Ktown4u!!! I HATE YOU!

I've ordered multiple albums from Ktown4u over the years, but lately they're making me angry.

First of all, they've changed their shipping policey so that the shipping option I used to use is nonrefundable. It doesn't even tell you this until after you've selected it and are about to pay. If you don't scroll all the way back up to the top of the page, you don't even notice that the shipping you picked now has a red line beside it warning you about it being nonrefundable if the pakage is lost!!! Also, once you hit submit your order can't be canceled and they will only refund you in milage!!

THEN!! When I went to order the Special Edition of Replay, this weird side warning pops up that they may cancel my order if they run out of early stock. So, I ended up buying it from KpopMart as well to make sure I get a copy!!

Last, but not least, I get an email today that they calculated the weight of the albums wrong and I need to pay them an extra $8 or my order will not ship!! $8 mojre dollars for nonrefundable shipping I may add!!! I have untill the 15th in Korea to do it. I also have to send them proof of the transaction on Paypal, but they didn't specify where to send it! My paypay email is different than the one I use on their site, so who knows if they'll be able to connect my payment with my order!

I'm done with you Ktown4u!!

I used to order from you because your shipping was cheaper than the other sites and you were easy to deal with, but now...,

I'm done!

OMG The first problem is what I recently experienced with Movavi. When I buy it, I first look for the refund policy (even searched for it) but it didn't pop up. I didn't feel well, so I read the license term & agreement, and they just state in the refund section that refund service is available. Then when I use it (within the day) I really dislike the product BUT suddenly they say cannot refund// can only refund for certain problems only, and of you want to ask for refund you need to apply, report the issue, wait for them to verify it then they can refund to you IF they allow it. I was so enraged by it that even thinking about it now make my heart race in anger.
