 elaboration  Sonnie is one of those kids that you can't quite believe they exist because they're just... that odd. However, no one can say that having sonnie around is a bad idea... most of the time.
 

Sonnie is naturally relaxed and warm as a person, and her free wheeling attitude naturally makes her likable. She just has that little magnetic pull that makes people see her and are like “hey, she looks nice!” and start talking to her. Being aware of her obvious surroundings isn’t one of her strong points, but she’s very sensitive to others. She can easily help them open up and talk through their problems. Sonnie may not have gone through it, but her language and aura makes it feel like she at the very least validates your feelings and wants you to feel better. With this “super power” as she likes to call it, she asks a lot of questions. Sonnie likes to explore everything and make sure that every idea is good and thorough. Given the freedom, Sonnie can be very productive and come up with many well planned ideas. As shown by her fashion sense and overall aesthetic, Sonnie is artistic and creative in many ways. She enjoys making tangible works of art and being able to express herself through these ideas. For her, wearing her literal heart on her sleeve is the best thing she can do. She takes pride in her work both in the office and on her body.

For someone who looks like a baby, Sonnie’s never been one to lean on others for help or assistance. Her freedom over herself and her expression often clashes with some traditions and rules of a workplace, making people and places seem oppressive to her. Be prepared for her to refuse any kind of help too, because she wants to do it by herself. That’s how she learns and she hates the thought of being babied just because it takes her a little longer to get it. Sonnie is someone who likes to win. She’s very competitive and can turn anything into a contest even if unnecessary. Careful, if you lose, she will gloat a bit, but it’s even worse when she loses. This being said, even though she’s independent, that doesn’t mean she doesn’t seek others approval. She craves that more than anything.  It's why she works so hard for Shiyoon. When ridiculed or scolded, it hits Sonnie hard and she can remain sad for a while if not praised or put to a task that “only you can do, Sonnie!” Sonnie is a bit… unpredictable and quirky. While that’s all well in good, when you can’t tell how she’s going to react or what she’s going to look like from day to day, it can be stressful for some when trying to interact with her. 

Sonnie is the type that feels and feels a lot. When she gets caught up in something, she’s focused on it and that can be great. However, she tends to get super focused and doesn’t work on anything else. She’s a good to go person for a project that’s not done and the deadline is soon. Sonnie has a playful, almost fantasy like vibe around her, and she could be described as an overgrown pixie. While playful helps liven up the office life, again, if she’s not working n something… she can be a little weird. 5 out of 8 times she made a co-worker worry about her mental state because of a conversation she’s had with them. The other three were Shiyoon, Seojun, and Jeonghan. People love honesty, and that’s something that Sonnie has down. Never tell her to lie, because she’s either super obvious about it OR she chokes. Like, physically chokes on air and can’t speak.

 background   If you asked her, Sonnie's family was pretty normal. And then you meet them. Sonnie is the fourth of six kids and lived with them in Hongdae. They were homeschooled until high school and sent to a public school. 
Her mother is a pagan hippie who makes a living off of reading tarot cards, palms, and psychic sessions. Whether or not she's actually psychic, Sonnie couldn't tell you, but she'd like to believe it. Her father works for the military base and only comes home for short periods of time. So most of the time Sonnie spent time with her mother and siblings. 
High school was difficult for Sonnie, because people are mean to those who are different. This school was no different, and while there were no serious confrontations or horror stories, Sonnie can still remember being called names and being snickered at behind her back. She enjoyed art and her creative classes the most, and dived into a few extracirriculars: dance, fashion, and the "occult" club (basically just what her mom did, it was nice meeting the three others who actually appreciated her). 
When it came time to graduate, neither of her parents pressured her to go to college. She could live at home and work, it was her life, they'd say. But Sonnie decided to apply just to see, after all, her grades were decent and she could hopefully go and be around people who were like her too.
She was accepted into university and there she met Jeonghan, a year older than her and in her department. He /loved/ her. She'd follow him around everywhere, and that's how she met Seojun. 
Now, I know what you're thinking, "how'd sonnie get to be so good at computers???" well, she was required to take a few math and science credits, ended up in coding 101, and actually really enjoyed it. She was creating things, just digitially and not on a mannequin. so she just kept taking classes casually and now does it on her own time. 
She's currently in her third year of university, and working at Monster Inc for credit so she doesn't have to take more classes. 
 lifestyle  Sonnie lives in the dorms at university, sharing it with four other girls who she couldn't tell you the names of. They only live together, she's not friends with them. At home, she's usually cooped up in her room, sewing or doing another creative thing. She takes early morning classes Mon.Wed.Fri so she can work the afternoons and on Tues.Thurs.
When not at her dorm, she's at the dance studio or over with Seojun and Jeonghan hanging out. She doesn't usually go out with her coworkers. While she loves them and would like to get better aquainted with them, she's so young and they're all really cool so... y i k e s.  "how were you hired?"  Jeonghan got her roped into it, honestly. Her college has this thing where if you work at an internship, you get credit and can use that to replace certain classes. Sonnie decided she'd go for it, and with her... enthusiasm and surprisingly well developed resume ((those computer skills tho)) she was a pretty decent pick for an intern, joonmyeon thought.

 "how's the office life?"  Sonnie's an unpredeictable ball of color and glitter, so it's really depending on what task you give her. If it deals with computer coding or skills, she's usually pretty diligent. Designing, while something fun, can be boring for company or corporate logos and the like. So she... tends to wander. She ends up in various places around the office, like department head's offices, the break room with a pot of coffee next to her, the sales department at Jun's office... honestly, she goes everywhere.

 "on coffee runs, what do you get?"  Iced caramel macchiatos in the warmer weather, but dAMN AS SOON AS THOSE HOLYDAYS HIT -- She's a basic biatch, tbh. Pumpkin Spice comes back??? Expect her to be having at least five of those a day. And CHRISTMASTIME is just.. chaos. She will get every holiday item she can get her hands on. Sonnie also collects the cups and does stuff with them when she's bored.

 "tell me about your company dinners"  Sonnie... has not yet been to a company dinner. She's still pretty new, only a few weeks in, so she hasn't had the pleasure of going yet. Only time will tell what she's up to, BUT if we had to guess....
- If she does drink alcohol, she'd have a pretty good tolerance, but would get tipsy very quickly. ((does that make sense??? she doesn't get drunk, just tipsy???)) and would get v v giggly and tell you everything or anything you asked
