If this was New York and our friends were the characters of Gossip Girl, everyone might believe that our little Evelyn would play the role of sweet Jenny. She is sweet, happy and just trying to fit in. She doesn't want to be on top though, knowing her place and pretty much staying there supporting the ones above. She'd always say that if she had the change to be a princess, she'd make everyone feel the same and end monachy feelings.

But it turns out that she has been Dan after all. She wants to be on top, and after actually getting a chance to get it, she'll go for it without a question. Just like Dan though, she is smart enough to play the innocent and keep his face, when behind the scene she is pulling tricks, playing everyone against each other without them knowing it was her doing. It becomes almost like an addiction, her thirst for fame and power, that nothing else matters.

There isn't much to say about her background. 
She lived all of her live near the royal family, but was always reminded that she never really belonged. Every day, week, month and year she was told how lucky she was to get so close to royalty without being of their blood. They really had a way to make a girl grow up confident .. not. All she ever heard was how she would one day be a maiden, a right hand or any other girl to make sure the crown was without needs and that's been up until now. 

She had no siblings so the weight of their family was on her shoulder. Her father always had a lot in mind for her. He was a man who wanted power for himself, who wanted her up there to maybe, even marry into the royal family. So when the Queen wanted her to join the training, her father wanted her to become one of them. She blood and soon found her ambiton to do so.

Desired love interest — She would 100% go for the Betrothed King. It would be the easiest way to gain power (so even if she does not become queen and her plan fails (she's actually sure it will not but there's always a plan B).

Scandals —
1st Scandal
Something happening to the King and she is the only one who can save him with her 0 negative blood ( funny thing is with O negative is, that you can give your blood to everyone but you can only get 0 negative for yourself .. trust me it , I am 0 negative) and everyone is just loving her even more (the royal families plus the nation. 

2nd Scandal: 
Her mother and the old King used to have an affair and Evelyn is their Bastard. (Will explain why her mum doesn't want to stay near the royal families plus why they are both 0 negative) but noone exept her mother knows.  It'll be a huge scandal whether she is now considered royal blood now or not( since a bastard as a Queen is somewhat huge).

comments/suggestions — I actually got alot of inspiration from the movie "The other Bolyn Girl", which I watched the other day, and find that Everyn is pretty much like Anne :D:D (If you haven't watch the movie, it's really good)
