Help | Anxiety

Hi, I'm experiencing anxiety...I really want to get help from people. First of all, I don't really want to see a professional...

My anxiety is consuming me..it's affecting my health and my relationships. I can't seem to stop it. I just want to lessen it so badly. I don't want to lose this special person that I have in my life because of my anxiety attacks. I tend to worry so much about things ..especially school and the thought of being replaced by someone better. I'm struggling, I have had thoughts of suicide a couple of times. It's impossible for me to live in the moment. My personal life demands that I think about every single detail which I am still failing to do...

I just hope that someone could give me some little tips to drive the negative thoughts/anxiety away..

I don't know what advice I could give because everyone is different. Everybody coping on their own problems using their own ways. While I never had an anxiety attack, I've been depressed and down and the world seems doesn't matter anymore. Things that strengthen me sometimes that I admit that I have some issues and tried to deal it in my own ways. I watched movies that made me cry, listening to songs that bring back memories. I read, I write. I know there are times where we suddenly feel useless. I felt it too and truthfully I feel it everyday. But sometimes you have 'lie' to yourself that you going to get through this and you will got what you always dream of. If you tell that everyday to yourself, maybe you one day will believe it and do something about it. Sorry if this does not help you. If you need someone to talk about your problems, in details and elaborate, you can talk to me. Also, I advice for you to seek professional help. So they can know the roots of the problems and help you learning to cope with it. With that being said, I hope you stay strong.

I think you should see a doctor. They can work with you to come up with something that will help you, and find what will benefit you long term.

I think you should try find the roots / cause of your anxiety . From there , then you can slowly find the solution. In life , there will always be obstacles and lots of testing. However , no matter how tough it may be , you still have to learn to see and find the good in everything in order to go on. Don't give up hope. And please don't hurt yourself in anyway. Try to talk and share your burden with your family / trusted friend. Try take one thing at a time . There's no point worrying .Just go with the flow. Live in the present . Don't think about the future or tomorrow . Whatever that's gonna happen , will take place by itself. You just need appreciate and embrace what you have at the moment while it last. Have more faith , believe in yourself , know that you deserved to be happy . Don't prison your own soul. Set it free . Do what makes you happy. Break your boundaries . Slowly eventually you'll get there. I will cheer on you .

Buddy I don't know exactly why you are stressed but being stress not going to help you... Whatever may be the reason try to live normal... Yes we all have problems in our lives but cuz of that we can't quit living... Just try to be happy... Spend time with your loved ones with your friends... Always try to think about good things... Spend time with animals like dog or cat or pet birds or watching stars it's really soothing... I will pray for you buddy... Stay safe and sound... You are a great person don't ever give up...
