Lee Shin, the foxy businessman

FASHION: 
Shin prefers shirt and jeans or long-sleeves t-shirt and jeans. Sometimes you would find him with an outer or a bomber or even a cardigan. Shin pays a lot attention to his appearance, not a fashionista but more to wear what's appropriacte to an event. He knows what to wear and when to wear something. Jeans is something that he would wear. Seeing Shin in a suit is almost an impssible thing if you're not close with him. Hats or caps are his signature, he would either bring or carry them with him. He knows the trend and he knows how to keep up with the trend as he doesn't need to shop but several luxurious brand will send their newest collection and he gets to picks what he likes and return the things that he doesn't like. For bags or any other accessories like hats, he prefers to go to the store by himself.
Shin has one tattoo on his right wrist, not big but quite unique and looked like an accessories rather tha just a tattoo. The tattoo is in French 'aujourd'hui' which means 'today', the tattto match well with his life quotes to 'live today like your last day'. He also tends to dye his hair a lot, his favorite colors are blonde or light brown.

     


STYLE: 
As a frequent party-goer, Shin looks at the trend and keeps up with the trend really well. His clothes are all branded and his everyday clothes could cost more than a thousand dollars. From top to bottom, he wears what he think fit him the best. Not that he didn't think about his comfort but for him it' all about making him look stood out and noticed by the others while walking in the hall. Not much accesories but he stood out, always. Anything that he wears would look expnsive somehow.

APPEARANCE: 
Standing at 182 cm height, Shin could look at everyone in the middle of the crow and easily walk through. His tall structure is all thanks to his routine exercise, he has the ideal height of 67 kg and a great body propotion. His face is all natural and his nose is somehow very ideal for Korean standard. A lot of people thought that he's a foreigner because of his tall nose bridge and fair skin.
Although Shin pays a lot of attention to his appearance, he doesn't do skin care thingy. he doesn't go to any skin clinic and the only thing that he does every night is applying a nigth cream. Shin is an exercise freak. He's good in every sport especially golf and archery because during several business meeting, most partners prefers golfing rather than fancy dining. He has a great physical strenght because of the frequent exercising. Shin also inherited his mother's great skin gene, the only thing that she left for him.
Shin's hobby to coloring his hair is because he knows that his world is only built by the color gray. Business is neither black nor white. It's all gray-ish. A lot of people would admire his facial structure and body porportion. Shin is well aware about his attractive physical to others. When he uses t-shirt of shirt, people won't notice that he has a well-built body physical, only his broad shoulder that was noticed. But if people see him exercising, they would realize how well-built and muscular his built is. The way he talks and answers things is somehow managed to make people 'crushed' at him. Boys would die to be him  and girls would die to be with him.

Lee Shin was born in Pyeongchang-dong, Seoul, South Korea as the only child of Majesty Group, a conglomerate based in South Korea and made by his late grandfather. His father is the current chairman of the group, his name is Lee Joonyoung. His father is very strict about business, he thinks about everything that he might do about the business and how it will affects the people around them. He's a great father and a genius businessman. He loves Shin so much but business pulled the both of them apart. The only problem is he's not a devoted husband and that became the reason why his wife left him and Shin. Shin's mother was a CEO of Grand Hyatt Seoul, her name is Jung Haera. She loves Shin very much but she is a woman who needs a devoted husband, a husband who'll be there whenever she needs him but Shin's father is busy with his business. The two got married fastly and then get into a messy divorce just when Shin was 7 years old. She left without saying anything to him or his father, he never see her anymore since then.

Shin's father was truly confused but he coudn't do anything. Since that, his father kept busying himself at the office. He sent Shin outside the country to forget about that event. Shin was sent to Institut Le Rosey at the age of 8. Shin was lost and upset. He doesn't understand why his mother would left him like that. Since then Shin was never interested in having a relationship with anyone. He doesn't want to get hurt like his father did. He started out  as the 'Juniors' at Le Rosey. He studied both English and French as those two were the most omportant languages at Le Rosey. Shin is a very friendly person so you would find him very easy to talk with. Although he looked like some sort of stupid playboy, his IQ is actually way higher than average. He is the president of the student body for two terms and very likeable among the students. He starts golfing since he entered the school, when he was a kid he watched his father playing golf but never try it. At Le Rosey he started learning the sport and eventually became an expert in golf. Not only golf, he also enjoys playing basketball, soccer, and tennis. Shin is academically and socially bright, he's a great socialite if you could say. He enjoys being with the crowds and being crowded. He feels that he's not alone.

Ever since his mother left, Shin would feel that he's alone. So being with a lot of people will help that problem, at least for a moment. He doesn't want to admit that he was hurt and alone. He manages to hide it all from everyone, close his wound about his mother leaving him and his father with flings. During high school, her last years at Le Rosey, he would flirt with a lot of girls but never really got into a relationship. He feels that relationship will suffocate him and made him suffer. He graduated from Le Rosey at the age of 18, in 2014. At the age of 18, he had almost 15% of Majesty Group. The share was bought under his name ever since he was a kid and when he's 18, he will hold 15% of the company, one of the major shareholder at Majesty. He is currently the CIO and going to be promoted as a CEO when he reached his senior year at college (which mean will be in the next term).

As a result of his mother left him and his father, Shin's father also slowly became distant with him. The two doesn't know how to deal with the feelings and never really try to sort it out together. They never sit and talk like the old times. Shin also became detached from his father and live the way he wants to. The two may live under the same roof but that's just it. They only talk about business and that's it. His father never really take interest in his son's life and Shin never took an interest in his father's life. Shin started having flings and stayed at his own apartment in Songpa or Cheongdamdong. One night stands and flings were his things. Relationship is something he would avoid the best way he could.

The leaving of his mother left a big impact in his life, not only that he hates and avoids relationship but he also became a womanizer. Shin would have nightmares during his sleep, his nightmares are mostly the scene when his mother left hm. He saw her walked away from their house with her suitcases. It still haunts him in his dream. He casually had with any girl at the club or the bar but never really have something with them. ual partners, that's the only relationship he would do with any girl. 

    

PERSONALITY: 
Shin is not cold but he's not that warm. He may looked smooth and nice and all but he could be harsh sometimes. He inherited his mother's good luck but also inherited his father's temper. He is a playfuly and charming yet could be very dangerous at times. He is a type of person who wouldn't acknowledge that he is indeed lonely and alone, he doesn't want people to know what he really felt. He tends to keep it by himself, he likes to cover up all his weakness with his charm and smooth way of talking. He is a very witty person, rarely took anything serious. A lot of people thought he is just a stupid empty-minded playboy like any playboy out there but he manages to turn it al over with placed first or be the best during classes. He inherited his father's genius-ism with the IQ of 154, he managed to be the best and a president for the student council's back in Le Rosey. He also looked careless in every action he takes but he actually cares, he just doesn't want to admit it.

Shin is some sort has two different personality, he could be seen harsh and mean during working at the company. He rarely gives his business partner a little glance of his personal life and managed to keep all his weakness for himself. He is very much like the famous Christian Grey during work. He doesn't give away much to other people and keeps business only for business. He never like anyone interfere his career or business and decided that a relationship in business should keep in business. Shin knows how to read people, he likes observing people thats'w hy he could do a lot of merger and business deals that not a lot of people could do. Shin knows how to use a trick or two to use is money and power to make something his wish fulfilled. He is also a very domineering in works, he could make the people around him feel intimidated at times with his sarcastic mouth that could say anything.

He always check everyone's background before doing something, business partners are dangerous and he needs to know something about them to 'tame' them and made them follow what he wants. He is afraid of being alone and afraid of relationship. He never really shows affection to the people he close to but whenever he said "Hey, be careful" it means that he cares for that person. He just doesn't really fond of showing his affection. He likes to tease and 'bully' people around him, make fun of them just for fun not seriously. Shin is a famous cunning casanova who knows how to deals with a lot of things. His broad-knowledge about everything, literally everything sometimes makes a lot of people wonder if he is really the casanova Shin or not. In the eye of the people, they would think he is just playful because he knows how to use his money and has an easy life which is not all true. Yes he knows how to use his mooney and power but his life is not easy at all. Losing a mother at the age of 7, not losing but being left. Abandoned by his own biological mother caused a great effect on his pyscology. Shin spent almost three years back in Switzerland. He has been through a lot for a boy like him. That's why he decided to do anything that he wants because he saw that his own mother could abandon hiim so why can't he just do anything that he likes when a biological mother could left her own son. Shin always thinks the worst about any girl around him, he would think that they're the same as his mother so to refrain any relationship with any girl except for ual partners. Although he has his own problem, he is a great listener and quite helpful to other who needs him.

But Shin could be moody at times, people around him doesn't know ow or when he would be moody but Hyunsik and Jongin could 'sense' her moody-ness approaches after he uncovered something nasty that one of his employess did or knowing that some other nasty business rival try to take over something that he has. He might be seen all playful but he hates it when someone disturb his business or try to take over what's his. His words could be playful and funny but also could be sound sarcastic at times, he said that sarcasm is 'the whole new level of intellegence'. That's why some business partners could see him as a very domineering person. He's also happen to be not patient with some type of people, he's not a great teacher you could say.

ALSO KNOWN AS : Cunning Single Master
Cunning, sly, foxy. Those three words would alaways follow Shin everywhere he goes, but people still attracted to him. Those nicknmaes follow him since the first time he entered the college, he swoon over a lot of people and could pick up any girls that he wants. Single is what his status is and master taken from his position at Majesty Group. Not a lot and even no one in college that already has a position in a company or even a high ranking position like CIO. The nickname made from Business faculty then spread widely as the time goes by.

COURSE: 
After he finished attending Le Rosey, he was asked to return to Seoul. He knows that he will inherit his father's company so he chose business and management course. Although he was accepted to Wharton (UPenn) and Stern (NYU), he decided to went back to Korea because he missed his Seoul. He sent his application to Seoul University and quickly got accepted because of his A+ reputation in his report card. He showed that he still the top in the college with constant GPA over 3.5 every end of semester although he rarely attends the courses. A lot of students presummed he used his connection to raise his grades. But Shin managed to break that kind of judgement to him by showing up during exams and got his name plestered as the best student from the business faculty.

FUTURE LIFE: 
Shin doesn't really set out his future but he knows that he wants to rule Majesty, make a lot of charity that could help the people in the third rate countries is his dream. He wants to bring majesty even bigger than it currently is. Shin also wants to take a master degree at NYU for master of Science in Risk Management. He wasn't the most humble person but he cares about the others. People just can't se it throughly. He also wants to expand Majesty to go into alternative technology business such as solar cells that will be a big deal in the future.

SCHEDULE: 

WEEKENDS: 
Shin spends his weekends either playing sports or doing things with the club members. Once a month he would go to Seattle or London where Majesty's branch offices are. He love golfing with Hyunsuk who is also her coach in several sports. He spends some time just to sleep or hanging out with his friends. He also would go for a round or two with them for basketball. He spends his Saturday night hanging out at the club and getting drunk. On Sunday, he manages everything that he should do the next week and read the latest share or M&A that he had done.

Hyunsik had married five years ago with a woman named Jeon Hyeonju, a kindergarten teacher who now moved to Seoul too with Hyunsik and has a daughter age 2 now, named Kwon Hana. He gained Shin's trust completely and Shin helps him to pay for his daughter's expense. Shin is very fond of Hana.

Yeojin is the youngest of three as the only daughter in the family. She was born on 17th July 1996 and has two older brothers. Yeojin is a positive, lively, and a very nice girl. Very nice by the mean literlly very nice. Yeojin could never resist someone's request. She has this 'lovely' girl aura around her. Yeojin also a very studious and an obedient daughter to her parents. Her brothers who are 4 and 2 years older than her is very affectionate towards her. They are sometimes quite protective and pampered her a lot. Yeonjin loves being with the crowd but someitims she prefer being alone and reading books all day in her room.  She is the daughter of Orion Confectionary's chairman and her mom is the owner of E-Land Group, a Korean clothing brand. Her oldest brother continued their father's business and her older brother is studying medicine at University of Cambridge.

Yeojin is a fun and caring person, you could feel that since the first time you met her. She always look after people around her and worry about them when something happened. She's also a very hard-working person, she will make sure that she could solve every problem and the final result is the exact result that she wants. She loves being with people and socializing, her friends definitely loves being around her and she's a very loyal friend who won't hurt anyone except she got hurted by someone. But Yeojin is an ambivert. She has her 'extrovert' traits and 'introvert' traits. Sometimes she likes to be alone and read books, she once ignored her phone for the whole day and just practicing also reading books. She loves her 'me-time' during rainy days and doesn't like it when anyone interupted her 'me-time'. Her hard-working personality create a bad trait for her, perfectionist. She loves everything that's perfect or match with her standards. She always put a high standard for herself and expect herself to be the best. Because of her perefectionist and high-standards that she sets for herself, sometimes she gets into break down when she didn't achieve what she wants. She self-deprecate herself and thinks that she's the worst out of everyone and to erase that thought, she'll make herself work hard sometimes as hard as she doesn't get sleep at all.

Standing at 165 cm with 48 kg, Yeojin has quite a ideal proportion for any girl. Girls loves to be with her because she's nice and very understading. But because she pushed herself too hard, sometimes she would get sick or dangered herself. yeojin is your typical 'eomchinttal' a daughter that your parents would love to have as a daughter in law or something. Yeojin is a third year or a junior at Seoul University as a student for fashion design. She has a great drawing and a great vision about what she will do in the future. Athough Yeojin loves being with the crowd, she prefers stays at home during dawn and spend some time with her family, that's why her family is such a close and warm family. Her parents let their kids to do anything that they wanted. Yeojin loves to help around and doesn't mind to do some works that she actually doesn't have to do. Yeojin is currently the supervisor to the Head of Design for E-Land Group and planning to continue her study to Parsons School of Design to take her master in Fashion Design and Society.

           

LOVE STORY: 
 It was that time of the year when several professors were rushing the students to submit their last assignment as it was the end of the academic year. He was searching for a book that he doesn't have back at home and came across this girl. They both were searching across the same bookshelf. She was looking for some book in French but she couldn't find it and mutter "Why do every books about designing have to be in French?", Shin heard that and said. "I can help you," she turned around and frowned her eyebrows. He took the paper in her hand, "So these are the books you're looking for?" she nodded her head and Shin helped her to find two books that totally in French. She asked him whether he's fluent in French or not and when he said yes, she quickly asked him to help her to find something in the book. They sat side by side and Shin helped her a lot, they were interrupted by some call and they quickly finished the work. She quickly said thank you and left. Shin was confused but he just shrugged it off, he thought that she was really pretty and really cute at the same time. Not like any other girls that would die to sit and get the help from him, that girl acts normal and never mention anything about his reputation (usually girls say that 'you are really famous, you know. Leading a big company in such a young age bla bla blaa') or even her own name. Shin took the book that he needed and left, but can't stop thinking about the girl.

The next day, Shin told Jongin about the girl he saw at the library and Jongin wondered who it was. Shin also told the members of the club and they just said "Really? A girl? Again?", but Shin said that "She was different, she doesn't care my me as Lee Shin." and then when the president of the club asked about the name, he shrugged. He said that he only knows that she studying about fashion design. A couple days passed by and Shin still haven't saw her.

He and Jongin were talking and walking along the university's garden when Shin suddenly stopped his track. Jongin said "What the hell?" and he followed Shin's gaze who was looking to a group of girls sitting on the grass. "Who are you looking at?" Jongin asked, "She's the girl I told you about, that's her ...." Shin said and Jongin looked at the girl again. "The girl with the brown hair?" Shin nodded and Jongin looked at her again. "That's her?!" Jongin also looked shock. Then Jongin told him that it's the 'it girl Song Yeojin'. He said she might not well-known in the whole faculty but a lot of people know her, she's like the male version of Shin in the Fashion Design faculty. Shin was wondering how could he never saw her during parties or gathering where he would see most of the university's population. Jongin said that that girl was pretty much like him, she runs the clothing brand owned by her mom. Shin was very curious about her and decided to look for her. He would turn around to the Fashion Design building just to see her face or even try to talk to her but he failed several times. Yeojin was quite hard to be found until in the winter on their sophomore year, they ran into each other.

It was a freezing winter and Shin ran into Yeojin who was carrying a lot of books, like a scene in a drama they bumped and the books fell. Shin didn't notice her face until he helped her to took the books back. "You're the girl  from the library, right?" Shin said and Yeojin looked up, "Oh, you're that French guy." Shin laughed at her statement and he offered her to help her to carry the book. So they went to her car together and Shin said "Hey, can we... Exchanged number ..? I mean, you look like gonna need a French translator a lot." Yeojin just laughed, they finally exchanged number and for the first time in many ights, Shin couldn't fall asleep.

                  

INTERACTIONS : 
Since they exchanged number, they have texting and calling a lot. Yeojin would asked him about a long paragraph of French and Shin would help her, she also would talk about how hard she tried to learn French but could never understand it. Since then Shin never went to a club, he just not into it because Yeojin would call during night and he wanted to make sure that he gets her calls. Yeojin was different, Shin just can't get her out of his mind. He changed, in a good way. 

As they spent more times to talk and texting each other, they began to know each other well. Not only through phone, sometimes they would meet up in a cafe or library. He realized that Yeojin was a very bright and friendly one. He loves the way she frowned or groaned when she can't understand anything or has a trouble in doing something. Shin helps her a lot and their relationship changed from 'translator-study friend' to 'best-friends'. Yeojin is very nice and Shin thinks that she is very generous to a lot of people. Shin would sometimes found her dozing off in the library because she studied too much or working on a lot of projects. He also realize that sometimes she would help her friends until dawn, something that for him is a bit too much. The girl is already busy and she pushes herself to far for him. Shin would listen to all her problems and help her around. Yeojin looks really comfortable with him being around her. They hang out a lot and she never hesitated to say the things that she think she needs to say. 

Yeojin love seeing him and love to talk with him in person rather than through phone. Yeojin never dated someone before so she doesn't know how to but she knows that she has a feeling towards Shin. She cares about him and she love it when he cares for her. Shin would find himself waiting for her outside her building or avoid her head to hit the desk in the library. Shin would still go to the club at night and Yeojin couldn't hide that she hates it. She doesn't want her to go to the club, but she still can't figure out why he became like that. Although Shin has refrained to sleep with any girl, he still love going to the clubs and getting drunk. Something that Yeojin doesn't like at all. She has tried to tell him bt he just said that "I won't sleep with anyone," but for her it's still doesn't enough. It's not like she wants to keep him from his friends but no on ewould go to clubs every single day and getting drunk every single day right? Yeojin would find herself waiting for his calls or texts during night but she knew that it was impossible.

Although she doesn't like his habits, Yeojin still likes to be with Shin. Shin also like to be with her but he seems just can't stopping himself to go to the club.

Through out their 'relationship' Yeojin knows that Shin has a problem with girls and relationship, but she doesn't understand why. She wanted to understand why he became a womanizer but Shin never really wanted to tellh er. All he did was 'I'll tell you later' or 'It's really nothing'. Yeojin sure there's something behind his behaviour, everyone did but she just couldn't find it yet. Until one day she was tired of waiting for him to tell her the issues, the reason why he acts like that. She knows Jongin so she decided to asked him where were they and whe Jongin answered that they were in a club, Yeojin quickly went to the club. For the first time in her life, she went to a club just to confront the guy she cares about.

Yeojin saw that Shin was there with Jongin and several other boys that she doesn't know. She saw that Shin was too drunk to even open his eyes. When she approached the table, Jongin decided that it was the best way to left them alone. SO after Jongin moved from Shin's side, Yeojin couldn't hold it anymore and decided to slapped him. To woke him up, to made him realize that she was there. Shin couldn't open his eyes but he knew that someone was there and he was slapped. "Why are you always being like this?!" she yelled and Shin tried to opened his eyes clearly. Shin was too drunk to answer her, "I thought you know how my feelings to you, I thought you care for me." she began to yelled at him but Shin couldn't say anything. The people around them were looking but Yeojin doesn't care. She cares for her and she wants to help him. She decided to dragged him home with her. She took her to her house and decided to let him stay. Her parents were out of country and her brothers were out of town for something so it was really just the two of them.

Shin found himself woke up in her bed without recalled anything about the night before except the fact tht she dragged him home with her. He woke up and found Yeojin was sitting in the breakfast stool by the kitchen, she looked troubled and confused. When he approached, she frowned at him and said "What happened to you?" Shin sighed because he knew this kind of day would come. He knew she was different from the other girls, she doesn't care about hwta he is or what he has but she just wanted to know why is he like that. No one ever took their time to know him like what Yeojin does. He sat beside her and told her that "I'll tell you, but it's not gonna be a nice talk in the morning" , she couldn't help but smile and he was relieved that he could see her smile again. he finally gathered the couraged to tell her about what happened to his past, how his mother left him and how it still haunts him even in his sleep.

"Being slapped was the best thing that happened to me," Shin said and he started to tell her everything. Yeojin was surprised but she understand him well. She knows that it won't be easy for anyone, at such a young age to being left alone and sent overseas. Yeojin then said "You don't have to go to the club, you have me. You know I won't leave you, you can trust me." for the first time in his life, Shin hugged a girl and said "Thank you,"

              

ENDING : 
Since the revealiatation, Shin became more opened with her. Yeojin also became more comfortable with him. They would spend the night to talk over the phone or just meet up in a cozy cafe that opened until dawn. Not only he himself, but Jongin and the others also realize that he has changed. He refrain from going to the club and getting drunk. He's getting used to hear all her nags and being reprimanded by her. Shin loves it when he heard she scolding him to 'don't drunk' or 'behave'. Shin was grateful that Yeojin is a typical of person who would wait for the truth, is she left him, he won't know what to do. He could get worse.  Shin would pampered her to the point that Yeojin would frown or pout but Shin can't stop but to spoil her.

At some nights, Yeojin would find them in his bedroom or apartment just to talk. He told a lot of things about himself and she told him about her family. Yeojin also would gave him some tips to help him reconcile with his father. Shin would deny those tips but in the end he would do it. Shin also refrain and even stopped going to the club except there's some event (which yeojin would be invited too) or someone's birthday. She took him to her house to meet her family, to let him feel how was it to have a warm and close family. Her family accept him very well although they haven't became a couple yet. Yeojin has seen his father but there was only a formal conversation between them as Shin's father rarely at home.

Shin finally asked her to be his girlfriend when he took her to his villa in Jeju where he set up a nice and romantic mood for them. He asked for her patience and she asked him for him to be self-concious, to know that going to the club or getting drunk is not the answer. Shin has changed, Jongin and the club members know that. They found him to be more opened, never getting drunk every single night, and be more and more opened about hsi private life. Lately, Shin also discovered that having Yeojin by his side could help him to avoid his nightmares. Something that no one have ever done and Yeojin is the only one who could do it.
Yeojin turns him to be better and tame him.

Shin was wondering about the club, he knows a lot of people but he knows that some people don't like him for just being him. The Lee Shin. The guy who could do anything that he wants but he was bron like that so there's nothing that he could do about that. "It will be a great and fun things to do though," he muttered while laughing slightly. He's doing his usually approach to other people, just join them. he is socialable so he knows what to do and not to do. Shin would look at each of the members slowly and try to read them, to see how to be friends with them and what do they like. he easilly match himself so it wasn't a big problem for him. The club helps him to change, wit his busy schedule, they could help him to lessen his clubbing activity (although those will be the works of Yeojin). The members would help him to realize that "Not everyone are the same"
