Karma oh karma
When I see ’It’s my birthday today!’
I probably drop by and say “Happy birthday! May all your dreams come true!”
When I see “It’s my graduation day!”
I probably drop by and say “Congratulations on your graduation and best wishes for your next adventure!”
When I see “My cat dies this morning. Cries"
I probably drop by and say "Sharing in your sorrow. Life is short. Hope you get well soon.”
When I see “I’m not feeling well today. I got migraine.”
I probably drop by and say “Get well soon! Drink plenty of water and have a good rest.”
Nobody tells me to stop being a karma farmer.
When I dropped by to wish “Congratulations on the features!”...
I was told to stop being a karma farmer.
Just because I didn’t subscribe, read and comment on a story, I was called as karma farmer.
I can't afford to read the featured stories every day.
It was a celebratory wishes to pass to the author. Or, it can be read as “Well done. Be happy. You deserve it.” And not “Yeayyy… I earned 1 karma today.”
My hands were shaking when I realized my first story got featured 4yrs ago. I said, "Wahh... that hideous story got featured!" This idiot was smiling whole day looking at the computer screen, reading the comments "Congrats on the feature!'. That's what I felt.
I'm sharing that happiness with the featured storys' author. That's my stand.
I'm not encouraging karma farmer but don't assumed everyone is just the same. You don't like the comment, downvote and delete. Live a simple life.
There's noises when I earned 1 karma point for my effort to type "Congratulations on being featured!^^" but nothing was said when you earned 5 karma points from my upvote.
I don't like being called a 'karma farmer'.
Maybe I should just stop being nice at all.
