style — Nayoung has never been picky about what she wears off the stage, often just putting on whatever is comfortable. She's not afraid to show some skin in her casual clothing (see: occupation) and frequently recieves questionable looks from elders when out in the city.

Never really caring for kids her own age, Nayoung had always been a quiet, introverted child in her school. Forced to become mature quickly by her own mother, Nayoung was counting down the days until she graduated from highschool. When the day finally came, Nayoung was truly happy, finally getting to pursue a career in something she loved greatly. When on-stage, Nayoung enters a new world. She adores the cold of the shiny pole on her legs and the eyes trained on the movement of her hips. Nayoung may be a somewhat introverted girl off the stage, but her passion for dance overrules any lack of confidence she had when the music starts.

 

 

Nayoung is passionate about pole dancing and loves the activity deeply. She is defensive about her line of work, as believes the job should not be looked down apon.

-Venti Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel | The usual Starbucks order.

-Winnie the Pooh | Completely unlike her mature persona, Nayoung adores the character for his lovable tummy and airhead personality.

-Street dance | Nayoung often finds herself visting underground dance battles, although is hesitant on actually competing in one. She's pretty positive she's seen Sooyoung at a battle once.

-Rap | Her favorite genre of music, imagine how elated she was finding out Seungcheol rapped.

-Makeup | Nayoung has a whole room in her aparment dedicated to shelves and drawers overflowing with cosmetics. Jeonghan came over once and almost cried seing the facial care section.

Shopping | Although Nayoung doesn't care much about what she wears off stage, she drops large amounts of won on good stage attire.

-Sleep |During her free time, Nayoung can sleep almost anywhere. Can't have her snoozing on stage.

-Sushi | Nayoung could eat seafood every day of the week, but sushi has been a favorite since she was young.

-Friends | Nayoung favorite Tv series. She does not ship Ross and Rachel. (wink wink)

 

dislikes —

-Being late | Nayoung's biggest pet peeve is being late. She feels if she's promised to be somewhere at a certain time, she should show up without exception.

-Slipping on the pole | Although customers usually don't mind it, Nayoung hates messing up on stage.

-Being woken up |  As a woman who doesn't get much sleep as is, anything preventing her from getting it is an enemy.

 

trivia — 

-Nayoung cares a lot about her home. When not working, she's often found cleaning.When she's home she often leaves her front door unlocked so friends can come and go. (Apartment)

-There is a 24 hour Sushi resturant across from her apartment building. It's one of the main reasons she moved in.

-Nayoung has the second biggest tip intake at Danger Cabaret. She makes hella bank.

-Nayoung loves to travel, she would one day like to travel the world.

-She is allergic to avacado.

 

"do what you love"' 

1 to 18 - Nayoung grew up as an only child in unit 324 of ITAEWON HIGHTS apartment complex with only her mother sharing the small space. Nayoung's dad had been out of the picture since day one, assisting Nayoung's mother through labor and bailing as the infant's first cry rung out. As she grew older, Nayoung found herself outside the house more and more with different kids from the neighborhood. On a sunny day in July, Nayoung met her first love; dance. Learning from her elders on the streets, Nayoung only grew better and better and joined a dance team during her first year of highschool. While apart of the team, Nayoung was introduced to many new types of dance, most importantly, pole dancing. 

 

18-21 - After years of training in high school, Nayoung was job hunting the day after graduation. Knowing she had the skills behind her, all Nayoung needed was an oppurtunity to show her stuff. She contacted the nearest strip club, Danger Cabaret, and within the week she had a job. Nayoung is now one of the favorites in Danger Cabaret, and is known for her impressive movements and large tip intake.

Now- The day Nayoung started working the pole, she was happy. No longer having to live in some craphole and making a steady income for herself doing something she loved doing. Nayoung now lives in a highrise in a nice complex near downtown Itaewon. Working nearly every night, Nayoung has really only befriended her co-workers and often wishes for friends outside of her job. On a rare morning off work, Nayoung noticed a up-and-coming club undergoing construction. If it was any other morning, Nayoung would've walked by without a second look, that was until she saw a neon sign displaying a figure flashing up an down a pole.  Nayoung could only smile, knowing she'd be returning to the buliding soon.

 

A month later Nayoung had organized an interview with the clubs owner, Lee Yeojin. The blonde and blackette had chatted for close to an hour, instantly clicking. Yeojin noticing Nayoung's experience and skill on the pole, gave her a position as a dance coach for the many dancers at Club Seventeen. Nayoung now works mornings in Club Seventeen, and spends Tuesday through Saturday nights on the pole in Danger Cabaret.

Kim Nari wasn't  the best mother she could have been, and she regrets it every time she sees her daughter in less than appropriate work attire. Like most people her age, Nari does not look kindly apon the club scene. Nari and Nayoung contact one another maybe once a month, Nayoung still sends the woman money once a week, hardly putting a dent in her bank account.

Nari is a stern, and somewhat cranky women, who spends her days as a secretary for a small accounting company in Seoul.

With a loud a bubbly personality, it wasn't hard for Hyesu to latch herself on to Nayoung since her first day in Danger Caberet.The two are often near one another on stage and have friendly battles on who earns more tips in a night. Surprisingly, the pair has hardly ever met outside of work and the friendship between them seems to be only work-related.

After their first meeting, which happened to be Nayoung's interview, the two knew they would be seeing each other again. Having talked for nearly an hour during Nayoung's interview, the two were peanut butter & jelly. Nayoung holds admiration for the older woman for her ability to have opened a club like Club Seventeen.

The second Sooyoung and Nayoung met eyes, they clicked.

Sooyoung knew she danced the second they met eyes from across the room, and the two had a cliche walk-across-the-club scene and met in the middle of the dance floor. With a small greeting, the music was soon met with two amazing dancers showing their stuff on the floor.

Sweaty after their dance-off, the two made their way to the bar where Seungcheol met them with hard liquor. They chatted till the early hours of the morning and have been close ever since. If Nayoung isn't with Seungcheol, you can bet she's with Sooyoung.

Nayoung recognizes talent when she sees it, and takes a personal liking to Kim Mingyu for his skills on stage. They don't converse about anything other than work much, but are often spotted rehersing choreo even after practices.

Nayoung spending most of her time at the bar with Seungcheol, was bound to meet Jeonghan often. He flirts with her just as he would any other girl.

Having been eager to make more friends at her new job, Nayoung personally introduced herself to every employee at Club Seventeen. Amidst her anylasis of the dancers at the club, she was taken aback by "S.coups" skill on stage. Later learning he was the most experienced dancer on the payroll, Nayoung couldn't say she was surprised.

 

"With moves like those, he'll be a fan favorite." 

 

Nayoung, now more inclined to want to befriend the man, quickly took to talking to him often. The two have become quite close in their small time together and show a lot of skinship between one another. Unknowingly to Nayoung, Seungcheol has taken "ownership" of her and doesn't really want to share. Seungcheol often tells the boys to steer clear of Nayoung romantically and when asked about how her feels, he doesn't know how to answer. Nayoung and Seungcheol bond often through morning practices, and the rare nights when Nayoung sticks around to watch the shows.
