How I lost 10+ lbs (5kg) by eating pizza

Hi there! If you read the title, then you can see that I claim to have lost weight by eating pizza. I'm here to tell you IT IS TRUE.
It looks clickbait-y but I say it on purpose because that is just how ridiculously real my experience is. 

NOTE: I'm 25 years old. I do these diets because I've consulted with my brother who is a doctor. I'm at an okay age to try these diets. If you have any diet restrictions or currently have eating disorders, please seek medical help first. This is my personal experience. 

I started out at 186 lbs (84 kg) now down to 175 lbs (79 kg) on the electric scale. On an analog scale, I started at at 180 lbs now down to 165lbs. 

I recommend only using one scale so I don't know which one to believe. The electric is most accurate for sure.

I'm on a KETOGENIC DIET. It's a high-fat, low-carb diet plan. 

I am allowed to eat anything that's high in fat. Cheese, Bacon, Eggs. 

But I'm not allowed to eat high carb food such as rice, bread and pasta.

What's great is that all high carb food have low carb alternatives. Rice, I replace it with shirataki rice or cauliflower rice. For Bread, I make my own bread using almond flour or coconut flour. 

The pizza I make is made with mozarella cheese, cream cheese, coconut flour and egg. The toppings is mozarella, cheddar, parmesan. I don't add meat on it for personal preference but you can add bacon and it's more keto!

I also make cauliflower mac and cheese. It's a play on mac and cheese.

I also make carrot fries and a special homemade cheese dip at home.

So... that's that. It's a real diet. I did lose weight by just eating pizza. And also other food that's high in fat. It's one of easiest diets I ever did. Getting rid of rice was difficult. But after 1 month on Keto, I allowed myself to have a carb cheat day. We shouldn't be too hard on ourselves, yeah?

:) I hope this becomes some kind of guide or motivation for anyone that wants to lose weight for whatever reason you have. Just don't starve yourself for it!

Good tips! Also, drinking plain cold water regularly helps you to lose some weight because it clears toxins from ur body :)
