ELABORATION
If you were to ask anyone to use one word to describe Bae Yuna personally they would most likely say shy,introverted,or reserved. All of these words are true when it come to Yuna. More than half of her family members are introverted and Yuna falls right in line. She does enjoy the company of others but she's not a big talker. In a large group setting, yuna would most likely listen to the entire conversation and not say a word. Yet if you were to ask her what happened she would be able to tell you about everything that went on in the conversation. Yuna works better in smaller groups, which is a good thing she would have a big in her sorority. She opens up more when she's with less people and then she's able to showcase herself the way she would like. However she would like to change that, thus the reason she's joining this sorority. Yuna is that friend that you want because she's not the type to get worked up nor does she act purely on instinct. She thinks things through so that she can find the best possible solution. Yuna isnt one to get involved in drama with others because she knows how to keep a level head and she also doesnt give people reasons not to like her. With a friend like Jisoo her easy-going nature is the best thing for him. In situations where he would most likely be hysteric she knows just how to calm him down or get rid of the problem before it even starts.
Yuna takes great care of those she loves,and even those she doesnt. She loves to 'baby' people, especially her little brother. She just likes the thought of being able to take care of someone and doesnt mind going out of her way to help someone. Yuna is very observant, because she's so quiet she spends a lot of time watch others and she can tell how someones feeling just by looking at them. She knows how she can or can't approach someone. She's definitely the 'intellectual' of her family because she's always thinking through situations and find answers just by simple observations. Yuna is also very meticulous, she likes for everything to be in order and at least with a rough plan for what she' supposed to be doing. Her meticulousness comes in handy with her major in fashion because one slight change could set the whole peice off, and she likes makes sure that everything is just right ,and she doesn't mind doing it either because she only wants to present her best.
Yuna has this precious/child-like aura about her that makes you want to protect and shield her despite you knowing that she can protect herself. Without even trying she is adorable and she claims she 'doesnt notice it.'
When Yuna wants it she doesnt change her mind. When she gets set on something its like she gains tunnel vision and she doesnt like to stray from her intial path. Although this can be good in some situations its often not the easiest to deal with, Especially when a positive outcome is dependent on changing the intial direction you were going in. Yuna likes to avoid confrontation at all cost, and although this may contradict her stubborness she still has it. She does not like anything outsid of peace and harmony. Which is why she doesnt deal with confusion and chaos well.She does not like to argue nor does she like physical confrontations, unless it involves jin-young, she'll 'argue' with him all day. Her stubborness does make it seem like she doesnt mind confrontation but by non confrontational i mean that sometimes she will take the blame for something she didnt do just to get the problem out of the way.
Yuna is quite senstive, this one isnt really in a negative sense but stuff can make her cry at the drop of a hat. Which can cause a problem for her especially since she hates to cry in front of people. So to her this is a negative thing, because she can cry so easily. Movies,commercials, anything can make her cry if its even remotely saddening. Heres the precious factor coming back in again.
Savage. By this i dont mean she's some brute,ruthless,animalistic person. This means that minah often can make comments that make you question whether or not she just insulted you. She's so slick with it that often times people dont catch it. Its always right on time because when you do catch it its like the funniest thing.She can be very blunt at times too, after watching a bad situation for so long she will just gives her rational so that the issue an be resolved. Yuna definitely wouldnt describe herself as funny but those one liners that she makes are really funny. She always seems to say the thing everyone is thinking, then would have the most confused face when people start laughing because she was being 100 percent serious.
One of Yuna's biggest problems is the fact that she seems completely uninterested and about almost everything.She can come off distant to some and does not seem very approachable.the fact that she's also reserved doesn't really help that fact. most people can find Yuna quite hard to understand. she doesn't really put herself out there and isn't an open book. she likes to have her privacy and enjoys the mystery that she has about herself. Half of the time she doesnt talk not because she's shy, she just doesnt feel the need to add her input to everything. People tend to get really upset with her simply because she doesnt react to certain to things the way they want her to. This is one of her biggest downfalls, especially since she doesnt talk very much, so half of the time she comes across as mean and rude. Especially because she has a relatively blunt nature.The worst part is that she struggles to see these things in herself and denies them wholeheartedly, so how can you possibly progress if you refuse to come to grips with what your reality is? It's unfortunate that her stubborn nature gets in the way of her actually making herself better herselfYuna is one of the quiet people who just seem mean, and she cant help the fact that her face refuses to match what she's actually feeling.
BACKGROUND
November 20,1997, a baby girl who would go by the name of Bae Yuna was born.Even as a baby Yuna was very quiet and did not really like anyone outside of her parents,and if you would dare to seperate her from them she would go into a crying fit until you gave her back to them.In her mind she was in paradise with just her and her parents, for about four years anyway, i mean she was the only child and her parents pretty much waited on her every beck and call, but then out of nowhere, nowhere being 9 months, this little boy makes an appearance on the scene. This boy was supposedly her little 'brother', but she thought he looked more like a potato than anything. For about a week if im being quite honest yuna despised her new baby brother jin-young, who she often called 'gamgja' because he resembled a round potato. I mean he was getting all of the attention she was used to! Although one day her feelings changed drastically, one day when she sitting next to jin-young, more like she was sitting on the floor and he was in his baby walker when he wrapped his hand around her pointer finger. From that moment on jin-young had his noona wrapped around his finger no matter how annoying he was, and she would do any and everything for him.
When yuna was 10 years old and Jin-young , who she stopped calling 'gamja' per his request, was 7 she really started getting into fashion. Which was quite suprising to her parents because they never really coined Yuna as the fashionista type. Yuna "make outfits", which really just consisted of her choosing clothes out of jin-young closest and putting them together and she would make Jin-young model around the house, while their parents watched quietly and acted like fans of Yuna's clothes. Yuna always would tell jin-young that if he modeled her creations then she would watch naruto with him, which she never did. This was a reccuring arguement , and it always seemed to start like this. 'Okay,Jin-young i need you to model some more of my peices, and then we can watch naruto.' Jin-young would then frown and say, 'Noona! You said that the last time! You end up tricking me everytime. I wont be fooled this time!' 'Jin-young ythat show isnt even that good.' 'Yes it is! You're just stupid. And at least im not a girl that has the deep voice of a man' Yuna's voice was changing at the moment and although it wasn't normally deep , it was sounding deep lately. So when jinyoung would say this , and he never failed to do so, it would really anger Yuna. Despite her taciturn nature jin-young was the only person who could ever anger her to the point of yelling, even to this day. ' YAH! Shut up gamja!' ' Dont call me gamja you man!' 'GAMJA!' 'MAN!' 'GAMJA!' 'MA-' ' YAH! DO YOU TWO WANT TO DIE?', their mother would interject suprising them. The two would stop wide-eyed and stare at their mother who was turning an awful shade of red. 'Since the two of you cant seem to stop arguing, clean this house from top to bottom!', their mother would yell and then walk from the room, and just when the two were about to start arguing again she would yell, ' And you better not say a word to each other!'. Yuna would go grab the cleaning spray while Jin-Young grabbed the broom. This was a weekly occurence in the Bae Household
During highschool Yuna focused on her work like a diligent student would, but her true passion was persuing a fashion designing career. She already had her life after Highschool planned and knew exactly what she was going to do. After winning a full ride to Hyeongsin University from their Fashion Deapartment, she was more than ready to take on college.
When she originally got to college she had no plans on joining a sorority, but after seeing these oh-so convincing flyers she thought that it would be a good idea for her to join Kappa Delta Gamma, besides she didnt have any friends and for some reason her roomate had yet to even acknowledge her presence.
This meant that she was "rushing", as they liked to call it. This was the first thing outside of designing clothes that she was actually interested in and she was no doubt excited too.

When she was asked about it she replied with, 'I've loved rain since i was eleven years old,i mean imagine a little eleven year old fawning over a twenty year old..my mom was a little worried.' she's seen him in concert MULTIPLE times.

─ People saying, ' you're so quiet, whats wrong?' // the first thought that crosses her mind is, ' do i have to talk to be happy..gosh..im upset now.' instead of voicing that thought she normally will just smile politely and say, 'I'm fine, thank you.
─ People yelling at her // She hates when people yell at her, the only person that can get away with it is her mother
