1. Spotify, Soundcloud or Pandora?

I don't really have a preference which, but I do enjoy that Soundcloud lets people upload their own material and sometimes you discover some truly beautiful stuff. 

2. Is your room messy or clean?

Somewhere in the middle I'd say - I have the really bad habit of just leaving things stacked on my desk or cabinet when life is way too busy for me to spend time to file papers or sort through clothes, but I also go through these periods of aggressively arranging things in my room to be nice and pristine (which only lasts a few days usually...). I also tend to procrastinate through cleaning, so my room just circles between "could use cleaning" and "why does she have all her earrings arranged in a perfect straight line". 

3. Do you like your name? Why? 

Yes, very much, even though it's frustrating here in America that nobody can pronounce it right xD I just really love the multitude of beautiful meanings it has, plus, it's short and sweet. I'm glad my dad vetoed what my original name was going to be, and my mum picked something far more suitable.

4. What is your relationship status?

Fours months, and counting, of dating! 

5. Describe your personality in three words or less. 

Thoughtful, warm, spacey. 

6. What colour hair do you have?

Very dark brown that either looks almost black in some lighting, or light brown in very bright sunlight. 

7. What kind of car do you drive? Colour? 

Still don't have a driver's license... 

8. Where do you shop?

All over the place, really, both online and in the real world. I mix between Asian stores and American ones. I really like Uniqlo for the basics, and some Korean and Japanese brands. Here in America, I kind of like Urban Outfitters, but they're too pricey and a lot of times even their XS doesn't fit properly on me! But mainly - I like things that are good and low-priced and on sale. 

9. How would you describe your style?

I really have no idea. Eclectic? Kind of cute? I'll say I'm definitely influenced by a lot of Asian fashion trends because of all the media I follow. 

10. Favourite social media account?

Instagram is the only one I actually use as a social media account, so that one. 

11. What size bed do you have?

Back home, a wide single. At university, an uncomfortable, much narrower single. 

12. Any siblings?

One, older than me. 

13. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? Why?

I want to experience a lot of places to be honest - I feel like I would need to see and live in more parts of the world to decide. There's no place like home, though. No matter where I live in the world, I'd want to return home whenever I had the opportunity to do so. 

14. Favourite SnapChat filter? 

The flower crown because it's the only one that is flattering on me ;-; 

15. Favourite makeup brand?

Innisfree because it's the only one I've found that hasn't made me break out. 

16. How many times a week do you shower? 

I've never kept track. A lot, though. I enjoy showers. Probably because I'm used to tropical weather where it's pretty necessary to shower a lot. 

17. Favourite TV Show(s)? 

I don't really watch a huge amount of TV, but I really like Pushing Daisies, Taxi, Barney Miller, Being Human (UK Version), and Reply 1988.

US 10. I have wide feet, though. 

19. How tall are you?

170cm, or approximately 5 foot 7. 

20. Sandals or sneakers?

I don't think I own any sandals (unless we're counting slippers), so sneakers it is. 

21. Do you go to the gym? 

22. Describe your dream date.

I'd really like to go to an aquarium. I just really love watching the fish and other sea animals swim about, especially the jellyfish. 

I'd also like to go to a really nice park or conservatory. Being in nature is very soothing for me, as a very easily stressed person. 

23. How much money do you have in your wallet at the moment?

$20 that I need for laundry money. 

24. What colour socks are you wearing? 

Grey and black striped because my feet were cold last night. 

25. How many pillows do you sleep with?

About 2-3. I like being able to cling to something in my sleep. 

26. Do you have a job? What do you do? 

I used to have a job working at the National Archives of Singapore, but now I don't. It was mainly cataloguing and cleaning up their online stuff. I enjoyed the people much more than the work. 

27. How many friends do you have? 

Hmm, counting friends I really consider good, reliable friends, about 8-10? Some of them are back home so I can only use messaging apps to communicate with them until I see them when I go back during holidays, and some of others are here in university and I see them whenever I can. The remaining are online friends who I've never met in real life, tbh. One problem I have with friends is that I have a lot of individual, beloved friends, but most of my friends don't know each other, so I don't really have a "clique" like some people. But I don't really think that's necessarily a problem. I adore my friends regardless <3 

28. What's the worst thing you've ever done?

Me? Bad? 

Probably lying to my parents about a few things. To be fair though, my dad is extremely conservative and very controlling and if I want to be able to dress how I want to, have male friends, and have a boyfriend, I kind of have to lie... 

29. What's your favourite scent? 

I really like the smell of cinnamon. Something kind of spicey but also soothing. I also really like the scent of chocolate. I don't think smell is really my main priority sense, but I've noticed I like a lot of herbal/food-related scents. 

30. Three favourite boy names?

I've...never given it much thought. I like the name Adam (pronounced Ah-daam) a lot for some reason. 

31. Three favourite girl names? 

My boyfriend is Korean and he once said that girl names he liked, that I liked too, were Ara and Ayeon. I also like the name Salina. 

32. Favourite actor?

None in particular, but I've always had a soft spot for Michael Keaton. And yes, I like the Burton Batman movies. Fight me. 

33. Favourite actress? 

Don't have any in particular, but I have a soft spot again for Sooyoung's acting, but it's 10000% coloured by how much I like Sooyoung as a person.

34. Who is your celebrity crush? 

Haven't had one in ages! Anyone with a cute smile and loveable, funny personality tends to make my heart flutter a little though.

The Grand Budapest Hotel, and The Breakfast Club. 

36. Do you read a lot? What's your favourite book?

I haven't been able to read as much as I would like lately, but I really love a lot of the Poirot's, Station 11, The Cardturner, and Horatio Lyle. There are probably loads more but I can't remember them at the moment. I read like mad for years though.

Brains.

38. Do you have a nickname?

My name is too short to really make a nickname, but my mum sometimes calls me Mouse because I'll get absorbed in something and she'll forget I'm at home because she can't hear me. 

39. How many times have you been to the hospital?

If you mean actually being in the hospital, aside from as a baby which I can't remember, only once, to have my wisdom teeth removed.

I have dry skin that I need to moisturise a lot.

Being lonely, probably. And ending up in a really unhappy place in the future.

2 preferably. 3 at very most. 

45. What's your go-to hairstyle?

Usually I wear my hair down as its wavy and quite full so it doesn't need much styling, but I also like to play around with different hairstyles, including buns, braids, pigtails, ponytails, etc. I just really love having my hair in some kind of new style. 

46. What type of house do you live in? 

Semi-detached house. 

47. Who is your role model? 

My mum, probably? I've never really had anyone in particular, but I guess I've always admired people who are hardworking, kind, creative, and good-hearted.

"You still look really cute even though you're sick", courtesy of my boyfriend.

"Thank you for caring ;-;" to one of my friends who was worrying about my health. 

50. How old were you when you found out Santa wasn't real? 

My parents aren't Christians and Christmas is not a cultural holiday in Singapore, so I was never exposed to any of the Santa mythology. I don't think I ever believed, or really thought much about Santa. I don't think there was ever a point I was convinced of his existence. 

51. What is your dream car?

Probably some kind of vintage convertible. 

52. Opinion on smoking?

I absolutely cannot tolerate the smell of cigarette or marijuanna smoke, so I despise it. 

53. Do you go to college? 

Yes. 

54. What is your dream job?

Being a graphic novelist, or some kind of design job if that doesn't work out. 

55. Would you rather live in a rural area or the suburbs?

THE CITY! I like visiting rural areas to relax, but I could never live there. I'm in a suburban area now for university, and I hate it. I'm a city girl to the core. 

56. Do you take shampoo or conditioner bottles from hotels? 

No, because my hair is very hard to manage, and I can't put anything on it without it reacting badly.

57. Do you have freckles?

No. They're cute though. 

58. Do you smile for pictures?

I'm really self-conscious about my smile. Usually in posed photos/most of my selfies, it comes off as really forced looking, like so: 

So I don't really like to smile in those kinds of photos. But I think in more candid photos, my smile tends to look better, and I have kind of an eyesmile going on - my eyes aren't actually that small, but I've always eyesmiled I think because my dad does so it's an unconscious imitation. Personally I think my smile is best in motion:

^ I am that disgusting in real life. Also, I have smile lines, which I tend to get self-conscious about because I think they're a little ugly, but I reassure myself because you know who else has smile lines? 

So, tldr; I don't really like smiling in pictures but I try to but I think I look best when I smile in real life because I have a complex.

Not really. I just don't have the time or commitment to make to watch shows most of the time.

Neither. I don't like fast food.

Chilli sauce! I've recently been introduced also to the wonders of Guacamole.

An oversized t-shirt and shorts. Because of the colder weather here, I sometimes add a sweater or wear longer cotton pants.

I don't think spelling bees were a thing back in my day.

I like drawing, reading, writing, listening to music, taking long walks, dancing, and the list just keeps on going...

Yes. Whether or not I have talent is hard for me to say of myself personally, but I think I work hard at it and improve every day.

I play the piano. 

70. What was the last concert you saw?

I've never been to a concert welp. I have been to a lot of jazz and classical music recitals with my brother because he likes those, though.

Tea? I don't really drink either.

My boyfriend's initials are AL or LSH, depending on whether you use his English or Korean name.

I'm old-fashioned about that, and I have a brother, so yes, I'd like to change my last name when I get married. Unless he has a really terrible last name, then no thank you! 

76. What colour looks best on you? 

I've never been able to determine what my skin-tone is - it's sort of olive, sort of peach, sort of tanned - but looking at my closet, I think a lot of deeper colours seem to suit me - warm yellows, deep reds and purples, dark blues and greens, greys, blacks, but I also have a lot of pinks, whites, baby blues and greens. The only colour I know definitely doesn't suit me is a really bright yellow and anything too tacky. But otherwise, I wear virtually every colour :D

Yes. 

78. Do you sleep with the door open or closed?

Closed. I need total darkness to sleep.

In a universe this vast and full of things we still don't understand, why not?

A black cropped hoodie.

The default iPhone background because I haven't decided what I want to change it to. I'm very indecisive about this. 

87. Are you outgoing or shy? 

I personally feel I'm kind of shy with strangers or anyone who I find intimidating, but I've also been told that I'm very friendly by a lot of my friends, so I'm not really sure where I fall on the spectrum. I wouldn't call myself outgoing though. 

88. Do you like it when people play with your hair? 

My hair is long and wavy, and many people find it very pretty or unusual a colour and texture, so I've had plenty of people play with it. I'm generally not too bothered by it, but I don't really like it when strangers do it. I like it the most when it's someone I'm very close to, like my family, good friends, or my boyfriend.

Sure. I haven't had any neighbours that were bad so far.
