roleplayers should read this ( personal opinion anw )

well i'm just going to be really honest with this.

i've seen a lot of roleplayers opening or reopening new roleplays and the place died out really quickly.

like there's less roleplayers and everyone's busy with their work, its either school , work or etc.

 

i'd say that why dont people just stop creating new roleplays and have free lancing roleplays instead.

that will less drama and everyone could be their own desired mused. theres nothing wrong with one character roleplayed by thousands because every single roleplayers is different. that way the admins wouldnt have to even advertise and sorts.

 

i mean if you get what i meant there?

if you'd like the idea of it, hmu we shall talk it out lmao

yessss! no offense it's the roleplays that always provide the crackyish memey rolelplaying which is not my style. i'm one who really desires themed literate roleplays and those kinds never open. i wish someone can open a good roleplay with a well-thought out theme that can last for a while.

i never knew i would've loved such an idea until you made this post. lol. roleplays really have been coming and going a lot for like... the past two years. i seriously can't find a place to stay at anymore without worrying that it'll close down in the next couple of days or weeks, not to mention, all these security checks that have been happening as well. i have my own place, and in the past two months we've been taken down three times, each time we try to open up again. cries. it's so annoying and frustrating. having closed roleplays make things more organized, but being spread out like people are in freelance rps might help this problem with the security checks. also, it could allow the people who are busy to have a more relaxing time rping, without having to be worried that they'll be kicked out and such.

I used to be admin of roleplay and I gotta admit it's quite tiring to compete with other roleplay. like, everyday there 5+ roleplay being opened. what frustrated me the most is when some of the roleplayer join lots of roleplay at the same time. like, it's better if you don't join if all you want to do is snatching your fav idol chara. therefore, I decide to stop and be a freelance roleplay. I gotta admit being freelance roleplay is fun (and maybe much more fun than closed roleplays) since there's no rule other than basic one such as respecting each other, free to be friend with anyone and there's lots of interesting group to join (ed ♡, kcr, diary of rp)
