- Hardworking, Mature

Sora being the oldest child of 5 brothers, and growing up competiting in his family household. Where everything he had, has to shares and he had to do everything on his own. Because of his family poor condition, while his parent divorce he became a somewhat fatherly figure for his siblings. He lead them to become an independent person, and having so many part-time jobs since their mother job are not enough for all of them. He's a very hardworking person, and strive to do his very best and  kept doing it until all his hardworks payed off or reaching his goal, he has experiences so many hardships in life with many sweat and tears, Sora became mature and hardworking individual. Because of his somewhat fatherly nature, he came out acting like an adult and almost like Ahjusshi.

- Brave, Protective, Tough

He has a hard and tough exterior, and it's hard to guess what he's thinking, he is a master of poker face and always came out as cold and unfriendly, toward strangers. He's not afraid to get violents when it comes somebody hurting his brothers or his friends, once having a physical fight with one of the trainee because what they do with his friends, and almost getting drop out from the company after a view discussion and the company thought his talent will go on waste. He's not afraid to go violent, and it's hard to make him scared or terrified, because he didn't afraid of anything... well almost. And of course because of his he's unallowed to show any weakness toward other peoples, specially his brothers and Surge members. But behind those hard and tough exteriors, lies a heart that weak toward somebody who is younger than him, kind, really cared and love his family, willing to do anything to make them happy and selfless.

- Short-tempered, Violent

Not afraid to challenge on a fights, with somebody bigger than him, for the sake of other peoples he cared. When one of his younger brother get in fight with his school bullies his not afraid to step in and teaching them a lessons. Because of his history as the most violent trainee, a lot of them tend to stay away from him and resulting Sora doesn't have a lot of friend except view individual that always go to him for a protection, which he unwilling to meet and instead teach them how to defend themselves from the bullies. He only have one person who truly want to became his friend and of course he will protective him always. Is not hard to provoke his emotions, he usually tried to control it at first but he became very short-tempered if someone dare to say something bad about him or insulting and able to create some tension between other members. Sora know that he need to control more of his emotion, and go to anger management treatment. He maybe violent, but he didn't hurt someone who is weaker than him and girls, he only became violent if he needed it to.

- Strict, Perfectionist, Blunt/Sarcasstic

Because of his hardworking personality, he tend to do things over and over until he got it perfectly and overworking himself. He rarely got any sleep when perfecting a dance move, singing or rapping, since this is his dream he had to give it all to his practice as trainee. He's strict not just to other people, but also to himself, if he want to diet then he didn't eat any foods that able to make him fat, if he need to get up at six then he immediately wake up on time. Sora rarely take it easy, specially after being an idol he doesn't have enough time to take a break and is fine with that.While he likes to say a sarcasstic jokes, some of his jokes can be very blunt and straight-forward, it can hurt somebody feelings while he didn't mean too, he only say it because he think it was funny in harmless way, but he can be blunt in serious way when somebody in his group doing something he thought it's bad he will straight forwardly say it in their face rather than talking in their back.

+ He has a habits biting his nails, and messing his hair when getting frustated

+ The kitchen is his territory and the members who can cooks, to prevent almost blowing up the dorm

+ He maybe a bit violent but he never actually the one who started the agrument or fight, he will involves if they the one who trigger him first.

+ Once broke his leg because he dance too hard, and forbidded to dance for a month

+ He's very clueless about love, dating and any other romantic stuffs, even haven't got his first kiss. Too focus on raising his brothers

+ He has a deep laughs, likes to listen and sing trot music, and even though his good at dancing, he easily to get injured and acting a lot more mature than people at his age. So that's why his brothers jokingly called him Appa (dad) or Ahjusshi (old man).

background — 

At first Sora is born in a happy loving shoemaker family in a country side, he got everything that he wanted as a little boy, loving parents, friend, toys and happy childhood. But all of it change, when his father business when bankrupt and he no longer able to afford his family in the village. So the family decide to move away from Incheon to Seoul in hope they able turn their life there, at the age 8. But is not as easy as they thought, the family only only able to rent a small apartement that wouldn't even fit 5 members family and he couldn't even imagine how cramped it might be since, his youngest brother on his way. Sora does everything he can to support the family financially, having so many part-time jobs as newpaper boy, fast food restaurant staff, waiter, bartender, barista and many more. And of course he always looking for a scholarship, for his education because they cannot afford his education fees.

After the birth of his youngest brother, Sora started to suspect his father cheating on his mother. Because he saw that his father always comes home late, with a strong perfume that definitely didn't belong to him. So he decide to wait for his father came home until it was in midnight, he came in while on a phone with a woman, flirting and making dirty and erted jokes here and there. He finally couldn't take it anymore and shown himself, and confronts him that he cheated on his mother and he didn't care a bout them anymore, in reply his father say that he couldn't take to live in this garbage dump anymore and has meet a beautiful rich woman. His anger finally exploded and went to punch his father face, but stopped by his mother, Rae Soo, showing herself that she's been there the whole time. She already know that her husband cheating on her, he rip their marriage certificate in front of her oldest son and husband and gave her husband divorce letter, she thrown her ex-husband out of their apartement with Sora's Taekwondo kick (by her command).

After that incident she decide it's for her to go job huntings, since she had to earn moneys for her 4 childrens educations, foods and many things. While Sora doing his best to raise and take cares of his younger brothers, and protect them like a father supposed to do. Between his hectic life doing part-time jobs and school, he still dreaming in becoming an idol he always stay tune on music tv shows such as Music Bank, M! Countdown, Inkigayo and many more music shows. One day on the way to school, he saw a poster about open audition in Park Studio and  being interested but then he realize he had no time to auditon because his family condition. At that night Rae Soo announce she got a quite stable job in the market, which he and his brothers really happy and relieves. Before Sora went to bed his Rae Soo came inside his share room and ask for his dream. At first Sora want to lie, but Rae Soo gave a look that makes him impossible to lie so he finally admitted that he want to become an idol and make her and his brothers proud. Rae Soo also saw the poster of Park Studio, and encourage him to go audition and reach his dream which he went and got accepted at the age of 15.

She always be the one who first supported him, watching him in televisions and always pray that every hardships he gets will a good lesson for her son. Sora always come home once a week to check on her and his brothers.

"It's like living inside modern day jungle, with loud and messy, dirty dorm" says Sora sarcastically.

 

do you think yourself better or worse than the other members that share your position? — 

"I'm most confident in my dancing skills, but many of our members has their own styles" he nodded, when he think about the members dancing skills.

did you involve yourself in any physical altercations? — 

"Ugh... even thought I often involve in fights, I still prefer to be the one who separates them" He couldn't even counts how many times he involves in physical fights outside the group.

 

in group arguments, do you prefer to speak your mind or stay quiet? — "of course I'll be the one who speak my mind, than the one who stays quite" he rather have someone say it to his face rather than behind his back.

 

you have a chance to start over somewhat in this new unit group. what changes will you make to yourself, if any? — 

"Considering I'm almost broke my nose at that time... it's for the best" he got too carried away separating the members that he got punch in the nose which got him nose bleeding. "Maybe I'll look after them more"
