I can't figure it out so PLEASE IF SOMEONE FIGURES IT OUT LET ME KNOW!!

At first I thought there are some random symbols but after I saw the two of them having a real conversation like that...

It's those symbols on the phone's keyboard that are next to the letter i think and i tried but there are some symbols that i don't have like (and it doesn't even form actual words..)
