I feel so stupid

It  to put my first blog here on a bad note but I just did the worst thing that a writer can do.

So I'm writing this new story called "Spies, Heaven Sent" and I've already got one and a half chapters done, but then a new story idea comes up and I start planning that one. So while I'm on the plane from Texas to California, I decide to start writing for the second story "Stardust City". I label it as "Chapter 1" and save it. Today, I realized that "Chapter 1" under Stardust City didn't have any writing and the other one with writing was floating aimlessly. So I delete the existing file and try to move the file that has writing on it where it's supposed to go. The problem is that I name all of my first chapters "Chapter 1". So I unconsciously move the first chapter from Stardust City to replace the first chapter from Spies, Heaven Sent and all the writing from that SHS chapter is gone. I have no previous versions and no backups. That was seven pages worth of writing that took more than a week to do. I tried recovering it but it's no use. It's all gone. That was the first chapter of my SHS and that meant a lot to me. And, now it's completely gone. I don't know what to do now. Now that this happened I just need a breather from SHS. I still have the planning documents but all that good writing is gone now. I guess I'll concentrate on Stardust City for now.
