The one woman band — It's not a secret that Oasis is able to play multiple instruments, hence this is what her old highschool nick named her this and it followed her up to now.
sailor mo — She was given this name by her group because her lack of restraint for cursing. The woman curses like a sailor, and it kind of intimidated the other members at first.
The sleeping cutie — Despite her intimidating aura, sleeping Mona is the polar opposite. She cuddles the closest thing/person to her and has the habit of curling up to a ball. People find it cute for some reason.
mona-hjumma — Since she's the one with the most stable income and job (before cheongchun's debut), Mona is the one who pays for the group's food, snacks, etc. She's also the one who puts the members in their place when they're acting up because of her intimidating personality, yet oddly paired with gentle control. The "ahjumma" part was also added because of her fashion style very much reminds people of almost a trendy grandma.

She has tattoos decorated on her body that she has to cover up during broadcast with a long sleeve shirt (I mean she wears hoodies all the time anyways, so it's no biggie). However, during v-lives, she sometimes where tank tops that reveals her tattoos to the fans (she got 'em done predebut). One is on her top portion of the left arm and the lower portion is this, a snake on her hand, and the other is beside her . The last body modification she has are her cartilage piercings on both ears. As for Oasis' fashion, well...she can somehow pull off the lazy, yet cool style. She has a huge stash of sweatpants and hoodies (some are stolen from Jeongguk) in her closet just waiting to be worn. However, she also has an endless collection of slides and crocs that are the bane of Cheongchun's existence. She has crocs in all colors, and it's a running joke among the fandom. As for Oasis' body, she has a skinnier physique due to high metabolism and lack of eating. It's not that she suffers from any eating disorder, but she works so often all cooped up in her studio that she forgets to eat. It doesn't help that what she usually snacks on is considerably unhealthy.

"I'd say Oasis has the worst style....I mean she doesn't dress bad but...those crocs...those crocs ruin her entire outfit. They are horrid and need to be burned." - one of the members, probably.

personality

— Traits:
( + : independent, calm, decisive, patient, logical
( / : introverted, blunt, quiet, dominant, detail-oriented(!!!!!)
( - : sarcastic, abrasive, stoic, cynical

At first glance, you would think Oasis is just like BTS' Yoongi or better known as Suga. That may be true in the couple of seconds of knowing her, but once you get to know her, she's entirely different than what you'd expect.

Oasis is known to be one of the more quiet, reserved members of the group. She doesn't have the brightest personality that'll charm the audience, but she shrouds in mystery at first glace in which seems to enchant the public. As a little girl, she had always done things on her own: signing up for guitar lessons by herself to even getting an internship at a music entertainment at a young age. If things don't go her way, she's not one to fret. Mona tends to ride along the wind, but when she knows things can go wrong, she's the one to point it out first, and with her using logic, her predictions are 95% right.

On the flip side, however, Mona was never known to be the "nice girl". Instead, she had a blank, face to match her intimidating personality. Her words come off as harsh, but most of the time, they come from a good place with no malicious intent. Again, this doesn't mean she's necessarily nice. In fact, in some scenarios, she could be considered a villain if you look back in her past feuds. With her past relationships with people now broken, it shaped her to become a cynical , finding it hard for her to trust others.

Don't be discouraged though. Oasis has a shell that you need to crack, but once you're able to do so, you'd see a side of her that not a lot of people are able to see. In a way, it's a little rewarding because after all the layers you've gone through, you get to see a loosen up version of her—a goofier personality that's a stark difference from what you've seen before. Some may even consider her as a "closeted crackhead" (meaning that she's actually a really dumb, yet funny person).

trivia

— facts

one — This might sound weird to some people, but her biggest inspirations to produce music are the childhood movies she used to watch: Spirited Away, My Neighborhood Totoro, etc. because of the levels of creativity that's put into these movies motivates her to be creative in her own works.
two — She obviously loves animated movies.
three — Also loves horror books and graphic novels (her tattoos are inspired by Junji Ito).
four — The first instrument she learned how to play was the piano (courteous to her father), but she prefers the guitar more. In total, she can play up to five instruments which are: the guitar (both acoustic and electric), bass, drums, piano, and violin.
five — Diet is worryingly unhealthy. Although she can cook, she eats a lot of junkfood (because they're easier to eat) due to working late hours in her studio (seven eleven is her best friend).
six — Her body defies the laws of anatomy. Mona's metabolism is insane because she consumes a lot of junkfood.
seven — Ironically enough, her favorite food is roasted vegetables and grilled eel.
eight — Is a very clean person. Her room and studio is always tidy and smells of fresh lemons.
nine — She had her own studio after the sucess of Skool Luv Affair. She names it "Paradise Studios".
ten — Despite her thin physique, she's a really good sprinter.
eleven — Her studio is called "PARADISE STUDIOS" and it's bigger than namjoon's, etc. studio to accomodate all her instruments.

background

— what shaped me into who i am

Born into a prestgious family, Lee Mona had her life set even before she was conceived. Expectations arise for her to become a successful business woman just like her mom, taking over her mother's luxuorius fashion line that's up to par with Gucci and Chanel, and her father, Lee Jaehyun, was no slacker either as he's one of the most famous/respected singers in all of Korea. The future was bright for Mona. However, things turned sour as she's one of the most rebellious, untameable member of her bloodline. Mona's schedule was more busy than an average businessman at the tender age of ten, mainly consisting of school, private English lessons, singing lessons, ballet, and in secret, she even worked (helped out, really) in her grandma's shop, so that later in life, she could buy herself a guitar.

At the age of twelve, her and her parents moved to California for a while due to her parent's jobs, and this is where her interest in music truly blossomed. Yes, her father is already in the music industry, but she never cared until then. With her money combined with her grandma's help, she was able to purchase her first acoustic guitar at age thirteen. Everyday after her schedule was finally done, she'd go to the library and check out books and even looked at old youtube videos on how to play her guitar. However, her parents felt something else when her thoughts were not focused on the future they were painting for her. With Mona already occupied by her self-taught guitar lessons, her mother, especially, grew to resent hearing the strums, scolding the young girl that she should focus on her studies in business rather than sillying around with an nstrument. Mona didn't listen.

She was seventeen when Mona had returned back to Korea. She was the new student, the superstar with the highest status in the student body, and at that time, her relationship with her parents had already turned sour, therefore altering her personality to where she was known as the icy in Yuchan High School. However, someone saw the potential and love she harboured, and that someone is: Song Minu, the cliché school heart throb slash the drummer of The Urban Nights (a rock band). It's all a story of its own on how their friendship bloomed, but it all started off when Mona had stayed after school and heard the band play in the practice room, and well, Minu saw her and invited her to stay a bit longer to hear their new song.

Eventually, Mona became Oasis and she was the newest addition to The Urban Nights as the lead guitarist and singer (as well as the unnamed face of the band) after one member had to leave. Still, her reputation at school as the icy didn't falter t h a t much, but people had never seen her smile like she did when she performed. This didn't go so well for Mona's parents, of course, but as usual, Mona couldn't give a about them. The band made her happy, not her parents, but they believed Urban Nights is a distraction (obviously). As time goes by, Mona's relationship with her bandmates begin to falter as well as the stress of her parent's expectations and wants begin to weigh down on her heavily. She had never mention any of that to her band members, and she was eventually forced out of the band when her mother had marched into their practice room and destroyed her first acoustic guitar right in front of everyone to bare witness. After that, she has disappeared from her band without a word.

family

— the important people in my life

mother — Lee Minhee // 46 // Famous Fashion Designer // tough, hard-headed, thick-skinned, cold // Their relationship is not very good. It's gotten to the point where they can't be in the same room anymore because there's pent up anger in both of them.

Father — Lee Jaehyun // 48 // Singer, MC, Actor // blunt, assertive, hot-headed  // Mona and her father's relationship is a little bit better than her and her mother's. At times, they argue as well, but they can come to terms with each other in some areas.

grandmother — Lee Eunjoo // 80 // Deceased // supportive, maternal, loving // Mona's grandmother had always been there for Mona ever since she was a baby. She was the one who actually took care of her since Mona was a child, and had always guided and supported her decisions. Every month, Mona will visit her grandma's memorial.

friends

— the ones who make a close second

friend(?) — Jeon Jeongguk // 21 // BTS' Singer & Dancer // light-hearted, loving, passionate, ambitious, competitive // further explained in the love interest section.

close friend — Kim Namjoon // 24 // BTS' leader, rapper, & producer // caring, diligent, intelligent // Mona and Namjoon carry the type of bond where they learn from each other every time they meet. They both met back when Skool Luv Affair was still in production, and them two would work together working on each track to make sure every aspect is perfect. Their style in music is somewhat similar, but still very different, and they both pick up certain aspects of styles and it's shown in their tracks.

Close friend — Min Yoongi // 25 // BTS' rapper & producer // introverted, independent, sensitive, ambitious // Like the rest of the produce/rap line, they both met during the production of Skool Luv Affair, and it took a while for them to truly grow close to each other. It's not like they never got along, but it's rather of how both their personalities are so similar in terms of introverted-ness. They like to have time for themselves, basically. However, their friendship blossomed when they both worked on Spring Day, and shared a heart-felt conversation on how their life mirrored so closely to the lyrics. Today, they're still close even though they don't see each other as often. Whenever they meet, it's as if they were never apart. They're relationship is calm and quite domesticated in a platonic way.

friend — Jung Hoseok // 24 // BTS' dancer & producer // optimistic, emotional, hard-working, extroverted // Compared to Namjoon, Yoongi, and even Jungkook, Hoseok and Mona aren't as close. Even though he'd like to be as close to Mona as the rest of the rap line, it's because of their stark difference in personality that drives Mona a little bit further away to where he doesn't even know what she really did before she worked with BigHit. While Hoseok is emotional, Mona is stoic. However, whenever he does sense frustration, he's the one to encourage her to keep going and that things will turn out okay.

others

— the other people in my life

broken friendship, but healing slowly — Song Minu // 24 // Drummer in The Urban Nights // ambitious, hard working, creative, a little flirty, outgoing // After Mona's silent depart from The Urban Nights, she has left with shame and guilt on her shoulders that she wanted to runaway from everything. With Minu being one of her first friends in high school, she feels as if he's the most affected and burdened by her after her leave. For a little while, Minu held a selfish grudge against her—she did leave with no word, but soon came to an understanding as of why she did what she did. He had never met her parents, and after the incident, he was worried if he'd ever reach her, she'll be the one suffering from the wrath of her mom's brutality. The two has not talked to each other, but when the bullying rumor arises against Mona, he spoke up in her defense and then found out her kakaotalk and messaged "I forgive you." Mona has yet to respond.

plotline — The Producer

back up — The Leader

trainee life — After graduating from high school (2012), Mona had moved out of her parent's suffocating household (almost all her ties with them were cut off) and with the money she saved, she was able to afford a small apartment for a couple of months. Not only that, she was offered a paid internship to work in BigHit Entertainment despite not having a degree in the music; however, her talents were still not ignored. With a little luck and hard work, things were turning around for Mona. Two years later, BTS' fame was arising and Mona had turned herself into "Oasis", becoming a full-time producer along with Pdogg and Supreme Boi. Oasis had taken part of BTS' production of their album "Skool Luv Affair" and forward.

After years of cementing herself under BigHit, the company released information about the upcoming girl group, and it was only natural for Oasis to be taken part of this new project. At first, she was set to be their primary producer and stay behind the scenes; however, the CEO himself saw the potential stardom in Oasis that she couldn't see. It only made sense, really. She was a local celebrity before, and she knew how the music industry was like considering her years with BigHit and past experiences with her father. He then popped the question, "How would you like to be in member?"

It took a while for Oasis to accept. At first, she was heavily against such idea, but if this goes well, it'll show her parents what she is capable of without them. She did make it into BigHit without any help from them anyways, but they just love to undermine her hardwork.

Now for the real trainee years, it wasn't honestly too hard for her. It was mainly the fact that Oasis had no school to worry about, and during her time as a trainee, she reminisced where she had vocal lessons back then as a little girl. Dancing isn't her forté, but she didn't struggle with it either other than having to increase her stamina. As for her status among the trainees, she was still quite intimidating, but with her age, she isn't as "icy" as she was in high school. Hell, she was even quite famous among the trainees considering that she is still a producer as well, making them want to become her friend.

tl;dr: she started off as an intern, hoping to become a producer, but ended up being a trainee later on.

pre-debut experience(s) —
1) Took part in the production of BTS' albums from Skool Luv Affair all the up to Love Yourself: Her
2) Garnered fame from the ARMYs as a producer and writer for House of Cards
3) This is the last song Oasis had with The Urban Nights (written by Minu).
4) A clip and another of Oasis playing guitar at age 15 that went viral in her father's social media.
5) As one of the teasers prior to Cheongchun's debut, Oasis filmed herself in her studio working on one of their songs. It was soon posted days before their debut mv.
6) Oasis posts a cover for Dua Lipa's song on Cheongchun's youtube.
7) Oasis posted a cover of The Morning by The Weeknd on Cheongchun's soundcloud before debut.

scandal(s) —

"OASIS: THE BULLY?" — false
A malicious rumor set by petty ex-highschoolers who used to attended the same class as Mona. Even though she wasn't known to be the nicest girl in the world in high school, she never go to the extent and harass others. She doesn't care about anyone to do that. Surprisingly enough, her ex-band member, Minu, had defended Oasis. BigHit soon sued the girls for their false accusation and destruction of character.

+ even though she's a rapper for the group and writes her lyrics, she never considered herself as a real rapper.

jeon jeongguk

— kim namjoon

birthday — September 1, 1997

personality — Jeongguk has a more complex personality than what people think. He's definitely an introvert, but when he's around the right people, he's the light of everyone's day. On the other hand, he could be quiet and observing to his surroundings. He notices the little things such as one's habits just from the way they talk or present themselves. While Mona is phlegmatic, Jeongguk has trouble expressing his feelings, and sometimes that doesn't lace well together on top of their sensitivity levels—he's quite sensitive while Mona can mirror the exact sensability of a rock at times. His heart is full of compassion and love, but with the difficulti es of expressing it, he sometimes gets frustrated. On top of this, it's no secret that he's truly competitive. He's competitive in athletics, himself, etc. Jeongguk wants to do the very best, and when he thinks he can't reach to his full potential, he tries very hard to perfect himself.

relationship — Sometimes, Mona can be a little bit tough on the young man who had to grow up so quickly. She realizes how it can be difficult for him to express his feelings, so she's patient with him more often than not, but sometimes this takes a toll on her and her patience wears little to nothing and snaps. Mona tells him to get out of her sight, and Jeongguk is frightened of not being able to see her because of it. With anxiety-ridden strings of apologies to him almost tearing up, Mona weakens and succumbs to the boy. She swears to god there's some kind of curse in Jeongguk that makes him irresistable—it's definitely his doe-like eyes. She swore she saw stars in those deep, brown eyes. But their relationship is much better than this, really. It first started off as a "noona to dongsaeng" dynamic (it's still like that in a way) where she's teaching Jeongguk how to play a guitar in her studio, but it soon changed later into something a bit more different. A platonic kind of love transformed into something more intimate, almost like lovers but not quite there yet. Jeongguk still tries to attend Mona's guitar lessons despite both of their busy schedules now, and even suprises her during a practice or a performance whenever he has the time.

history —
How they met:
Jeongguk first saw Mona as he experienced what it was like when the producers had to gather together and compose a song, and this was during the making of Dark and Wild. He experienced how a song was being composed, writtten, etc. and the most memorable moment for him at the time was when Mona had played the electric guitar for Danger. It's quite funny really because at that moment, Mona was well...quite bored. With a disinterested look on her face as she easily strummed her guitar, she didn't know how Jeongguk could be so fascinated. However, what sold him was when she was done, she shredded in the most effortless way, only doing it as a joke. After the session had been completed, Jeongguk shyly asks Namjoon continuously about Mona.

It wasn't until 2015 when Jeongguk was able to take guitar lessons from Mona when Namjoon finally had enough of his constant questions. Both Jeongguk and Mona had exchanged a conversation or two before this, but it was never to an extent that they would be friends; however, things change and now he became her disciple as she's his mentor—guitar-wise (and life too).

How they grew:
Overtime with Mona and Jeongguk spending late nights together, practicing the guitar together and sometimes, Jeongguk would even sneak into her studio while she's working on music because Namjoon, Suga, and Hoseok kicked him out of their's. When he comes over, she has already bought his favorite brand of banana milk and even things to snack on. Back then, it was almost as if Mona was more like an older sister than he would look up to as she taught him how to play his favorite songs and gave him one of the most cherished life advices he still keeps in mind today.

Mona really does care and adore Jeongguk, though. For the longest time, she has seen him as a little brother with brights eyes that can hold galaxies and ambition that rivals any conquerer. Even though she won't admit it verbally, he is her inspiration to move forward. In her past as a producer, she felt as if her talents have plateaued and that stumped brought her down emotionally. She slowly dreaded coming to the studio now with nothing special to offer, but when she took Jeongguk as her student, he unknowingly motivated her to improve within herself as she didn't want him to experience lackluster quality from her.

How they fell:
Over the years of spending quality time with each other while she watched Jeongguk become the 20 year old man he was (at the time), she noticed there's a drastic change in compared to the shy kid she once knew. Gone were the lanky arms and now came the muscle covering every inch of his body. Not only that, his confidence boosted a lot over the years and that's what Mona liked the most about this change. However, she does reminisce when he was the timid boy who she constantly teased. At the same time, their relationship grew further than hanging out in her studio to Jeongguk sneaking out of his dorm with a hat and face mask and hung out with each other, away from the public. This was their first (unofficial) "date"; they were having a night picnic at the Han River (which resulted to Jeongguk throwing grapes at Mona).

As of right now, they're not in a relationship, but damn they might as well be.

other —

1) Between the two, Mona is the one who'd confess first. Since she's never really been in this situation, she'd most likely do it over text saying: lol i ing like you okay, you big loser. you're a loser, but you're a cute one even though you're a piece of . lololol brb gotta blast.

2) When she does do that, though. Jeongguk will probably come ruSHING to the Cheongchun's dorm with full on sweat and give Mona the biggest smooch when he sees her.

3) Mona would probably shout "wh AT THE FU CK" after.

4) Mona really hates sweat.

5) "Shut up you ugly and be my girlfriend already" — Probably Jeongguk.

6) " you but okay" — Probably Mona.

1) Jeongguk wants to throw away all of her crocs and burn it. When he had his timbs, she had her crocs.

2) Both of their contact photo of each other is Johny (Jeongguk) and Papa (Mona) from Johny Johny.

3) After Jeongguk comes back from tour, Mona buys him a welcome back gift whether they're new shoes or a cake.

4) Jeongguk likes to surprise her with back hugs and lift her up. She doesn't like surprises, so when he does that, she shouts curse words in either English or Korean.

5) "Gimme all my hoodies back" — Jeongguk

6) "Iun see your name on it" — Mona

7) Their second hangout/unofficial date was when Jeongguk invited Mona to his dorm when the rest were gone, but when his hyungs eventually found out, they saying that he's officially became a man. I mean ,,, Only If They Really Knew.

8) In the second date, they both hung out in Jeongguk's room when he had purchased a projector. They both watched movies together ranging from Iron Man all the way to Real. They both didn't know how it came about, but that night was when he'd lost his ity.

9) Not gonna lie though, Mona bumped her head because of his in' bunk bed.
