song ahn jong: first common impression is “she’s scary”. she is prone to ooze out scary aura that’ll only make people stay away from her. it is somewhat a reward, because only people who are brave enough to know her can see that she is not really that bad of a person. her name is synonymous with the word ‘pessimistic’, not literally. her life had not been a good one and she makes sure that everyone knows. nothing is right in her eyes, even on good things she will somehow always find bad things to point at. she has big mouth often making snarky and sarcastic comments, sometimes can be insensitive to other people’s feeling. ahn will only do what will benefit her but she loves to take risks which often gets her in trouble but usually avoid any responsibility of the damage. she doesn’t like to take orders, she has ego she needs to work on. no one can tell her what to do and be sure to try and not make her envious over something. ahn is aware of her flaws, she knew the facade she built is only to protect her from showing people that she is, in fact, an insecure and scared person.

style: ahn jong wears very basic clothing. sweater to sleep and sometimes to go out. if it is too hot then, she'll wear an oversized t-shirt tucked inside her blue jeans along with a pair of her black converse. she does have some fancy clothes (she's rich anyway) but she'll only wear it when her friends forces her to. ( ahn's wardrobe )

appearance: ahn's hair is styled into a wavy black hair that fall right under her torso with a bang that is swept to the side covering her right eye. Was born with a pair of unreadable hazel-brown thin almond-shaped eyes. standing at 5'6'' with noticeably pale skin color. She has a very long legs and outstanding collarbone.

family background:

ahn jong grew up as the only child in a wealthy family. she had everything, were given all if she asked. she was pretty much pampered and from that, people assumed that she had to have the ‘perfect’ life. but she did not. material values can never replace the lack of emotional bond with her own family. consequently, she lacked personality development. she only had her cat ‘sour’ (died when she was 14) to fill her busy parents absent love.

in 2014, ahn jong’s father was caught in an accident and died instantly, leaving her to grief alone. despite not having a close relationship with her father, ahn jong was devastated for not having the opportunity to create better memories with him. she gradually became more resentful of her life. later in the same year, ahn's mother found a new lover and he immediately moved in. ahn jong, did not agree with the decision but she had no dominance in that argument. she learned that her mother did not genuinely loved her father and was only after his wealth. she felt deceived and became rebellious and selfish.

she started to ignore her studies and almost got kicked out of her school. until she striked up a firm friendship with a guy named im changkyun. changkyun was in fact a good student but that is because he had to. he needed a gateway and he thought ahn jong was the perfect one. as their friendship grew, so does their feelings to each other. he was the one to wire a friendship with the other four girls. changkyun and ahn jong were a thing for almost two years when changkyun moved away and left ahn jong without notice. she felt betrayed and abandoned all over again. she hated it, she couldn’t sleep from the nightmares of being left alone. she was convinced that there weren't really anyone who cared for her so she build a wall around her heart but keep tight those who still means something to her. the girls.

personality: chanyeol’s looks are the most distinct, making him one of the easiest to identify in the crowd. he doesn’t look like the cute korean guy, and neither the super duper hot korean model (maybe if he tried to, he could) but he is undeniably attractive. his facial features makes him really masculine, but when he smiles, his adorable side appears. chanyeol has a lively personality. he’s kind and is willingly to help anyone around him if possible and thus, eveyone is at ease with him. though he is like that, he likes to boss around too but only with the thought to have the best outcome he was doing. he is very talkative, ahn thought that if he doesn’t omit one word every three seconds, he will die. however, chanyeol’s chatty persona doesn’t irritate her, in fact, she likes it. on top of that, he’s funny. he makes everyone laugh, he makes situations better and that is what he do best. maybe he’s the only one who can make ahn’s situation better?
 

how will you meet: it was totally out of ahn’s train of thoughts to have the car’s tyre pop. (her ‘baby dont cry’ friend probably told her many times it just flew over her head). the group of friends was stranded in the middle of nowhere for 2 days at least with no signal to call anyone. until chanyeol’s car stopped by the ‘overdose’ friend by doing her thang. he help and ahn thought he would actually fall for ‘overdose’ charms (he might or he might not), but he didn’t ask for anything in exchange. she was suspicious at first because somehow they met again soon. ahn definitely put up her toughest self to avoid him but fate bounded them together somehow.

interaction: chanyeol can be ranged from friendly and outgoing to sweet and protective around ahn and that is after he listened to her friend on how she is the way she is. her friends trust him and they knew he was falling for her each day. ahn and chanyeol hanged out a lot during the summer but ahn was scared to let him in though she felt the same towards him. both of them were confused. sometimes ahn is kind to him but sometimes she is distant. sometimes ahn is jealous if he is over-friendly and sometimes she pretends to not care. but that didn’t stop chanyeol to pursue her. he wants to help her and give the love she deserves. it becomes serious when ahn shows her soft side and broke down one night they were alone. telling all of her troubles, the nightmares, the fear of being abandoned, the confusion with her mother and her boyfriend. after that, she fully rely on him and chanyeol did not disappoint. she finally realizes her feelings towards chanyeol and decided to try again, to give love another chance.
