in the middle of his stream when he decided maybe he really did need to move on and find a "proper" job. He was supposed to meet Hyukjin the next day and talk about his stress but he was too overwhelm by his own feeling since had been keeping the thought all by himself for days. He remembered perfectly that he was supposed to get a chicken dinner but someone shot him from behind, to think about it again it probably what fueled his frustation more. As the game load back to the game's home, he finally talked about his stress to his viewers (which was only 45 people at that time). He told them that he might went on an indefinite hiatus. He got his first 50,000 won donation with a "don't give up ddyunie TT" message followed by a few small cheering donation. Junhyuk was trying hard not to cry and told his viewers that he won't give up before ending the stream.

The very next day, it would be a surprise if Junhyuk didn't cry infront of Hyukjin. They were in public, at MP! cafe to be exact (because Hyukjin has some "business" to do here) and Junhyuk clung to Hyukjin's arm while sobbing. They end up didn't play any board game and had a serious talk about what Junhyuk want to actually do. Hyukjin able to conviced Junhyuk to not give up on his gaming career. But as he look for a team, Junhyuk will find a job that able to give him a monthly income. He had been struggling with money and he refused to ask more money from his parents.

Later that night, Hyukjin link Junhyuk to MP!'s sns post about finding a new employer. The cafe was close to Junhyuk's rented toom and he actually went to the cafe quiet often (and the staffs were probably seen him weep there few times because Hyukjin refused to go to other cafe.....) so maybe he will go for it?

Hyukjin is the only ex-member of UPPER that still talk to Junhyuk, they are in fact a really close friends now. Maybe it's because they were always on the same side whenever their past team got into a fight or maybe it's just the hard time they had together during UPPER Gaming time in general. Hyukjin isn't sure but he grows fond of the dps player. Hyukjin is known for his sarcastic remark, people will never think that his best friend is a softie like Junhyuk. But it somehow happen. Hyukjin was honestly annoyed by how emotional Junhyuk was at first but now? Hyukjin always unconsciously goes into a soft and protective mode whenever Junhyuk weak shows a sign of wanting to cry. Junhyuk also knows how to save Hyukjin from the situation that pissed him off and Hyukjin loves his best friend so much for that.

Junhyuk knows Siyoung through Hyukjin a few months ago. Siyoung is part of Gen.G just like Hyukjin and often tag along Hyukjin to play with Junhyuk whenever he is free. There is a lot of time where Junhyuk compliment Siyoung's overwatch skill out loud, at first Siyoung feels flattered by it but as time goes by he often uses it to tease Junhyuk. Personality wise, Siyoung act more mature than his two older friends, he is good at choosing words and read the situation around him (including declining Hyukjin's offer to MP whenever he sense something wrong). It might sounds funny but sometimes Junhyuk and Hyukjin ask him for some good advice and not the other way around.

Saebyeolbe (or sbb for short) is probably one of the best guy Junhyuk ever meet. Their first encounter was after a regular match, Sbb's team win over Junhyuk's with a perfect score. Sbb shook Junhyuk's hand for the usual post game handshake and gave the younger guy a smile. He told the younger guy that Junhyuk played amazing despite the mistake Junhyuk's team made and for Junhyuk to never give up as he was looking forward on playing against Junhyuk in a better environtment.  UPPER's internal problem was a public secret at that time but no one ever encourage him to not give up like Sbb did. A star players like Saebyeolbe. Junhyuk couldn't help but idolize him right after that moment. He started to watch and learn from Sabyeolbe.
The both of them never really meet nowaday though as Sbb is playing for a foreign team now and living in USA but Junhyuk ofter bother him on kkt for every reason he has to talk to Sbb.

Honestly, Hyukjin has been pinning on Junhyuk since forever but it seems like Junhyuk never get it. It's not like Junhyuk is a dense person, he just has no clue how romantic feelings work, he doesn't understand the different from liking someone romatically and platonically. The kid has never date anyway, all his life is dedicated for his precious game. And on top of that he has no idea whether he is into man or no, so all this time hyukjin has never been his choice of lover. And with this little respond from him, Hyukjin started to think that maybe Junhyuk is straight? 

But Hyukjin asked him something that left him to start wondering. It was a few days after Hyukjin came out as a biual. Junhyuk never knew this but it was not surprising to him at all as Hyukjin has been talking about Minjin like That. It was the emotional time of the day, 3 am, at a 24hour pc bang near MP! (Junhyuk always question how his live is always around that place). They just finished a match and were queuing to the next one.
"Are you surprised?", Hyukjin asked while leaning back to his seat.
"Of what? That you at playing Mercy?"
"No, damnit, i am not that . I mean that i am a biual?"
 "Oh", Junhyuk looked at his friend, blinking. "No? it's not like you never openly eyeing my boss' "
"Well, they are nice", Hyukjin gave Junhyuk a cheeky grin before turned his head back to the screen. "How about you, ddyunie. Are you interested in man?"
"Me what- n-no? I've never think of that... You better play Mercy properly now and pocket me, i'll use Pharah."
"FIne, i'll show you that i'm good at Mercy. Sooo.. you might, huh?", Hyukjin asked playfully but had no guts on looking at Junhyuk.
"Shut up. The game is starting.........and i don't know...yet"
Junhyuk could feel his cheeks burning for reason he didn't understand. And Hyukjin played Mercy poorly after that because the little spongebobs in his head was running around in panic, HOLD UP?? JUNHYUK?? MIGHT BE?? INTO MAN??
That was their last game that night because Hyukjin told the shorter guy that he was getting sleepy ( and he needed to lie down and process everything )

The both of them then start to wonder silently whether Junhyuk is into man or not.
