16. Fine - Taeyeon

This song is all about breakup that it hurts to watch. On the other note, it's so pleasently aestheticf and cute for a boyfriend/girlfriend videotape. I just love how her voice fits this song so much. And dude when she cried.. I could feel my heart breaking for her.

15. Excuse Me/Bing Bing - AOA

Need I say more? All their title tracks appeal to me. From Miniskirt to Oh Boy to Like A Cat to Good Luck. AOA is my ult girl group and every, and I repeat: EVERY comeback of theirs serve good bops not to mention 2017's mvs were the best so far. The entire cinematography is gorgeous, my girls look even fine every comeback (I mean seriously a magician concept? sherlock detective concept?) The dance choreography is DA BOMB TOO i love imitating them.. AOA can be y without even trying im jealous. Im a girl and I fangirled SUPER HARD!! My bias is Hyejeong btw. A pity they always get so much hate for no reason when theire songs are sweet :(

14. Playing With Fire - BLACKPINK

Everytime I stream a music show, I end up jamming and dancing to this. It's super addictive. I even do it with a guy colleague in the office haha Basically, this song is so much fun. And that scene of Jennie with her hair flowing while she backhugs the guy on the motor still has me shookt captivates my heart till this day

13. Can You Hear My Heart - Lee Hi ft. Epik High [Scarlet Heart Ryeo OST]

I know this is a 2016 release but I just discovered it this year. The piano makes me sentimental and I can related to almost all the lyrics of not being able to convey your feelings because your loved ones is out of reach.

12. Why Don't You Know - Chungha

Beautiful voice, beautiful artiste, beautiful instrumental, beautiful outfits, beautiful colours. Everything is perfect. Loved her from IOI's Whatta Man and my admiration for her just grows. Chungha is one solo artist I keep tabs on.

AHHHHHH this doesnt require any explanation every exol and human on this planet earth knows that this song is just SO DAMN Y AND SENSUAL NOT TO MENTION IT WAS THE TEASER FOR SEHUN THTS RIGHT Y MAN = Y SONG HAHA. That slow-mo walk in the beginning?? The tattoos on his chest?? And can we please, just PLEASE pause at how suspenseful the beginning instrumental fits with his gangster, brash, badass orange-haired Sehun? It looks straight out from a mafia!au amirite which is why I chose to post this short clip instead of the full song lol im trash but you are too (dont deny)

10. I Will Go To You Like The First Snow - Ailee [Goblin OST]

I am a huge er for emotional songs and I discovered this gem really late ok like in December kind of late. This song is played when Eun Tak(??) died in the car accident and the goblin was bawling his eyes out at losing his bride. What a depressing scene tbh. As i kept this on repeat I fell in love with the beauty of it now I truly understand why it won Best OST in MAMA 2017

9. You, Clouds, Rain - Heize

Ahhh this song has a story. I discovered it when my friend played this on his spotiy while we were in our AirBnB in Korea so this song will always remind me of the memories I made with my two close guy friends while in Seoul. Heize's voice is also strangely soothing and very crystal, it makes me feel something inside. The guy's voice too!

8. Ko Ko Bop - EXO

Eventhough I preferred Monster to Ko Ko Bop, I gotta admit, the ENTIRE The War album is gold. It could rival EXODUS (still my fave EXO albums) because all the tracks have unique tunes. Ko ko bop's cinematography is funky and each member strikes out in their own colour, its a free and easy summer song to listen to and I never skip this song on shuffle playlist

7. Been Through - EXO

THIS!!! IS!!!!! THE!!! BEST WINTER SONG EXO HAS EVER PRODUCED!!!!!!!!! Idk how many gazillion times I've had this on replay and like I said, ballads are my fave but this ballad is SUPERB. All their voices make me melt, and I love the subtle rap by Chanyeol and Sehun. Suho's english "You shine like the star, you light up my heart" makes me swoon every fkin day. Their dararara is super addictive

6. Star Blossom - Sejeong X Doyoung [SM STATION]

CUTEST VIDEO EVER. It has a vintage feel and it's the kind of cafe song that's my style. Never thought I would be so addicted to this cduet when SM released its date. Doyoung is so damn handsome here wherein I never paid attention at all to him in NCT lmao. This is the kind of video that would make you say relationship goals and wished you had a significant partner to take polaroids with

5. Going Crazy - EXO

urghh I'm so angry as to how magnificent a non-titled track can sound. Every chorus has different instrumentals but I can't pick a fave. Baekhyun's high note and Kai's and Suho's adlibs are so good I want to shed tears. It never gets old

4. Black Suit - Super Junior

THIS TOPS KO KO BOP DAMNN SUJU REALLY SLAYED THIS YEAR. MEN IN SUITS?? COUNT ME IN!! I love the entire auction concept and damn they really lookin fly and fine!!! SM's iconic border-styled MV makes its appearance here too but it fits so well. The music is shining gold too!! (idk how many times ive repeated this) I started checking out their variety shows because of this comeback and they are so hilarious on Knowing Brothers i lavvit. They are the epitome of chivalry is not dead and there's a reason why SUJU is legend. THIS

Oh and I fkin love Yesung's falsetto at the back I even forced all my friends and family to listen to it lol

3. Sunflower - Younha [Doctors OST]

I KNOW THIS IS 2016 TOO BUT I DISCOVERED IT JUST ONLY. BUT DAMN THIS IS ONE GREAT OST HER VOICE IS MELODIOUS AND IVE BEEN WANTING TO USE THIS OST AS MY FANFIC TRAILER BGM BCOS ITS THAT PRETTY!!!! I keep having fluttering butterflies when I hear this song and it seriously tops my fave picks from last year

2. Kingdom Come - Red Velvet

I THINK WE ALL CAN AGREE ON THIS. Perfect Velvet is a really perfect album and I have so many words to describe this. I put this on repeat on my 10 hour long flight, no kidding. It's how much I really am head over heels in love with. Red Velvet outdone themselves this era. The best era. All members' voice resonate well with one another like honey. It's lowkey y to hear on a rainy, dull night. It seeps through your skin in a romantic way and the title itself is meaningful. Kingdom Come is a way of saying till end of time or till forever and the one lyric that is profusely repeated in here is "love you till kingdom come". Kingdom Come deserves all its glory and its standing ovation. My fave voices in here are basically everyone. Wendy's high note, Joy's "I want to sleep like this" and Seulgi's adlibs. This song has so many layers, it's beautifully written. Even the rappers' Irene and Yeri's part sounds delish. BASICALLY THIS IS ART I can go on and on but I'll never stop. I want to thanks the genius who produced this. 

1. Love Sick - FTisland ft. Kim Na Young

I bet no one was expecting this to be my first. Haha. It's a super underrated song but it's a remake from FTisland's debut song. I went to check out the original and was surprised as to how different it became. But I'm loving the slow-paced tune. And the female singer is my fave solo singer of all times. All her songs are really attractive and hauntingly beautiful. It stirs something inside of you. She sang the ost for DOTS (Once Again) and The Emperor: Owner Of The Mask (Im OK). I love both her songs. Her voice has a lot of depth and everytime I hear this song, I get really emotional. Seriously. I discovered this song at the time I got my new job too and that job provided me with a new set of happiness, friends and love. So basically, this song witness my growth and was there in that phase of my life. It's like a song for my life story and I'm so happy I decided to check out this single. And I really, really, realy love the MV. It's so damn beautiful (FMV material), the whole setting is so dreamy and soft and lovely and I really am a hopeless romantic. The couple is so good-looking too (Cha Hun looks looks like Taeyong omg and the girl is so pretty) and the whole combo is perfect with the two blend of voices. And like i really REALLY want to use this as fmv edit bcos i cant get over how gorgeous the mv is. THE BEST MASTERPIECE OF 2017.
