Now, I will reply to your question, your "friend" was blocked, that is the reason why after 15 min she subscribe she can't see our shop. Why? Because we don't do poster to the people for after go to waste. We spend our free time for doing posters and for free, because is something we like to do, and for me is something I can do that unites all the things I love, music, books and graphic, so if one person who request for a not existing story, and the same person change account and request for a different not existing story ( before someone accuse me with "you can not accept draft stories", when I say not existing story I intend that story that will never see the light, and if you have read well I am talking about person and not author, because the aithor is one person, but one person can not be an author. For example me I am a designer, I am a reader and  for sure I am not an author) will rejected your request. But seems that your "friend" didn't understand that we didn't wanted to do her poster and subscribe with another account, and with the third case we blocked all her accounts, even if seems there are some more. I want just to remember you even if "she" create other account and use some cheats for change "her" IP, there is something that will not change, the person behind the screen. 

Before I finish to write this, you comment in the shop saying you had one account in 2013 and now is lost, right? I don't know if you noticed, but on the profile who had one account old more than one year appear one number, seems you didn't noticed but my number is 6, that's mean I am on this site since 2012, and I know who type of people there were on 2012, and the difference between them and the people who there are in 2019. And if I need to said this, the difference is huge.

P.S The request form works perfectly, I just checked it, but if your friend continue to send request of course the platform will said it is full, no?!
