About me~

I have auditioned to JYP, SM, YG, JFISH ENT., and LOEN. 

This is all the information I can give to you (i won't give any of my personal information obviously)

I do encourage EVERYONE to please try auditioning!!!

It is the most fun thing you'll ever do!

Despite being the biggest, most sucessful company out there, this was the most disasterous audition. And to be honest a little unfair.

This was during Global Auditions btw.

First, you would email SM before arriving to the audition place a week or more in advance. You then would fill out a form inside of the building. After that you would wait for a few hours (literally. There were crowds of people. I waited 2 and 1/2 hours). May I also say that they did not give us any other information. I was doing dance. I asked the lady when I was going to go inside to audition if I just start dancing and then she said "Yes." This was not the case though. Instead of just jumping out and dancing, you were supposed to notify teh judges by saying "Dance." this also applied to models. I did not know this so out of nervousness I just decided to sing. After that, the singers were asked to leave and the dancers to stay. I was a dancer so i stayed. She was like "WTF?" but she allowed me to stay. Might I add they were the most disrespectful judges out there. The lady was eating chips while the other lady was texting.

This just turned into a rant.

Anyways they the music and all 6 of danced in a line. At least we were supposed to. I was dancing adn then this young girl next to me jumped in front of me and started twerking.

And that was the end of the SM auditions.

JYP & YG

Both experiences are very similar. First you were supposed to send and email. The email was supposed to contain the form that you were to download and fill out to send to them. Then on the day of the audition you show the email to them (printed or on the phone) and they let you in. They call you in groups of 5, 5 inside 5 outside. (In YG they called us in individually but in JYP they called us all in so they could hear the others sing) They called you by number and then you stand on the marked area and do your thing. This was more organized (for both of these companies) as the rules and things were stated beforehand.

TIPS~

1. Don't be nervous. They can hear that your'e nervous and you'll be put lower on their list. Sing like no one is there, it's not like you're seeing these people again either way.

2. Don't overdress/underdress. You're not going to wear a tank top and short shorts. You're also not going to wear a suit or a dress. Wear a t-shirt and regular pants.

3. NO MAKEUP! Maybe except for foundation

4. Catch their attention. A few ways of doing this is when you're walking up. You can say hello in Korean and bow and things like that. Then you can step on the tape and do your thing. ALSO! you can sing IU good day. That always catches their attention.

5. Smile. This basically ups your chacne of getting in by 10%. (uNLESS YOU'RE EMOTIONLESS LIKE THE SM JUDGES COUGH COUGH)
