Well, this is the first and last page. 

The voices are back.

That's where I realized, they never left anyway.

Thank you to all the people who distracted  me from it. 

I was never strong enough for this s, but you made it easier and lighter, for the past weeks. 

I was never one to follow my own advice.

But to you, whoever reading this, remember; you are not a damaged good.

You are not somebody else's opinion of you.

You are strong.

You are capable.

You are beautiful.
