PERSONALITY:

Soojin is fun, easy-going and loves to fool around. She is the believer of 'rules are made to be broken' thing. She never really follow any rules in her life except she must to. Soojin is friendly to a lot of people and has a broad-knowledge about things. If you ask any question, she would quickly answer it because she knows the right answer. Soojin loves fooling around, but not pranking. She just loves throwing jokes and her punch lines. Sometimes she would laughs at her own imagination so you could say she's a 4D. Her imagination is beyond anyone's imagination. Soojin also a hard-working person because she will never give up on anything. Her hard-working will shows the first time you meet her, she even won't give up on math problems which she actually hates till death. She's very honest and loyal except if someone betrays her, she won't trust that person anymore.Although she is quite friendly, she loves her own me-time. She likes to spend her time alone during gloomy weather or rainy weather. Reading books and writing are her hobbies that you can't imagine. People who just know her won't believe is you tell them she loves to read especially reading english literature books and others. She does look like someone with empty-head because of her playful traits but actually she's very intellegent. Sometimes she's moody so you also should becareful with her.

Her hard-working traits creates a negative trait for her which perfectionist. She won't stop until she thinks it's perfect, that's how she got her OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). You won't find any mess or dust in her room. This is another hidden trait of her, people who just know her would think she's your typical messy-funny-witty person which she's not. She's very serious when it comes to working and practicing but after the training sessions ended she would play around again. Her seriousness in practicing also makes her become strict. People would thought she has two different personalities because of this too. Sometimes she would be sarcastic when she hears people asking some retorical questions especially when she's in her mood-swings. Her sarcasm is beyond your level of sarcasm, the first sentence that would came out from is 'what the hell'. Her honesty also could brings out her sarcasm, for example someone asks her 'what do you think about this dress?', if she think it doesn't that person she would answer 'Well if you're asking for diplomatic answer it would be yes but honestly, no. That's , I mean, you're with that dress'. Her believe in the 'rules are made to be broken' also creates her rebel personality, she would break the law and would never think she's in fault, she would give out rational explaination. You could say, she's clever enough to keep herself out of trouble.

BACKGROUND: 

Soojin was born as Jin Soojin in Pyeongchang-dong, Seoul, South Korea. Soojin was born to the CEO of Asiana Airlines, Jin Janghyuk. Her mother was a housewife and her name was Son Mihye. Soojin is the oldest of two and has a younger brother who is two years younger than her. Her brother was born in 1991 and is now a 2nd year intern at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge, England. His name is Jin Woojin or Christian Woo Jin. Woojin inherited his sister's rebelness so he was sent to Eton College at the age of 13. Soojin lives in the affluent neighborhood for years before moved to Switzerland for studying.

Soojin attended Cheongdam Elementary School and a bright student during her school years. Not only genius, she also a rebel but not a lot of teacher told her off because she didn't have any problem with her scores. Soojin was a top student and even participated in the national science olympic, placed first. Her rebelness was shown ever since she was a little but her rebelness started to worsen ever since her mother passed away. Her mom passed away when she was 10 because of what she called 'the greediness of human being', it was during the day. Her mom was taken from a spa center, it was regular for her to go to the spa because she's a stay-home wife. The kidnapper asked for 2 million dollar but her father wasn't willingly going to give that money. The kidnapping ended in murder case. Her mother was murdered after 2 days being kept by the kidnapper. Although the police has taken the preperators into custody and sent them to jail, Soojin still hold a grudge which mostly focused on her father. For her, it was all his fault that her mom died. Her father is known to be very ambitious and calculative. Since then, his relationship with his children was never the same. They started became distant and Soojin's rebelness worsen. She skipped classes to watch a movie with her friends, go to the arcade, making some scenes at the school. Her father decided to sent her to a boarding school, not in the States or England but to St.George's International School, a boarding school located in the residential suburb of Clarens, near Montreux, overlooking Lac Leman and the Alps, Switzerland. Soojin didn't like their decision but just got along with it.

Soojin graduated from year 13 at the age of 18 in 2007, then she enrolled in Stanford University, School of Humanities and Sciences, Department of Biology, took a honor tracks in Biochemistry/Biophysics. She is a top student, ranked within top 1% and gradated with onor having finsished her course in 3.5 years. She decided to went back to South Korea and got a master degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at KAIST. She graduated within 2 years, a fast graduate with GPA 4.22 out of 4.3.

His relationship with Soojin strained after the death of his wife. Soojin blames it all to him, although the polices were the one who adviced him to didn't pay the ransom money, they were too late and his wife was killed. Ever since then, he and his children grew distant, they don't talk anymore. he doesn't get the chance or will to reconcile with them. He just let them to do anything that they want as long as they won't tarnish his image or name.

Her mother is a very supportive and fuun mother, a mother that anyone would like to have. her death impact a lot of people especially her children. She passed away on 18th September 1999.

Although both of Soojin's and Woojin's relationship with their father strained, they became closer with each other. They depend on each other a lot and always trust each other in anything. The reason why Woojin chose to became a doctor is because he wants to help people that alive to get their life back, he doesn't want to let anyone's family fell apart by one's death just like his family. he may be bright and all fun but he is craving for a mother's love. He depends on Soojin a lot when she's around him.

SCENE REQUEST: 

✩ Woojin came to see her on the lab to reminds her to come because the year before, Soojin didn't show up. Her colleagues thought he was her boyfriend but then Soojin told them about Woojin as her brother.

✩ They were handling a case and Soojin was asked about what she thinks because they're out of leads, Soojin then talks about some movie reference about the crime they're handling. At first her colleagues didn't really think about it but when they ended the case and caght the suspect, they relized that Soojin's 'movie theory' was right.
