Just wanted to know part 2

I write in previous blog, Just wanted to know.

I asked in my previous blog what you friend do when you are angry and now I am stuck in the same question.

I gave you options

But now I am confused. Nowadays I am so angry.

Me : I won't get angry anymore.

Few minutes later

Reality comes to me smirks evily.

Reality slaps me tight in the face, take it .

Me : I am so ING angry.

I do few things to calm myself down.

1. Hurt myself

2. Go blank ( no emotional )

3. Crying

I am tired of first option because it ING hurts. About second option my family barks at me for no reason. I don't want to deal with crying because my family will ask lot's of questions.

And if I tell the truth they will scold me stop being drama queen.

So please tell me what to do when I am angry.

You did ask, so here goes my answer.
It's not wrong to be angry since we're human and we need to feel. Whatever you're going through right now, I sincerely hope that everything goes well. THIS SHALL PASS. Please don't hurt yourself. Self-destruction and isolation will not help you at all. If you hold on to that anger for a long time, it will slowly eat you away and you will experience more complications and will make your life dull and full of bitterness. When I know that a friend is angry, I give her dark chocolate. It relieves stress and eating chocolate will give you happy hormone. Try also eating ice cream. Next thing, go for a walk. Distract yourself by noticing the people around you. Talk it out. Lastly, meditate (pray) and reflect. I hope this helps. God bless you.

Tell me didi, does anyone of your problems get solved by your anger or doing those specifically hurting yourself? No right? Then why do things which are unproductive or not fruitful to us! Anger always blinds us, it hurts everyone, to whom it is directed as well as to the one who possess! In my opinion when you get angry just leave that matter for the time..... Indulge yourself in productive ways which you will enjoy like go take fresh air, you are a writer so maybe write new stories or dance or sing whatever you want to do! You see everything will be solved on its own when time comes! Don't let your anger blinds or take control over you because it will make you do certain things that you may regret in future! Stay calm and enjoy your life! Problems don't get solved immediately so you need to solve it calmly if cannot then leave it... It will be solved on its own when time comes! Be happy and enjoy your life!

I don't know what you're facing but I hope it ends soon :( And yes, option one is definitely not good (and trust me, I've done that for years myself). Here's what I do: take a piece of paper, and either write down your anger or tear the paper to pieces (you cn tear apart an eraser as well, it's strangely satisfying) Watch a movie or drama, listen to some songs, or go for a walk - try to distract yourself and get away from people for a while. Eat your favorite food too, or take a nap. Ah, and another helpful thing: just cry, don't hold back - you honestly feel relieved after a good crying session.
I hope you'll feel better soon! And remember, life has it's ups and downs, and the good times wouldn't be good if there was no bad to compare it to, right? Your good times will come soon! <3

Maybe just take some time to yourself and go find a few friends to confide in. I usually find that having like-minded company around helps relieve the anger much faster and efficiently than self-harm and/or bottling it all up inside.

I usually play games like (don't judge me) chess when I am furiously angry.
But idk how much that helps.
Songs are better distraction, try singing along (for example, spring day) it relaxes your mind.
