Yeahhh so apparently I got tagged in a song thing which makes sense cuz I've been sending MinnieCrafts song recs for probably the past month. so anyway, let us behold the ery that is my playlist :)

hahahaha honestly this is true except the title is hella deceptive and it's a breakup song. Though I would actually tell someone I was too good. 

2. How would you describe yourself?

turns out my Spotify knows me. Really well. #whoopsies

"LET'S NOT FALL IN LOVE" by BIGBANG

apparently BIGBANG and most of their songs are all caps in Spotify. For real though. One of my dude friends once told me that "I didn't seem like the dating kind. He wasn't wrong.

if by Cinderella Girl Ztao means that my kitchen is a mess and I desperately need to sweep my floors then he's not wrong.

I wish. I wish I was could enough at piano that this could be true TT. It's more like "(No One Knows Me) More than my Laptop" cuz sweethearts all I do these days is write and watch Netflix. #englishmajor

I guess the chorus part where he says "we could move to Arizona" part could be my motto... so long as you take out the "to Arizona" part, and it's in the context of my neighbors who smoke weed all the fricking time and it's my roommate complaining about it. "We could move (to a different appartment, please)."

ironically, this is the exact opposite of how my friends think of me. That actually introduce me to people as "allergic to color". It might be because I own an unhealthy amount of black, grey and white clothes.

ahahahaha. It's not wrong. My parents are hyper religious, and they definitely think I'm a lot more innocent than I am.

ummmmm, this would probably be more appropriate if I were in love with my best friend. But I'm not.

"Silicone Kingdom" by Witt Lowry

i did grow up in America so I guess that could be symbolic for how ed my country is. I do really like the chorus though--"I don't want to lose myself, just to run a silicone kingdom with you"--because for me I'd rather focus on what's true of me and who I am, rather than the material stuff I can get if I sell out.

"Marry Me" by Train

well... I guess eventually? But real talk, this song is super cute (and I also saw it performed in concert) and I would love it if someone loved me like this someday.

"MAMA" by BTS (but written by J-hope guys)

this is all sorts of levels of and I'm not touching it with a 39 and a half foot pole. 

15. What will you dance to at your wedding?

"The Eye" by INFINITE

yeahhhhh no. Aside from the part where you can't really dance romantically to this song, I also feel like I'd be pretty much inviting a fight to start if I played it cuz isn't the entire song about being in the eye of the storm or something?  (lowkey the piano music for it is beautiful though and I've been trying to learn it for months cuz I'm lazy and never practice).

hahahahaha you got it. Imma rise from the dead y'all. For realsies though, I don't believe that death is the end, so this song is hella appropriate.

well it's either putting my hands in the air or starting a revolution, depending on whether I'm listening to the chorus or the verses. Can't say I'm particularily interested in either of those things.

wow. Spotify knows me. tl;dr, the song is about a girl who's actually okay cutting people out of her life, which incidentally I'm really good at, though people don't usually believe me when I say that. Big secret: If you're in my life for longer than six months it because I want you there.

yeah no. Maybe a Moscow Soul, but I could avoid the big city and be A Okay thank you very much.

hahahaha I mean in the most terrible way I guess I could think of them that way. Some of them anyway. I lowkey get free food from one of my friends that works at a restaurant in town. There's waaaay more to our friendship though. She also has a dog.

hahahahahah holy YES. Ya'll should meet my friends here at uni. That 's crazy. (oh, and I'm pretty sure that I've encountered blood, sweat and tears all in one night before with at least one of them, though in her defense she was REAL drunk) (don't drink after breakups guys. Just don't).

yeah I got nothing. Unless it's from the perspective of guys, in which case, I guess the song could be a little accurate for like two of them. But bro, any guy that feels this way about you, if you don't like them back, is HELLA creepy.

actually yeah, it's about the right tempo for late night brooding. And the chorus sounds like he's saying "cancer".

Spotify ain't gonna lie. This is a great song for feeling down, not because it's sad, but because it's about shamelessly owning yourself and your feelings and being okay with yourself anyway.

well... I mean the entire song is about being sick of the person you love? So what does that say about me as a person... Has anyone else figured out that I'm super duper single yet? Why do you think I write so much angst?

pfft. Lowkey defintely my theme song when I'm in class. Fun fact: there were kids in my grammar class last semester that didn't know the difference between a noun and a verb... But can we talk about the BTS cover of this song? Because that 's fire.

don't really cry ever when I listen to music, but if I did this would probably be the song for it. It's a great tempo and tone for lonely sadness.
