Moon Hyuna is uninterested in business. She's never been. All throughout her childhood, she struggled with being the strong business person that her family expects of her, and just being herself. This created a very insecure Hyuna. On the outside and with her family members, she would play a strong, commanding leader. But when she withdrew to herself, she was mostly just quiet and enjoyed spending time alone. She would never let anyone see her weak side. For all her family knew, she was stone cold and had a heart of steel. Even when she played her role as a commander in the family matters, she only spoke when necessary. But she spoke sharply and was well known for being the family strategist. Hyuna was a smart student. She studied intensively and graduated in medicine and clinical psychology. She currently works as a doctor in a small clinic she opened for herself. Although Hyuna seems to be a very intelligent person, she has a twisted sense of humor and lives almost passively. She doesn't feel anything when multiple lives are lost at her hands during her operations. Subconsciously, she feels even more powerful and that only feeds towards her wickedness and completely non-empathetic emotions.
Although Hyuna's parents are constantly telling her to grow her small clinic into a larger hospital,
Hyuna refuses to let it get too big. She was already doing enough by helping stitch up the members
whenever things got too rough. She knew that keeping it quiet would be more beneficial and make
things easier when it came to prescribing drugs or other illegal mishappenings that her father
wanted her help with. She didn't care enough to ever refuse to sign the documents her famiy wanted,
but she made sure to make the process as painful as possible. She isn't completely proud of being a
member of the Astor family, but she isn't completely against it either. She reaps the benefits
and does her part as the family doctor. No questions asked.

The majority of Hyuna's personality and life is the after effect of her best friend's death, when she was fourteen years old. The two girls were inseparable. Their families often mistakened them for each other, as they looked almost identical and were always together. Naomi was Hyuna's friend of ten years. They met each other during gradeschool and slowly merged their lives. Their time together was cut short when Naomi committed suicide in Hyuna's bedroom. From the moment Hyuna saw the corpse of her friend, she never shed a single tear. Her family worried she had kept it all bottled up inside of her, but as the time passed and Hyuna continued to show no sign of sorrow, they assumed she really had a heart of steel. From this moment on, Hyuna's fascination of death became more of an obsession. She did nothing but study and work to give herself the skills to save and take away lives. Subconsciously, she blames herself for the death of her friend, and unbeknowest to herself, she was using her job as a doctor to relive the death of her friend.
