Hello there~ *waves at you all*

Back in September I got myself a job back at the place I used to work back in my first year of college simply because I was having absolutely no luck anywhere else. Everyone saying I haven't got enough experience...how am I even supposed to get experience if nowhere will employ me because of my lack of experience! How does that even work!!!!

Anywhooo, after a week I realised something wasn't right. Now I know I had issues the last time I worked there and yes these issues did happen this time around minus the having to serve alcohol and cigarettes to customers while underage cause I am 19 now soo I was legal this time around.

Here there is a thing called minimum wage which is law for how much you have to pay someone and if you pay below you are breaking the law big time! Because it is a living wage that you are supposed to be able to live on.

Now for my age group which is 18-21 I believe I am supposed to be paid £5.60 per hour, well for the first two weeks at work my boss paid me £3.75 per hour which is way below minumum wage! I asked around and the other employee's said he does that for the first two weeks and then ups the pay so I waited for the two weeks and he only upped my pay to £4.05 which is the minimum wage for under 18's which I am not apart of cause I am 19.

Every week he changed my pay one week it was £4.50 per hour, then it was £4.10 per hour, and then it was £4.30 per hour. It was ridiculous and he messed me around so much!

I was employeed to do 11am-2pm 6 days a week till November and then I would be doing 8am-2pm 6days a week till New Year, yet he suddenly employeed two new employees who took my shifts and left me with practically no work! meaning I didn't get paid! he then made me start working the same shifts I did when I was there the first time around which I always went home crying over cause I hated them so much!

I wasn't earning enough to pay rent or actually live I was getting £30-£63 a week which isn't enough to live off is it.

So I had mentioned that I would be needing a second job, which I have gotten myself and I start on Sunday with an hourly pay of £7.27 per hour which is absolutely amazing! on an 18hour contract and if I want more hours all I have to do is ask. I will be earning £130 a week at this new place which I am so happy about.

I told my boss about it and told him I would not be able to work the Sunday shifts for him anymore and he told me he didn't see the point in me taking the even shifts during the week away from someone who would work Sunday because it would mean they wouldn't earn much money.....EXCEPT THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HE DID TO ME! HE TOOK AWAY MY HOURS MEANING I GOT TY PAY!

Well anyway he fired me basically lol he's lucky I haven't reported him for health and saftey hazards andddddd paying below minimum wage! I got bitten by a spider in one of the back sheds because nobody ever thinks of cleaning them. I had an OCD induced panic attack over the mess in the drinks shed that the women who took my job left because she can't actually do the damn job at all! she never does it right and even the other employee agreed. Me and her were always left with the messes of everyone else...I had to clean a month old beer spill from the shelf and all the juice bottles...it was disgusting.

I am so happy to be out of that disgusting place. I was never allowed breaks, and on sunday's I ended up doing 8:45am-2:30pm with no lunch break at all.

I start work at my new job on Sunday and I am kinda nervous about it...but all the employees know my mum and have promised her that they will look after me so fingers crossed it all goes well.

In the mean time I am going to catch up on much needed rest and try and update a story maybe hehe who knows haha

I am also hoping my depression doesn't screw me over like it has the past couple of weeks.
