Thought my insom was gone but it just recurrent and getting worse maybe.. i couldnt sleep for more than 30 hours. If u have faced this before, let me know how to fix it.. thank u
Try staying away from electronic devices for at least an hour before sleep and drink hot or warm water before bed. Sometimes trying yoga helps out too. Hope you get better soon!
Exercise and eat healthy food . I also try to avoid using gadgets 30mins - 1 hour before I sleep. Listening to soft music helps me too. Take good care and I hope it gets better for you
I faced this before, 3 days without sleep..
The best cure for me is avoid any device (Handphone, TV, game device, computer, laptop)..
Try to relax in bed, turn off lamp, and close ur eyes..

30 hours? That's not good at all. Actually currently I'm facing same problem (Insomnia) as well, so all I do is to take drugs to help me sleep. Honestly, it works at times for me. I'm so sorry.
