Heya~

Yesterday, I worked as a one-day Korean-English translator for a Korean singer. He came here to promote a song together with another K-Pop artist who has been active in the Philippines the past year. 

They're still actively promoting in Manila and have plans to promote in Cebu. 

I only worked for one day with the Korean team and it was my first time as an interpreter. I probably didn't do a good job but they kept giving me compliments and saying that I did well. 

The manager of the K-Pop artist was alone managing EVERYTHING. He had to coordinate schedules, rehearsals, outfits, meals... and I can see that his job wasn't easy. He spoke english very well but because he had to do so many things-- he even got hurt carrying albums in a big bag :( but it was part of his job so he just worked with a smile on his face. I felt so bad for him and he kept thanking me that day because I did a lot of things normally other Interpreters won't do like asking for meals and coordinating schedules. 

If you're wondering WHO the Korean artist is. They are actually a DUO and it's their first time being a Duo. The first member is younger, speaks English and has been active in the Philippines as an actor (He's also an EX-member of a famous group that is active now). The second member is older, hasn't promoted his own music but has made music for commercials, drama OST and films. The second member does not speak English (but understands) so I had to interpret when they asked him questions.

I didn't fangirl so much because I was being a professional but I did take a selfie with them. I'll upload them later or after they're done promoting. 

If you're a FIlipino, you'd probably know who the first member is because the teleserye he acted in became a HIT.
