So my best friend is getting into Kpop thanks to me *round of applause for myself and a bow* I showed her some BTS and she fell in love with it (Her bias is Jungkook and I'm lowkey not even surprised) but she'll text me all the time and tell me that she listened to Got7 or EXO today and I can't help but love it. 

But the other day she was over and her mom was there (we're practically cousins) and her mom started telling her that if she thought about bringing kpop into her house that she would practically disown her. 

I was absolutely pissed. If you want to love kpop then love kpop. Just because it's different doesn't mean that you can't like it. There will always be haters and you have to push past them and prove them wrong. I told her that if her parents couldn't accept it that she could always come to me. 

It's not fair that she can't enjoy what she enjoys just because of her parents opinions. 

Anyways there's my rant.
