Okay.. i need help in finding this particular story... And quick.. 

Tiffany is a doctor whose fiance is dead and his heart was given to Taeyeon because she has a heary problem. Now Tiffany is making sure that Taeyeon was taking good of her fiance's heart. She fell inlove with in the process or so she thinks so. Taeyeon was worries because she thinks that Tiffany doesn't really love her and was giving her attention because she has her fiance's heart. Taeyeon eventually leaves Tiffany. 

That was I last remembered.. this story came into my mind after watching a filipino movie..
