QUIRK ♡ Her quirk is Pathokinesis which is the power to control emotions. She can make someone sad, happy, or angry by touching them and altering their feelings, she does this with with permission however. She has the ability to make people calm, angry, depressed, in love, mentally unstable, and more. If her emotions get too out of control, it affects others. For example if she's crying, others will start crying, whether they like it or not. This usually affects a lot of people. When this happens, the closer they get to her, the more they would be affected by her emotions. She can also feel others' emotions. If they'e upset, or jealous, etc. She usually uses songs to affect emotions on a larger scale as if anyone hears her, they'll be affected, but she's too shy to do it as she is now as she's not comfortable singing in front of people. She loses her voice more easily and can black out if she overuses her powers.

APPEARANCE ♡ Chidori looks more like the first picture, hairstyle, eyes, etc, except her hair aren't in braids and she doesn't have bunny ears. She has light gray hair and dark purple eyes. She has a soft shaped face and kind eyes that makes her easily approachable. Her hair is half up half down with a half up pony tail in a bun. When in her hero costume she has it in a high side pony tail. She's short standing at 152cm and she also has a beauty mark on her hand under her first right knuckle. Chidori's legs are one of her nicest features. In other words, she's thick LOL. She's not flat chested either as she has a chest size that's almost as big as momo's

STYLE ♡ Chidori dresses up really girly and stylish. She has a purple earring on her left ear, but only that ear because Tomura has the right earring, but red. She wears the uniform as instructed but wears black thigh high socks with it. Her casual wear consists of cardigans, skirts, jeans, sneakers, flats, and pastel colored items. When going out in disguise, she has fake black circular frames, a hat, and scarf paired up with her usual outfit so people won't recognize her. Her favorite thing to wear are jackets and flats. For her nightime clothes, she puts her hair in a low side pony tail and usually just wears shorts and a tanktop to sleep, and of course they're girly.

PERSONALITY ♡

Chidori is a really caring person. She's never seen NOT smiling and she's easy to approach. She tries to help when she can. Chidori tries to get others to look on the bright side of things, being her optimistic self. She's also really respectful, careful not to overstep her boundaries and hurt someone with what she says or does. This shows when she's using her quirk on others as she always asks before doing anything to alter their emotions. She also made it a personal rule to herself to never alter ones romantic feelings, no matter how much she likes them or how much someone else begs them. Chidori is also very calm. In dangerous situations, she is able to keep a level head and think rationally. Quite the opposite of Bakugou in fact.
 

She has an overactive imagination, thinking up of things that are a little over the top. This can be good but also bad since this causes her to be intimidated by others a lot. Especially going off of their appearances and first impressions which is also her judgemental side. This leads to her apologizing for many misunderstandings. Chidori is a paranoid person. On the outside she appears calm and collected but she easily gets scared of things relating to gore, or anything gross. She does not do well with ghost stories as she will stay up for the rest of the night since she's so paranoid. When needed she can be quite stern. When she's like this she says things that may come out cold or demanding. When she says she wants something done then she wants it done. Chidori is one of the most stubborn girls out there. Because of this side she holds a lot of grudges over trivial things such as if someone was late by 2 minutes. When she makes up her mind, it'll be hard to change it because of her stubborness. When she's arguing, she'll still continue to argue even when she knows she's wrong. 

Chidori is also a closet otaku. She keeps this side of her to herself though. Which is why when she buys games or anime related things, she goes out in a disguise. Chidori is quite clumsy and gets timid easily but always takes care of others and tries to cheer them up if they are in a bad mood.

   THERE'S MORE TO YOU THAN MEETS THE EYE...

PAST ♡ Chidori is the twin sister of Shigaraki Tomura/Shimura Tenko. They were a happy family. Tomura always referred to Chidori as nee-chan even though he was the older twin. He just always looked up to her since at the time, she was more adventurous and brave. Their mom would always sing songs to them which Chidori still remembers to this day, and their father gave them their earrings which both of them still wear today. One incident happened where their mom died in an accident. Their father died shortly after, leaving the two to fend for themselves. Chidori got severely sick, ending up in a hospital where she and her brother would have to be sent to an orphanage. Tomura would visit her everyday, and one day when he left, a  young couple with a young boy saw Chidori and overheard the nurses talking about sending her to adoption. The parents adopted her right there and then, doing the paper work and taking Chidori home as she was well enough to be taken home with some bedrest. When Tomura returned the next day, she was gone and he believed she died. That's when the two went their separate paths. Growing up, Chidori still remembers her birth family, but she feigns amnesia and pretends she doesn't remember them. She still cares about Tomura even though she knows he's evil.

Chidori grew up with a caring family and a caring older brother. Her brother had a telekinesis quirk, along with her mom, while her dad had a plant quirk. Her quirk was always there and she always knew about it since her mom and Tomura would always compliment her on it and how she always made them happy. She didn't think nothing much of her quirk other than that she liked helping people. And when she discovered that she can use singing as a more efficient way to affect people with her quirk she grew determined to become a hero and help people. She trained so that she can fight and defend herself, being that her quirk is not a physical strengthening one, and then applied for UA.

PRESENT/SCHOOL LIFE ♡ Chidori is in class 1-A and is determined to become a hero, just like the rest of the students. She wakes up, eats breakfast, goes to school and goes home. Sometimes she goes out with friends if they plan to. She does academically well in school and others easily come to her for help, advice, or comfort. People don't usually make fun of her as she is scary when mad and also can defend herself. There's also her best friend Kirishima to worry about. With her princess-like looks, a lot of boys(and some girls) fawn over her. She knows she has admirers but her heart is set on only one person.

 

As for her dorm (in later chapters) it's a typical teenage dorm room. There are some video game posters, figurines, and merch in there as she is a closet otaku, but she keeps this side of her to herself. Her room is really neat and pastel colored. She also has string lights across her walls to make it more aesthetically pleasing and also because she's afraid of the dark.

PERSONALITY ♡ Todoroki is a quiet and distant person at first, but once you get to know him he is kind and caring. He's cold and aloof but also calm and intelligent. He has a bad relationship with his father and loathes his left side. He's very brave but also very stoic and barely smiles. He gains a slight sense of humor later on but he is still distant. He has a strong heart and will do anything for his friends. He can think quickly and dilligently as well, and honestly he just needs a little love.

TRIVIA ♡ Todoroki's childhood wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. He went through brutal training from his dad and even loathes his left side because of him. His parents didn't have a happy marriage and his mom even poured boiling water on him because she was reminded of Endeavor. He doesn't hold any grudges against her because of this though. His unhappy childhood is what made him distant and the way he is now.

   SURELY YOU HAVE THAT SPECIAL SOMEONE...

FIRST MEETING ♡ Chidori and Todoroki first met at UA, Chidori accidentally muttering outloud that he was beautiful. Todoroki seemed amused and then walked away. After that meeting, they would constantly bump into each other, talking more and more that they interacted with each other. It soon turned into talking and they soon became friends, Todoroki coming to her often to help him with his emotions. When Chidori first saw him, she was infatuated. When they became closer, she would easily blush and stutter when someone like Kirishima brings him up or teases her about him. Todoroki became fond of her easily as well.

RELATIONSHIP ♡ While they're not super close per se, they do get along well. Chidori knows that she has a crush on him but she tends to deny it a lot, believing that he liked Momo. She even tried altering her emotions on herself but they came back everytime she talked with him. Todoroki doesn't realize why he's so fond of Chidori, why he always wants to be around her and protect her. He brushes it off as she's just a really close friend that he can relate to. He often hangs around her when she's alone and she also approaches him when he's alone, taking comfort in each other's prescense. Chidori believes Todoroki and Momo like each other so she tends to have a frown whenever they're interacting and leaves the room when it happens. Others tease Chidori a lot as she is blantantly obvious to some of them but when they try teasing Todoroki there's barely a reaction. Until Denki and Kirishima pointed out that he likes her, that's when he started to become more flustered from the teasing. Honestly, class 1-A ships it and has been trying to get the two together for a while, but all their attempts ended up in failures.

CONCLUSION ♡ When Chidori (in her disguise) goes out one day on the weekend to get a new otome game, she stumbles across Midoriya, Ochako, and Iida. Panicking and playing it off that she was just getting some books, she hurridley runs off making the excuse that she has to be home before dinner(even though it was midday) and bumps into the last person she wants to see. Todoroki. He recognizes her immediately ,compared to the friend group earlier which took awhile for them to recognize, and asks her what she's been up to. She tries making up a bunch of excuses but he saw through them all and eventually she tells him the truth. Todoroki, being amused, laughs and says that wasn't a reason to be so secretive around her. He doesn't mind and he swears he'll keep it a secret. The two spend the rest of their day together out in the town, going on a somewhat date. Of course while this was happening Ochako contacted almost everyone in class 1-A who then began to spy on them. They went to a cafe and went shopping together as well, Todoroki even buying her a plush. While the sun is setting both of them overhear whispering and shoving while talking and both soon catch onto who's spying on them. After some time, they finally escaped them and they're both sitting on a bench looking at the lake with disguises on. Todoroki talks about how his fear of becoming like his father and how he's scared of love because he might end up like him. Insteaed of Chidori just touching him to make him feel better, she sings for him, being the first time that she successfully used her quirk and singing together. Chidori confesses that she would love him and she doesn't care about all his fears because in the end she loves him and thinks he's beautiful, even with his scar. He confesses that he loves her as well and then they hug. After that they began dating much to the disappointment of class 1-A not being able to witness it. Although Chidori sucessfully used her singing and quirk together, that was only in front of Todoroki, and she still isn't comfortable singing in front of a large crowd. Todoroki helps her with this however, as well as the rest of her classmates. They're a happy couple and Todoroki's protectiveness went times 10 once they started dating. He also grew more social after and started smiling and laughing more often.
