Hi guys.

It's been a while since I write a blog post. I just wanted to make sure that I'm still sane right now.

For the past few weeks, I have been under a lot of stress. I even got into a quarrel with my mom last week. My eyesight is getting worse and I have been lacking sleep because of my sleeping schedule have been a mess quite lately. I recently quit my social medias as the medium to stay away from all sort of things that could make my stress level goes up. I also distance myself from fangirling because when I do, I saw lots of hateful and immature comments by accident and will get stress just from reading it.

The thing is... I'm not even studying for now since I already finished my diploma and I have been only staying at home. I still don't get it what am I stressing for? 

So I need to go hiatus again. I'm sorry, guys. Until I get my mind together and until I figure something out to get out from this stress, I'll be back.

you may try going to immersions or go to places,change environments for a while,so that you can release all your stress or have a break from stressors around you
