A QUICK WORD FROM KEON JUNGMI, i won't say too much, i have to get back to work after all. my boy junnie, he's a bit difficult [ "just say ty ms.keon, we're all thinking it!" hoseok yells from somewhere in the back. seconds later a loud slap followed by a scream could be heard"] but he isn't all bad. he means well...well, most of the time. he's just a person who's very selective. like, he's very diligent and serious(just selectively). you can expect my joonie to do things passionately and with focus. i've never seen him slack on anything that he takes on. he's also helpful and caring (just selectively). he'd be the first one up, every morning, to make breakfast or stay up late cleaning because i was too tired to do so. ¬ junhyeok bottles emotions up when he shouldn't. since young he has always done that. it was mostly because he felt his feelings would help the matter and it would just be burdening. like when his father left. all he wanted to do was cry but his mother was already doing so while be stressed. why add baggage on to her? she needed to be comforted the most. because of this he has a tenancy to blow up without warning most of the time he's by himself, other times hoseok's there.
¬ junhyeok isn't social but he isn't exactly a wallflower either. he will actively go to parties but not speak with the people there unless he plans on getting to know them for a bit (so that he can them up a day later) he likes the feeling there.
¬ seems 100 percent done with everyone and everything when you first meet him but it's not entirely true. sadly, those who first meet him don't know this, which is why his first impressions are literally trash. well, that he is kind of rude. esp if he doesn't want to talk to you.
¬ added things after review! : helpful to only those he closer to but still in a slightly discrete manner. he's the type to insult then help like he has no other choice. i.e. "i got tired of waiting, so i did it myself" or "man you're helpless" though sometimes he'll just do things without so much a word usually when he thinks the person won't notice.
if insulted he'll literally just be like "and you're point?". whether it hurt him or not won't be shown either. sometimes if it does, he'll get snapper than usual but that's about it. his friends, however, are a different story. he'll insult the person right back, may or may not going a bit overboard, even if his friends didn't ask for it. only he get's to insult them.

UNIVERSITY LIFE junhyeok is currently residing in the university's dorm, living off of food prepped by his chef childhood friend, jung hoseok. he's not the social type but does enjoy parties and mostly goes for the free drinks, vibe, and music (it's not really his favorite genres but still enjoyable). however, other events, and clubs, he doesn't bother attending, or joining. except for lit. they don't really interest him, plus he has better things to do with his time. junhyeok cares for his grades, and not just because he's on a scholarship but because he always have. his grades are known to stay above an a, never anything less. he studies well, for three hours a day depending on how much material he has, and usually finishes assignments the day it's given unless it's a project that's in need of more time. with that, he still chooses to start it the day it's given and usually finishes it within a two days (if he's really free). since it's his last year, he has even lesser classes for both his major and minor meaning he pretty free. during that time he goes to visit hoseok, hangout at the library reading or check out new books at the book store, or go out to take some shots of beautiful things or people.
teachers his teachers hate-love him. junhyeok's sarcautic comments, curt answers, rare participation really irks them but they can't even stay mad at him for long because his work is just so damn good and he's always paying attention despite his lack of participation. he sits in the front where they can clearly see him with no phone in front of him.
love life love? what love? junhyeok only knows one nighters and quickies in the bathrooms of the school. a few have approached junhyeok with the invitation of a relatonship but he always declines. most assume he's not ready, others thinks he doesn't want to give up the single life. neither are true. he's just not interested. no one he has met has made him want more. there are more who only want him for the night, if they look right and carry themselves a certain way then he'll get their number, then meet up the next day bc most be either tispy or drink ( he doesn't want to mess with either).
classes, clubs, and jobs junhyeok's classes are on mondays, wednesdays, and fridays. he works mon and weds from 6:30pm - 1:45am and tues and thurs from 8:00am to 3pm. those days (tues and thurs), and possibly the weekends are used for lit club. at night, if there one going on, he goes to a party. whether it be at his school or hoseok's.
wakes up at 7:00am to shower and get dresses for his mon and wed classes before he goes back to sleep until 8:30am, eats something light, then leaves.
MONDAY : THREE CLASSES
CLASS ONE 9:00am - 11:45am.
CLASS TWO 12:00pm - 2:00pm
45 minutes he uses to go back to his dorm to eat.
CLASS THREE 2:30am - 3:55pm.
before he heads to work he usually chills out with hoseok if he's there or get started on assignments if he was given any.

just a repeat of his monday classes.
FRIDAY : TWO CLASSES
still wakes up mad early to read(if he doesn't have anything to do), study, or finish or start assignments he was given before heading to his class.

a one hour nap, 45 minutes food break.
CLASS TWO 3:00pm - 4:45pm
afterwards, he doesn't head back to his dorm. he'll go some where with hoseok or take his camera and takes pictures and junk.
INFORMATION
¬ born and partially raised in mapo-gu before moving to sanggye-dong when he was 10 with his mother. it was due to the leaving of his father.
¬ she simply couldn't take living in gangnam so moving back to her hometown seemed like a good choice.
¬ kept him in the schools in gangnam up until high school bc she didn't want to separate him from his friend.
¬ a little cheeky, adventurous kid is what he was before the arguing, divorce, and parting of his father. he would read a book and go to act out his favorite scenes.
¬ he still kept his love for ready but just more quietly.
¬ his mother took on more time to distract her from the hurt. while he drowned himself in reading to distract himself.
¬ he didn't bother with making friends (except his childhood friend hoseok) and never really hungout. he stayed reading and studying. something he always loved to do.
¬ with his grades junhyeok could have went to any college but no, he chose to stay in sanggye-dong and attend uni there. he didn't really have an interest to leave sanngye-dong. at least not yet.

¬ always been the type to never half- school work. junhyeok has been on top of his studies since young. his grades are never below a an a minus.
¬ when feeling bashful or hurt, junhyeok becomes even more snarky or sarcastic than he already is. he'd rather be called a jerk than be teased and called shy, or looked at with pity or having someone know he's hurt. it's just his way of dealing with things.
¬ junhyeok's dad is definitely a nono topic. his face get's hard, his body goes stiff, and his tone get's icey. he'll immediately leave if hoseok isn't there to switch the topic.
¬ says "that's gay" to anything remotely affectionate or mushy.
¬ he's biual (if it wasn't already obvious in the personality section)
¬ never keeps the numbers that's given to him. so his phone isn't filled with numbers of girls and guys with special nicknames like hoseok thinks he does. no junhyeok discards of the numbers unless he plans it's important or he can see a friendship with that person.
¬ likes older music. like anything from the 90's. whether it be rnb, hiphop, or pop. he favors groups like seo taji and boys, bone thugs and harmony, ses, h.o.t, destiny's child, and swv.
¬ is prone to getting fevers easily but still works through them (much to hoseok's dismay). most of the time he doesn't tell anyone because "i can deal with it on my own. it's no big deal". but when does his friend is there to take of him all while ing at him.
¬ a decent cook seeing as he would cook for himself while his mother was away. sometimes for her too since she'd be too tired to cook. however, he stopped since college and pretty much leaves that to hoseok who comes to bring him containers of food for the month.
¬ [ mushu : thinks the little thing is creepy looking so doesn't bother with it period. [ taeyoung : has a habit of popping out of no where and scaring junhyeok less. more or less avoids her company bc he doesn't need another ball of sunshine in his life. [ siwon : thought he was cute then, and now. mostly quiet around each other. only half the time it's awkward. [ naeun : bickers when they're around each other. she tries to pull the noona card but jun doesn't care, he'll say what he wants.
¬ not the flirty type. like no, he'll make a fool of himself. neither is really all that charismatic.
¬ got into photography when he entered college. - accidently going to the wrong class and sitting there the whole time bc it interested you - is how it started. he signed up for those classes quickly.

DOCTOR. such a chatty women / understanding / hard-working / worrisome / in his mother's eyes, he's someone who's a bit rough around the edges but still a good kid overall. she wishes he'd be more open and adventurous like he use to be but knows that won't happen because of how she let him grow up. she mostly blames herself more for his coldish personality now. because even with her, he doesn't bother with much affection and skinship (though that doesn't mean he views her any less, he loves his mother a lot). and she can't really get mad because she didn't show much to him. jungmi was always to busy working or too tired from working to give her kids much attention. junhyeok never complained, he understood. him understanding didn't stop him from changing though. it's too late to developed that loving type relationship but jungmi still tries. every time she does see him, which she makes an effort to do by going taking him to eat after work, or classes, she makes sure to give him kisses and hugs. slowly and stiffly he returns them.
