Anxiety
So the past few months, I have been fighting off anxiety.
I find it hard to converse with people irl and when I hear someone laughing behind me, I imagine it's me they're laughing at.
I had to count my steps whenever I walk outside just so I can get distracted from my thoughts or so I can't be conscious of how I walk.
It's been very hard but finally these past few days...
I can frolic freely in public and have become more confident. Kudos!
