lu mei symbolizes fun and versatility. she is child like, playful and engineered to makes the rest of the members happy. she is adept at bringing joy into lives. she also is a witty and a good conversationalist, the person who people truly wants to be around at any party or social functions. she has such strong people skill. lu mei appreciate both casual small talks and deep meaningful conversations, which are just like two sides of a similar coin for her, and is adept at guiding the interactions in ways that feel completely natural and unforced. she is approachable, interesting and exciting, she gets along with pretty much everyone, and her circles of friends stretch far and wide.
although she creates a lot of joy for people around her, she is unfortunately not as good at making herself truly happy when she's sad at times. she hides those feeling behind the mask of happiness. it takes a lot of work to make her truly happy, and that it takes only a little something to ruin it. while emotional expression is healthy and natural, with lu mei, it can come out strongly enough to cause problems. particularly when under stress, criticism or conflict. she thus need a patient people around her and people who are willing to work for her happiness. diving inside, she tends to spend a lot of time in her head, even to the point of thinking too much. she don't trust things fully, she looks for underlying motives in even the simplest things. it’s not strange for lu mei to lose a bit of sleep asking herself why someone did what they did, what it might mean, and what to do about it.
when it regards to new ideas, lu mei want to go out and experience, she don’t hesitate to step out of her comfort zones to do so. she is imaginative and open-minded, seeing all things as part of a big, mysterious puzzle called life. she is quite clever. not academically but she is naturally curious and develop a broad knowledge of many different subject areas. it helps that she's perceptive and picks up on things that others miss. and, her cleverness extends to mind and body. she also the competent and expert at many and varied tasks. she also can be a formidable competitor in competition, contest or on the athletics field. underneath her gentle exterior is a real loads of competitive streak.
since kid, lu han was known as the smart and talented boy. while for lu mei, she would always be the second after her brother. both of the kids are pretty and adorable but the younger one can't seemed to concentrate on her study. even when she tried, she would be late in picking up the subjects. especially during mathematics and science classes, she would ended up daydreaming or drawing. luckily, her teachers can't really be mad at the sweetcheeks.
despite the comparison, lu han and lu mei were close, lu mei is the type of younger sibling who will follow and love whatever lu han do, it turns out lu han has this special love to perform and sing on stage. without any thought, the younger her decided that she going to have the same dream. her passion was then developed by times. she never get professional training but only following what she sees from internet, her teacher is youtube.
the father doesn't support the kids' dream, correction, lu han's drem, as he was the very first to be vocal about his dream in becoming an idol. when he said he want to be an idol, he had blacklash against that. the mother had been unsure but goes besides the father, she said no to lu han. that what lead to lu han leaving home and lu mei rarely see him again. their parent told them entertainment world had no hope as a career choices, but let lu han go anyway.

lu han is an extremely independent and ambitious person. he sacrificed his family ties for his own career. he has picked up alot of emotional pain, enduring the world from his teen years to now all alone. he has his own studio and crew now and is a self produced and owned artist, and that is such a respectable aspect about him. lu mei has been in touch with him throughout the year but only able to meet him after he exit exo and stay in china. she sets him as her pacemaker, he is like the one mountain that can give her comfort on life and dream.

sawako is the younger sister of hata rie, the superstar choreograhper of hot blooded dance crew. sawako skills can't be compared to her sister's yet. she is indeed good though. she is quite moody and a bit spoiled. she always feels insecure when she's to be compared to her sister but she try to not show that to people. sawako and lu mei has the opposite personalities but they really goes well together.their dance skills are on par with one another, they has one of the best synchronization when dance together.

she was trained by her brother (mostly) and the hot blood dance crew, everyday is filled with routines of sweat and blood, a year later, tears were added. she was not good in singing as she thought she was. she wanted to give up several time but her brother was there, kept supporting till the end. once in awhile, lu han invited a special vocal trainer to teach and gives feedback on lu mei's vocal.
lu mei is lucky to have lu han as her brother, she doesn't realised how he had hardcarry her dream until she gotten a spot in team spirit. now she is finally fullfilling her dreams and becoming a star herself. there are only a few weeks left until her departure to korea, but then she read more online discussion stating, that she is only in the show because of her famous sibling because people think, seeing as how great he is she have to be at least half as good.
it's heartbreaking, after all the sweat, tears and blood she wasted while practicing. Many thoughts, mixed feelings, playing in her head and emotion. she break down, almost quitting the show until a wake up slap from sawako printed on her cheek. in the end, she comes with only one plan, facing everyone head on. she will strive to be the best, to prove to everyone that she is not just half as good as her brother. she want to be recognized as herself not as someone's sister.
► dancing ; as someone who dare to put main dancer in her profile, she has the reason for that but people tend to forget, it shouldn’t be much of a surprise. lu mei is a quick learner and shows power when she dances. her body moves in synch with the moves for sure, knowing when to go hard and when to slow down with grace. she has more than just a knack for movement.
► singing ; for someone trained more in dance and whose native tongue is another, lu mei is a decent singer in hangul. she has a steady and average voice, better from when the first time she started her training. although she still need to further her training in voice projection. she’s amongst the hardest to hear during the live stages.
► acting ; if she is to debut through the show, her chance to expand her career from singing to acting is huge. if not in korea, in her motherland, china. she is indeed never once joining any acting classes or try out for any role's auditions. but this is a possibility to be kept in mind, acting-dol is in the market. (bonus ; think of the other faces of the group)
► also a mission involving self producing, the members will be given a base song and they need to make it into their own with lyrics, raps, choreo etc
