Many are confused as to how this rotational group will be promoted and as to how many member there will be.

So let's start with NCT U, consisting of TEN, TAEYONG, MARK, DOYOUNG & JAEHYUN. NCT U is a rotational unit meaning there can be a different set of members and there is no number limit as well. EXAMPLE : WINWIN, JOHNNY, LUCAS, HANSOL, YUTA & TAEIL can be a unit or any other set of members. NCT U can either promote as the members listed above or can be changed in anyway.

NCT can have 40, 100 or any number of members as they will have a choice of doing unit debuts or they can do solo promotions. I feel like this will be a kind of graduation group meaning if the members that have debuted want to have solo promotions and take a break from NCT they can or they can decide to move on and promote solo. NCT will still go on after members "Graduate" or take a break.

ALSO: The only set unit that has debuted is NCT 127 since they are based in Seoul.
