As a cute 20 years old girl, She is a kind of taking care about others as she will take care everything about the members. She always stay on the dorm to take care one of the member who got sick and gave the member medecine to eat [she would force them if they do not want to eat it] and this is one of the personality that make the other members scared of her but at the same time really love her. She also a kind girl as she always pay for the members food and always helping the members whenever she could. She sometimes a cute and funny girl and this can be seen in the variety show as she always try to make funny things even sometimes it would just like a stupid jokes and it's end up she's the one who got flustered.

She is a talkative one and yet a tiredless (active) as she will always playing and talking 24/7 without getting tired until the members told her to do so. She is also a childish member which make her looks cuter but also easily touched towards something. She might looks like a childish girl, but then when she was angry, no one would ever dare to make her temper worst. She is a workhard girl as she thinks she don't good enough with her abilities even when everyone praised her. She even went back to dorm late as she practice over and over. She even fell sick due of her hardworking. She is a brave girl as she don't have any fears of and that is why she once having a fight with their manager because she really disagree with their manager. She is one of the loudest member as when she turn into funny mode and playful. Also, she would turn into weird one when this personality came.

She is an easily crybaby as she would easily crying and there is one time when she nearly got spank by other members as she was crying over a drama she watched. She was also a bit weird as sometimes people would never understand what he was trying to tell when she was talking.She is a type of stubborn girl as she will fight for what she tought is right. She once fight with the manager as she doesn't agree to he/she as he/she won't let them accept presents from the fans. One thing that will make her mad like a crazy is when the members disturb her as she was resting after the practice. There are once a member got knocked by her pillow because she got really annoyed with them as shejust woke up from her sleep and wanted to continue her sleep. She also is a little wild as she would swear when got angry and secretly go for a hang out with her friends most of every night [but the member and fans didn't know about this fact]. Despite that, she also showing her middle finger [but not infront of people and she will did it when she was alone]. Members once tell the fans that her taste of song are somehow more to hip hop that looks vicios and she tell that it's not true since she also loves ballad and pop too.

She will always helping her mother when she got free time and sometimes performing at the street to gain more money. She also work hard on study to make her parents proud as she don't know her ambition yet back in the time.

But then, as she always skyping with her older brother and hearing to Yoongi's story, she started to realize that she wanted to be a rapper just like Yoongi (she found out her talent through school party) and that she went to MMO's audition that held in Daegu and passed to be one of their trainee but then, as she had health problem, she stopped to be a trai nee and yet in 2016, she went to Starship's audition.

history — 

When she was first time joined MMO, she lost in the company’s building in her second day to find the practice room but stopped as she heard a beautiful voice from a room. Without her knowing, she was already there having a peek on the voice’s owner and found out that it was from Kang Daniel. As she was busy peeking on Daniel, she got caught by him and that, Daniel helped her by showing her the way to the practice room.

Started from that, both of them went really closed to each other that they always teasing each other and even the fans called them as “HwaNiel” couple. After about four years getting closed, a fans had asked Daniel via his live V-apps if he like Yoonhwa and he shyly answered “yes” to the question. Because of his confession, the fans asked Daniel to call her and confessed. For everyone shocked, he really did it live on V-apps! (he used one of Wanna One member’s phone) and they started to officially date each other!
