What happened to AFF's KP system?

From the previous KP system, for every subscription to a story, the author automatically earns a kp, and for every comment, the reader also earns a kp. The problem is, AFF kinda changed this 'rule'.

So I heard that (not really heard) that you can only earn KP by commenting and such and that the subscription/s of the readers to a story is not counted anymore.

Don't you think it's kinda unfair? The author's poured their time and sweat in writing fanfictions and they won't get any sort of incentives? I feel bad for them because I know that it is not that easy for someone to come up with an idea and transform it into words, it needs a lot of brainstorming you know.

Yes me i wrote many stories now but never receive kp from it..i only get it when i post comment so i often to comment

As someone who doesn't really use them, I don't really care to be honest but maybe there are others who will be disappointed .
