Family Background: Yi Rae's parents divorce. She spent all her lifetime living with her mother,not ever remembering seeing her father. She went to Seoul High school before transfer to tenebrosum anima high during her third year. Her mother told her that she was a mermaid when she turn 6. He only knew his father's name. Her mother worked hard for their living and has a scandal with another merman right now. She can't accept the fact that she's a mermaid till she turn 12. She onlly turns to her mermaid self with her own will.

What's your darkest secret? Yi Rae recieve a prophecy by her ancestors that she'll be the mermaid who will ruin the lifes of all aquatic creatures. It was said that she will slowly become evil after she married a non-mer. She was said to be a bad luck for the mer,because her father's side hated her for the reason that she was the child of the woman who they didn't approve. She could not accept the fact. She knew this from a dream she had. It troubles her. She always stay away from bad,evil things so that the prophecy isn't going to happen.
