Hi everyone. It’s still so weird living in a world without Jonghyun. He was someone I admired for his music and the humanity he’s shown us despite his idol image. His lyrics have touched me so much on my journey from high school to college since it was a personal struggle with my social anxiety.

Thank you Jonghyun. You did wonderful and worked so hard.

And today was the day Jonghyun was allowed to rest. I believe he’s sleeping now and has found the peace he so longed for.  It hurts so much and I can’t imagine how much his family and friends are feeling.

Please if you’re feeling depressed or are struggling with some kind of mental illness, don’t remain in the shadows. You’re allowed to feel pain and don’t let anyone invalidate your struggle. It’s all apart of being human. But please find someone who’s willing to listen so that you don’t have to be alone anymore. If you need anyone to talk to, I’ll be here.
