Feeling guilty af

I need to lose weight and here I am eating pastries. 

I feel like sh*t now.

I have to write this for my self-motivation and maybe wake up and make changes in my life.

I think it's okay to eat alittle when you feel like eating and then exercise. If you stop yourself from eating then your urge to eat will be more and that will even make things worse...Eventually you'l eat more than you should due to that. So don't be too harsh alittle is okay as long as you know how to control
