ELABORATION —

demitri is your average girl who just goes whereever life takes her. she's very out there in the world and wants to make a mark in someone's world. she believes in herself and she knows that she is something in life. she grew up with a bit of negative enviroment but she often pushes herself out of those enviroments. though, sometimes the people do get to her, it takes her awhile to actually throw hands. she's not the type to do things off of long thoughts but short processing and simply living in the moment. it's those sides of her she often shows but overall, she's a sweet girl. her good traits tend to power through when she wants things for herself or just to be over with the petty and be the girl who she wants to be. demitri tends to have a cold, rude attitude as a stand off because she doesn't want anyone to take advantage of her but when she opens up she's like the "i hate you out of love" type of person, she's very sincere and loving because she trusts and cares about you.

BACKGROUND + CURRENT EVENTS —

demitri was born and partially raised in strasbourg, france. demitri grew up without her dad ever since he found out her mother was pregnant. demitri had no memory of him, except her older brother matthew. he was the only male figure in her life and he loved her to death. demitri & her mother had the idea to move to korea for a new start. They decided the move since strausbourg just reminded them of what they used to have. Her mother agreed on leaving the past behind and the three eventually moved when demitri was 14. demitri planned her whole life out basically, she knew what highschools in Korea where the best and what highschools were not so great. It was when demitri was 15, her mother found demitri's dad. demitri didn't accept him at first because of their faulty past but she had to deal with him ether way and take the name Kim. It was awfully quiet between the two and she never really communicated to him unless it was about studies since he was very fond of Korea.

During those years, demitri had already gotten use to the Korean culture and taken her title as Korean. When demitri's high school years were over, she started college off in a rough start. She was bit slow on turning in papers and attending classes from her own laziness she had about school. She didn't expect college to be so rough and tiring. But, she continued to push herself since dropping out wasn't the thing that was on the top of her mind. But, she continued her ways upsetting her parents making them both decide on cutting their payments for demitri to go to college. She was entirely ed. Demitri didn't really know what to resort to nor, get a good source of money quick. But, with the help of kristina and her fast life living she got demitri a job at a club as a dancer. 

It was at the beginning year of her last year in college she felt a bit off. she didn't want to resort to saying she was preganant but sadly to say, she was. at the time she was still dancing so she didn't know exactly who the father would be. the possibilites were almost endless, but she had to do what she had to do and quit her job to work for a cable company answering phone calls from rude costomers. demitri had kian during the end of college which she was entirely greatful for. It was hard trying to take care of kian by herself and still try to be mental stable. It was something like reliving her mother's life. It was hard having kian around espcially in Korea since demitri is a bit darker than her child, many didn't believe kian was hers. Though being a single mother with 1 korean looking kid, she decided to join the together project to not feel alone in this.

 

RELATIONSHIPS — 

                                                   

• bestfriend / ethan / 23 / college student / intelligent, charming, compassionate / ethan and demitri are bestfriends even though they were fwb before. it was nothing to demitri since it was in her more wild days but to ethan it was something and ever since then he's been stuck to her.

kian is unpredictable. he’s very up and down with his emotions but strictly because he’s cautious. kian is an ultimate momma’s boy and doesn’t really go to anyone else when he has a problem. he’s shy when it comes to new people and settings, he just waits until he sees how his surroundings are to see how he can act. when kian is with his parents he’s very active, mostly because he’s comfortable. kian is also spoiled by both of his parents so, he sometimes throws tantrums depending on if he wants something really bad.
