everyone would mistaken hyemi at the first met. they thought that she is arrogant and quiet type. because she always stay by herself without greeting anyone around her. but, once you know her, she is actually a friendly and cheerful person. she is not arrogant, she just shy to greet the strangers randomly because she scared if that person didn't greet her back. talk about cheerful, she kinda lighten up the mood when people down or angry. she would try to settle the problem and gave you some happiness. besides, if she was upset or angry, she rather silent than expressing her feeling. not many people knows that she is intelligent and they doesn't know that her iq is 147. she does it purposely because she rather act stupid than smart. plus, she does that because she wants to know if people was honest with her or not. when you have a problem, just find her. she is a humble girl. if you're praising her or gave a compliment, she would blush and says 'i'm not as good as you or thank you'. she is a great listener. she would listen to your problem and ease you. maybe she could help you solve the problem or giving advices. in a short term, she always there when you needed, like a fairy. she is a protective too. although she is small, she' always take care of the members. she would accompany them like a bodyguard anywhere they go. she would be talkative with someone that she close and comfortable or with 2-3 members. she is an organized type of person. she hates messy and dirty things. she couldn't stand of it and would clean the dorm. she loves to put things in order such as her clothes, she put them based on color.

sometimes, the members think she is weird. they have their own reason why they said so. because, when she's sitting silently without doing nothing, she would suddenly laughed by herself. when they asked her, she said 'nothing', then went to the bedroom. playful? she is one of the prankster. for example, she would sneakily went behind you and startled you. she loves doing that a lot. besides, she likes to hide the member's phone. when they asked her, she would act innocent. she loves to tease the leader. she can be determined too. if she wants to do something she really wanted to, she would do it until she success. there's no 'give up' in her life's dictionary. didn't i mention about witty? well, she can be funny too. but, she is not funny because of joke. the way she talk, walk and gestures are cute. it could make you slighly smiles or giggles watching her behavior. for example, she's really want to be y. when she does y pose or gestures, the members would have a goosebump or close their eyes, didn't dare to watch. the members said, she's could only be cute and, y doesn't suit her really much.

she can be stubborn as she wanted. like i said, if she really wants to do something that she really wanted, even it's dangerous for her. she wouldn't ever listened to your words, if you say no. she's sometimes wouldn't obey to the leader and made fun of her. you know, she can acts a little childish yet she still underage. blank? yes, she is smart but she still a human and could make many mistakes in her life. if you asked her to do something suddenly, she would be cluelless and have a late reaction. don't distracted her focus or she would be lost. if so, she would sit there unemotionally. this kid is very insecure. she's insecure about her looks, although tons of people said that she is cute and pretty. she hates people is comparing her with someone better than, she would be 100% down. she can be very sensitive if you hurt her heart. even if it's a small negative comment. she would be like holed up in the room all day. so be careful with your word. hyemi doesn't like to express her feeling or what she feels. she loves to hide it from people and buried the feeling by herself. sometimes it dangerous because if she's buring the feeling for too long, it would explode one day and you will see the different side of hyemi, i mean monster hyemi.

background 

ahn hyemi a.k.a mika was born on april 24, 1998 in daegu, south korea and she was raised in same country. she then moved to seoul at the age of 13 because her mother opened a cafe shop in seoul. but, her grandparents are living in daegu, so they used to go back sometimes. her family is consists of her father, mother and twin sister. her father is an author while her mother owned a cafe shop in seoul named 'bon appétit'. her twin sister is ahn hyeri is a student. hyemi is the eldest as she came out 7 minutes earlier than hyeri. talk about twin, they're absolutely super close. but still, there's a small fight and argue between them but it's a normal thing about siblings. in the end, they will reconcile by hugging each other. hyeri's personality is opposite with hyemi. she is quiet, introvert and more matured than hyemi. people would think hyeri is the eldest. even so, hyeri always find hyemi to ask for good advice and opinion before she does anything. hyeri respects hyemi very much although they're in a same age. hyemi really loves her mom because she is very understanding, open-minded and supportive mom. she will supports whatever her daughter does. she stated that she can't get along with her father since her father is type of busy and strict person. anyway, she loves her father too. they're just not close to each other.

at school, hyemi was the top 10 student. she scored A's in all subjects. she has many friends but she only trusted 1-3 of them only. while the others were only took an advantage as she's smart. they like to copy her notes and answers. she was too kind and can't say no. you know, she doesn't like watching people in a trouble. that's why she's willing to do help them. she is good at sports as well but she's not very interested to it. but, she only took art in archery. she used to win and get many medals. she has a good relationship with the teachers. they're always praising hyemi and loves her. hyemi respected them too much and was thankful for making her into a person.

honestly, she had never dreamed to be an idol. she wanted to take over her fathers cafe shop before. but after she knew bts, she has interested in music and started to sing, dance and even rap. she really loves kpop and liked to meet them, her thought. she would listen to bts's songs everytime anywhere and introduced them to her friends. after day goes by, she kept up-to-date about bts and officially became an army to support them. she several times meeting with bts members at the fanmeeting and kinda know them closer.

back in the year of 2014, she decided to join an audition for bighit entertainment through an online audition. after 2 weeks waiting, she got a call from bighit's staff and had an audition 1 week later. she luckily passed and became one the trainees. she didn't often get rest but she had fun. she was trained about 3 years in the company. she might have to practice almost 12 hours non-stop but she didn't care. she never thought she would came this far. at last, she finally got to be part in bighit's girl group 'cupid'.
