Diet Plan. Help me

Hello.. I'm kinda need advises here. Before this, my weight was 49kg with height of 156cm... I was so sad because I never reached that number of kg of my wieght. The biggest I ever had was 47kg.. Just to remind you guys, I am junk food lover! I love chocolate, desert, cakes, chips, you just mentioned, I love all of sweets and junk food. That is why I took junk food and sweets as my daily life foods, I can not even survive without any chocolate and chips and also ramyun each day. So, you know, my body made of most of fat! No muscle.. So I decided to plan a diet today... As today goes by, at 6pm, I went to shop and saw a weighing scale. So, I took my courage, and I expected my weight is 50 something because it has been a long time since I step on the weighing scale. But, you know, the number is 46kg! I was shocked, and feeling not satisfied, so I step on another weighing scale, it also 46kg! You know, I want to lose the fat in my body but i think I can not even lost more than 5kg. I dont know I should continue my diet or what because my diet just started TODAY! Help me.. What should I do to lose all the fat? Also, I am experiencing a back pain right now... I don't know why, maybe it is because of my diet today... huh.. help me

I don't think you should be on diet at that weight. Maybe all you need to do is to stop eating junk as your main. Eat proper healthier meal . Follow the food pyramid. Exercise regularly .For safer and better results , I think you should consult a doctor and dietician since different people have different metabolism
